We needed to delete a domain which has been terminated by a customer. This customer has about 40 domains linked to them.
When we deleted the domain, it deleted the entire customer!
I'm trying to find the support option on your site but I can't find it, there's just no support option for Plesk anymore.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Some Plesk users may have experienced this and I'm hoping could shed some light.
A client is trying to add a domain that was accidentally deleted when he deleted an account, but now when adding the domain again it is not adding it. The task in CP fails. If I manually try delete the domain I get this error:
[root@ns1 bin]# ./domain --remove domain.com
An error occurred during domain removal: Unable to remove domains: Package with UID '8972ffa7-50fb-4dbc-8639-bf08caee425d' not found.
In mysql I see the domain is still in the db so something did not go right when the client deleted the hosting package, and now it is in limbo as the domain cannot be re-added.
When trying to delete A client I get the following error:

I understand we can do it through CLI with "client_pref.exe --set-iis-app-pool-settings <login_name> -iis-app-pool-turned-on true", and also through web interface, but is it possible via API? it would be really easier and cleaner.

We are looking for a solution to support multible IP's for different domains in one subscription/cusomer Account. Current, we have 4 IP's as shared. the Customer can choose under "Web Hosting Access" , which IP he wants to use.
This setting effect all domains in his Account. So it is not possible to set domain1.tld to e.g. IP 1.1.1.1 and domain2.tld e.g. to 2.2.2.2
We like to offer the cusomers one cusomer account with multible IP's
I always use Apache and it's easy to redidrect an entire domain in the htaccess.

how to ban an entire top-level domain? For example ban everyone from Russia by coming from the .ru domain? Or everyone from Lithuania by somehow banning everyone coming from .It ip address.
I've had some people from those places try to hack my site and am fed up with it. So I want to ban those two entire countries for the time being using cPanel X's "IP Deny Manager".

I have a client that routes their mail through a spam service and then back to my server. in order for this to work, their domain needs to be listed in both the /etc/localdomains file and the /etc/remotedomains file
it seems now since the last WHM/Cpanel upgrade that every morning i have to go in and manually re-add their domain into the localdomains file in order for their email to work
is there someway i can make it so it doesn't get removed?
A single website is returning 503 to every request - it's a wordpress site - and we have a lot of those, none of the others are returning the same errors, so this is quite odd to me:

Upgrading was started not half an hour ago from the time this post goes out, all went well until the MySQL was started up. At this point it is screaming at me because it cannot access it due to a missing password. This shouldn't be to much of an issue, as you just follow this post here, [URL] .... I rent through OVH, so we don't get support access or anything. We just get a 15 site license and that's it so I don't know who to turn to for this.. I haven't ever touched anything in regards to SQL and the likes, all I did was click the upgrade button and this failed me. And now I've pretty much lost everything until this is resolved.
I have all my client hosting accounts set up to do backups daily but only keep two backups.
There is a problem as PPA is not deleting old backups and simply creates more and more backups until the backup server eventually runs out of space.
A customer asked me if it could be possible to disallow certain email accounts to send emails out of the accounts domain. Is there a way to do so with the Exim installation in Cpanel?

But now I have this customer who is asking me to have access to his specific domain so he can upload files by him self, the thing is that i dont have a clue of how to do it. I tried to create a new account in godaddy for this customer and tried to transfer this domain into his account and I was not allowed to. I cannot give him my username and psw cause he wont only have access to his website but all those i have registered under my account. I will really appreciate some advises to help me work this out.

I am trying out Plesk 11 for windows, so far I like it and will most likely buy it. I am having a problem with a new domain, however. I just created the domain, and I installed wordpress on it using Plesk's application page. If I go to [URL] .... it will not load, however if I go to [URL] .... it loads just fine. I even edited the directory to make sure that IIS looks for index.php first, but this didn't fix it. What am I missing?

There is also a domain2.com which is an alias of domain1.com. Is it possible to add an SSL certificate to domain2.com without separating the hosting for the two domains?

I've setup Bind 9.10.1 on a windows server as a slave DNS server. I've installed the Slave DNS Manager on Plesk 12 for Linux and setup configuration.
New zones are added ok so authentication en communication is working perfectly. But when I delete a zone in Plesk, the zoneconfig file doesn't get deleted on the windows server. I can see the windows eventlog saying "received control channel command 'delzone <domain>'" where <domain> is the zone I deleted. But after that noting. And I see errors after a while because of bind trying to transfer the deleted zone again. The zonefile isn't deleted from c: amedzones...
