We are running a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise server with the latest Plesk 11.5.30 update 16.
my plesk control panel 11.5.30 has problems running the auto update of the panel. During the upgrade, the server reboots even after an error message appears that shows the following message: Can't parse /root/parallels/products.inf3: Error reading end tag.
OS : centos 6.5 2.6.32-431.23.3.el6.x86_64 actual plesk version 12.0.18 after auto-update google authentication and 3other extensions were enabled and now google authentication isn't in the list of installed extensions and not functioning i was able to login as before without google authentication but when I wanted to reinstall the extension catalog shows a empty screen I have ran /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components & /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair no luck where to look or to reinstall the extention catalog ?

It looks like something with Bind9 failed, however i'm not totally sure. I have DNS installed, however its not used. It had to be installed to generate the domain keys for email authentication.My sites still work, however it looks like the DNS option is no long present in Plesk.ow to proceed with the update?

I update my plesk 11,5 to 12.And I activate (limit control for smtp)After this action the email forwarding fails in all domains of plesk.This is the mail system at host fsyc.org. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.
Since the update from 11.5 to 12 working Horde login no longer, IMAP works otherwise perfect.

But, every time I log onto the panel, I get the error message shown on the subject line. Afterward, it says, "To solve this problem, send an update log to Parallels support." I have the update log ... but "where" to send it. Is there an email address? A webpage?

For some time now the Autoinstaller fails and the Plesk control panel becomes inoperable until I run the stop and then start command for the plesk control panel. Looking at the error log: autoinstaller3.log I see the following output:

I am using Plesk 10 on a Windows dedicated server.I read on Parallels website that version 11 will upgrade PHP to 5.3.Is it possible to keep PHP 5.2 together with PHP 5.3?
I have a Plesk Panel v11.5.30 installed into a Windows Server 2012. Whenever the panel is updated, the filesystem permissions are modified. Group psacln cannot access to several folders like C:Program files, C:Program files (x86), etc. Plesk users connected via Remote Desktop cannot run programs like Internet Explorer or so. Some web apps use Crystal Reports to build reports, and this doesn't work either.
Why does the upgrade process restrict access to these folders? It is possible to modify default permissions applied after panel upgrades?

I use Windows Plesk v 11.5.30 with Mailenable Standard Edition 7.0 version. In mailenable site i saw a new version of Mailenable standard version (7.5.1). URL...Can i download and update Mailenable version of my Windows PLesk? If i made this change and have problem can i do downgrande later?
