Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Can't Find Domain In Subscriptions
Oct 15, 2014I imported backups in Plesk 12 from Plesk 9.5.4.
I can access 4 out of 5 domains in my subscritions, but one domain dosn't appear in the list.
The 4 working domains are "Default Domain", the one i can't access is "unlimited".
In the list of packages i can click on the number of subscriptions and see the domains, but if click on the 1 unlimited subscription nothing gets listed / no elements found.
The domains is online, but i can't access it with plesk.

Jun 25, 2015I have a Plesk 12.0.18 on Centos Server. All subscriptions works fine, but one subscription have a domain with this problem.
When i change the domain prefix to "www.mydomain.com" or to "mydomain.com", this still stuck to "Waiting...".
When this happens, the rest of the server still works fine, but will not let me make any changes to the rest of subscriptions.
I try to edit the apache vhosts, but this looks fine.

I'm wondering however if it's possible to activate the domain keys by a service plan or subscription model. If not, for all my domains (65) I've to activate them manually and for each domain iIll create in the future I have to activate it too.

But in my case this does not solve the Problem.
1> All permissions are right.
2> When I type command '/usr/local/psa/bin/repair --restore-vhosts-permissions' i get the answer 'Directory permissions were successfully updated.'
3> The Order of Webuser and FTPUser (as described in the article) could also not be the problem, because in my case there is only one user (There is only Webuser and no FTP-User.)
4> When typing '/usr/local/psa/bin/repair --update-vhosts-structure' I get the following error 6 times each:

I tested some domains before doing he whole but I have a "big" domain who make an error:

Oct 18, 2014Upgraded Plesk 11.5 to 12, enabled rouncube and got an Internal server error when trying to load webmail.domain.com
In /var/log/plesk-roundcube/errors found an error:

Changed php.ini settings, restarted apache, same internal server error, but no more errors in log.

Jun 5, 2014I use whmcs to bill my cusotmers. when a account is created, plesk sends mail from admin email and name to customer as below,
A new domain name has been created.
Domain name: xxx.xxx
Domain name owner: xxxx xxxxx
IP address associated with the domain name: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
How can I disable it ? it ends up in spam and I just don't want customers to receive it.
Stats Showing Internal Page Views To Different Domain Names
Jan 21, 2007I have a customer who is having trouble with his account and would like to help him out. He has a VPS from a totally different provider and his Bandwidth usage is 20x normal.
In his awstats, the internal page views is showing a huge number of views to totally different domain names such as Yahoo.com etc
Has anyone ever dealt with this before or have any experience with what it is and how to stop it?

Nov 29, 2014I have used plesk 11.5 and never had problem before. I installed Plesk 12 and Migrated sites + created new email to test as well. When I go to webmail webmail.domain.com
I get the login screen from round cube which i want.
Then I enter login + password and I get 500 Internal Server Error.
Apache Server at webmail.domaincom Port 80
It worked fine on 11.5

Oct 29, 2014I have experiencing strange behaviour of Plesk admin panel. Actually there were a lot of issues similar with 500 Internal Server error but mine is a bit different..
This is the log came from the '/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log'
/bin/sh: /usr/share/sw-cp-server/applications-conf.sh: Permission denied
Cannot find config item ["global/SERVERsocket==:8443", ".php", 0]

As you can see there is a line starts with /bin/sh: /usr/share/sw-cp-server/applications-conf.sh: Permission denied and i tried to change this one for permission like 0755 or alternatives for a run but nothings changed. Btw i have plenty of disk space, it wasn't also the case.
I cannot even login with my domain name without 'https' and with the port 8880. It's again giving me the same issue.
BTW i want to give a little extra information; it was a long time that Plesk admin panel working but after today it's stuck in 500 Internal server error. What i tried today that to follow 'How to generate custom self-signed SSL certificates and apply it to Postfix: [URL] ....' , but after 6th step i was decied to stop because i couldnt find the root.pem file a minute and than i wanted to try on plesk and i saw the bad news I don't know it was related but i wanted to share.

Sep 13, 2014We are looking for a solution to support multible IP's for different domains in one subscription/cusomer Account. Current, we have 4 IP's as shared. the Customer can choose under "Web Hosting Access" , which IP he wants to use.
This setting effect all domains in his Account. So it is not possible to set domain1.tld to e.g. IP 1.1.1.1 and domain2.tld e.g. to 2.2.2.2
We like to offer the cusomers one cusomer account with multible IP's

Jun 24, 2015Recently we had to rollback the Plesk database and Plesk version files to their pre-upgrade state, and rerun the upgrade procedure as it is described in the knowledge base [URL] ..... The update process then worked smoothly and we are now using the newest version 12.0.18 on CentOS 6 with the newest microupdates 1200150615.10.
But right after this update procedure we are not able to access some domains with the filemanager anymore. The browser shows the following error message:

What I did so far was the following:
1.) I checked out the knowledge base, specifically this entry was worth looking at. But /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --restore-vhosts-permissions didn't solve the problem.
2.) I found a similar problem in the discussion board but the approaches they took weren't successful in my case.
Due to the fact that the file manager worked before the rollback of the database and the major upgrade, I think there might be a connection.
From my point of view the permission settings should be right. Other domains using exactly the same permissions and they are working fine.

Apr 28, 2015To automate some tasks for some projects I'm working on, I need to be able to automatically create or delete ftp-users.
Creating and listing ftp-accounts is working great, but when it comes to deleting them I run into an internal server error. Before my script gets the response it's waiting for, the script crashes.
- When live watching the Apache error-log with 'tail -f', the terminal-session is exited with 'Killed (core dumped)'

Jul 1, 2013Is it Normal that NAT / Internal IP Address shows up in customer panel ? It shows up in the detail page of Web Hosting Access, detail page of Mail Settings and on the detail page of Adding new databases.
DNS and on the section of Web Hosting Access in the front page of Websites and Domains are showing the correct public IP address

Oct 27, 2014i have a domain registered within PLESK having the same name as the server itself. After a short period of time the domain shows up the PLESK default page instead of the original content located in the vhost httpdocs directory.
To restore the content it's possible to deactivate and re-activate the domain from the customers control panel. But after an amount of time the default page comes back.I first recognized the error after the update to PLESK 12.

Jun 22, 2015As I read, when Plesk and WHMCS are in the same server, you may have 502 bad gateway errors when creating an account through WHMCS..Page not Found/Timeout/502 Bad Gateway error creating accounts with Plesk 10+..By default Plesk 10 and above performs a forced restart of apache when an account is created or suspended which causes WHMCS to lose connection to the server, and if your WHMCS is on the same server, you will also lose connection to WHMCS at the same time.

But when I activate nginx in Plesk the 502 bad Gateway problem comes back.Is there an option to activate Nginx graceful restart in Plesk?
