Getting this error on the customer, domain and subscriptions pages on Plesk 11.5 update 5.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWe needed to delete a domain which has been terminated by a customer. This customer has about 40 domains linked to them.
When we deleted the domain, it deleted the entire customer!
I'm trying to find the support option on your site but I can't find it, there's just no support option for Plesk anymore.
I imported backups in Plesk 12 from Plesk 9.5.4.
I can access 4 out of 5 domains in my subscritions, but one domain dosn't appear in the list.
The 4 working domains are "Default Domain", the one i can't access is "unlimited".
In the list of packages i can click on the number of subscriptions and see the domains, but if click on the 1 unlimited subscription nothing gets listed / no elements found.
The domains is online, but i can't access it with plesk.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have a Plesk 12.0.18 on Centos Server. All subscriptions works fine, but one subscription have a domain with this problem.
When i change the domain prefix to "www.mydomain.com" or to "mydomain.com", this still stuck to "Waiting...".
When this happens, the rest of the server still works fine, but will not let me make any changes to the rest of subscriptions.
I try to edit the apache vhosts, but this looks fine.

Recently I've tested the usage of domain keys on my plesk 12 server. The feature works without problems. I'm wondering however if it's possible to activate the domain keys by a service plan or subscription model. If not, for all my domains (65) I've to activate them manually and for each domain iIll create in the future I have to activate it too.

To get the error 6 times seems to mean, that i have this problem with 6 Domain.
I use Plesk 11.5.3 and have a problem with adding new customer. When i have add a new customer and type the domain in my browser, I have to authorisize, but I haven't set up a protect folder know. What's wrong with my plesk? I think this is a permission problem with IIS.

How can I disable it ? it ends up in spam and I just don't want customers to receive it.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWe are looking for a solution to support multible IP's for different domains in one subscription/cusomer Account. Current, we have 4 IP's as shared. the Customer can choose under "Web Hosting Access" , which IP he wants to use.
This setting effect all domains in his Account. So it is not possible to set domain1.tld to e.g. IP 1.1.1.1 and domain2.tld e.g. to 2.2.2.2
We like to offer the cusomers one cusomer account with multible IP's

Having multiple A or other records is potentially worse, if, say, "mail." now points to the wrong server.

I seem to be having a strange problem with Plesk 12, after adding about 23 domains, i cant seem to add any more domains.
While adding the domain, it just keeps syncing, and then when i click on the subscriptions i see the domain has been added, but i cannot customise it.
I want to be able to copy 1000's of files from one subscription to another or rather from one domain to another on the server without having to FTP them each time. Is there a way which this can be done directly in Plesk and avoid the need to ftp the same 1000's of files into each subscription ? FTPing on my connection is really slow and takes 2-3 for each subscription / domain, whereas if I could just FTP to the server once and then copy&paste the files between subscriptions then this would save me a huge amount of time...

View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm using Plesk 12.0.18 on a virtual container powered by Parallels Virtuozzo Containers, and I cannot get the FTP (personal repository) working.In my settings, I've unchecked Passive mode (as the VPS is configured with the Virtuozzo firewall) yet Plesk still seems to test the connection with passive mode, which I know will fail. However active FTP on the command-line works fine.
My settings:
Host: ftp.hidrive.strato.com
Directory: /users/xxx/plesk_backups
FTP username: xxx
Password: xxx
Passive mode: UNCHECKED
FTPS: UNCHECKED
Saving the repository fails with (after a hang): Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Couldn't connect to server
If the "directory" doesn't exist on the FTP server it fails immediately, so the connection is working, and it seems to be on the "dir/ls" command that it fails - which is a symptom it's using Passive mode.
According to the Panel log file, Plesk issues the below command:
[21-Oct-2014 02:53:55 America/Chicago] PleskUtilException: '/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/pmm-ras' '--check-repository' '--dump-storage=ftp://xxx@ftp.hidrive.strato.com/users/xxx/plesk_backups' '--use-ftp-passive-mode' failed with code 125.
Note the "--use-ftp-passive-mode" even though "passive mode" is UNCHECKED in the UI.
From a terminal:

Can't add new subscriptions or domains/ subdomain after upgrade. Upgraded to 12.0.18 today and can no longer add domains or subdomains. When I try create a new subscription I get the following error:

When I try can create a subdomain I get the error:

In plesk, ProFTPD ftpserver is showing as installed.
I'm testing PPA and have now a questions. How can restrict a subscription to a service node? I have try that over the subscriptions and custom atribute's. That work for the most thinks (Apache/Postfix) but not for MySQL, all customers can by a create to choose the database server (all database servers). How can i customer don't allow to choose the database server?
For a example (web1, mail1 only -> db1) (web2, mail2 only -> db2)
And for the DNS settings to create automaticly a DNS for the database service? (as a sample: db.domain.de -> database service node)....
I have migrated User from Confixx 3.3.9 to Plesk and now it works fine.
In the Subscriptions i have disable the Feature Backup for the Costumers, but it dosent take an effect.
So i Turn it on and off again. But there was also no effect.
Any time I attempt to create a customer, subscription, domain, anything I get the error "The password should be between 5 and 20 characters in length.". The password is exactly like that. On some pages it gives an error to the username I chose and the error just explains what a username is (??)....
The only actual error I've seen is one from creating an account via the command line. It was a PHP error relating to a function having issues with the encoding or something. (I think this is only relating to sending feedback though?)

I've been happily copy databases between subscriptions in Plesk 11.5xx for years but having updated to 12 the feature no longer works.
In the copy database screen when the 'local MySQL server' option is selected in the drop down the 'Copy to existing database' radio button is disabled.
My service provider tells me this is a feature change.
