Plesk 11.x / Linux :: Sending Mails To Customer Upon Domain Creation

I use whmcs to bill my cusotmers. when a account is created, plesk sends mail from admin email and name to customer as below,
A new domain name has been created.
Domain name: xxx.xxx
Domain name owner: xxxx xxxxx
IP address associated with the domain name: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
How can I disable it ? it ends up in spam and I just don't want customers to receive it.

I have a dedicated server with Linux. I have the following problem. Someone has hack my server and is sending illegal newsletters. My hosting sent me an abuse message and in the mailserver logfiles i see that is sending all the time.

We seem to be getting 3 copies of all email notifications whenever an account is created, it seemed to happen after a server transfer but I can't see anywhere that is set up as a duplicate.

I have a VPS running Plesk 11.x and yesterdady I tried adding a new domain to my subscription and received this error:
Error: Unable to update domain data: Unable to restore the DNS zone: an error occurred while adding the DOMAINNAME IN A DOMAINNAME record: Incorrect DNS record values were specified.
I have one subscription and under that a few domains. I've not had any DNS issues before so I'm a little stumped as to where to start looking. I suspect DNS template issues but I'm not that au fait with the DNS template so I don't want to start fiddling. My service provider suggested I look at [URL] ... which doesn't appear to be related as I have no duplicate domains under my subscription.
Following on from this the VPS is my personal server and I host a few sites for friends consequently I only have the one subscription. I've been advised that I should have one subscription per domain. Is that correct information?

A customer asked me if it could be possible to disallow certain email accounts to send emails out of the accounts domain. Is there a way to do so with the Exim installation in Cpanel?

we have Plesk Version 11.0.9 and I have the following Problem:
(all adresses are examples)
The Server hostet the following Domains and thay all send Mails too:
a.de
b.de
Now I need the following:
If the user "some.user@b.de" send a E-Mail to "user@mydomain.de" the recipient of the Mail have to be changed to "user@mx.mydomain.de". But if "some.user@a.de" do the same, the recipient should not be changed.

We are looking for a solution to support multible IP's for different domains in one subscription/cusomer Account. Current, we have 4 IP's as shared. the Customer can choose under "Web Hosting Access" , which IP he wants to use.
This setting effect all domains in his Account. So it is not possible to set domain1.tld to e.g. IP 1.1.1.1 and domain2.tld e.g. to 2.2.2.2
We like to offer the cusomers one cusomer account with multible IP's

We have more than 10 domains on the same webspace, sharing the same document root. When we try to add a new domain on the same web space (sharing the same document root) Plesk takes a long time to create it (about 10 minutes). While domain creation, all the other domains sharing the same document root and web space get an authentication error. When Plesk finishes, all domains work again.

I got an issue with the nameservers and DNS on Plesk. I want to be able to put my other domains on the nameservers of the domain jancoz.com but something seems to be wrong. I carefully followed tutorials about how to create nameservers with Plesk ....

Is it possible to let Plesk allow database creation from another web application ?
For example, we would like to use this framework (codeigniter) method => this->dbforge->create_database('db_name')
ACTUAL RESULT =>
The method returns false but i'm unable to track it on the error logs.
EXPECTED RESULT =>
The method should returns TRUE
And thus the database should be created
Is it some task we should manage at Plesk or Apache level ?

We needed to delete a domain which has been terminated by a customer. This customer has about 40 domains linked to them.
When we deleted the domain, it deleted the entire customer!
I'm trying to find the support option on your site but I can't find it, there's just no support option for Plesk anymore.

I am trying to transfer a subscription to another customer but it fails with this error message...
this subscription requires more resources than can be provided by the new owner's provider
I can't find any limits for a customer so I don't know why it won't transfer. This is plesk 12.
Is there a limit somewhere as to how many subscriptions a customer can have?

unfortunately I can not move a customer to another reseller, because of this error:
"Einige der ausgewählten Kunden wurden nicht zu **** **** verschoben. Der ausgewählte Reseller besitzt nicht die Berechtigung 'Verwaltung der DNS-Zonen', aber einige der Kunden besitzen sie."
which means "Some of the selected customers could not be moved to **** ***. The selected reseller does not have permission to configure DNS-Zones, but some of the customers do."Well, the customer does not have this permission, because no DNS-service is installed on the server.If I check the customer's permissions there is no point "DNS configuration" or something like that.

i have number of plesk server, one of them works with all of the world mail services, many company! sometimes thay don't receive mails from others! and sometimes customers send undelivered mail reasons to us: like this:

I have a customer that wants to send emails using Exim and SMTP (using outlook), withouth authentication. Now.. the big question is ... how can I configure the Exim server to work withouth any authentication?
I know the risks of this withouth any authentication, but is my customer's server and he want to work in this way.
He is also asking if he is able to send emails withouth authentication using SMTP for certain IP addresses.. is that possible? Can be done for only 1 domain, or for the entire server?
Im using Exim 4.6.8 and RHE 4 + cPanel.

i have one Mailbox on my server, which i cannot sending mails. I tested it with Outlook and Horde.
For Example, i see this error at the Maillog:

I delete this Mailbox, but after a time, i have the same problem again. On the Plesk Webinterface there is no problem logging with the outgoing spam protection.

We are using Plesk 11.5 with postfix MTA. Spamassassin is working fine for incoming mails and leaves outbound mails unchecked - as it should.
Now there is one of my domains whose mails are relayed to another server (using postfix transport tab; mail support for this domain is disabled in plesk). For the moment, these mails arrive without beeing checked and marked by spamassassin. How could I change this? I have tried to register an additional mail-handler like

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mail_handlers_control --add --priority=10 --executable=/usr/local/psa/handlers/hooks/spam --name=spam --enabled --queue=before-remote --mailname=relaydomain.de --type=recipient-domain --dont-preserve-on-restore --context=text
but this didn't have any effect so far.
If there is a direct way to enable spam-control for relay domains, Otherwise I could still access spamassassin via postfix' config-files, but how to use two different implementation of spamassassin at the same time.

It is possible to have anti-virus and anti-spam enabled by default when we go to "CREATE E-MAIL ADRESS" -> "SPAM FILTER" / "ANTI-VIRUS" is always disabled.
