I upgraded to Plesk 12 and now i tried to update with autoinstaller, but i get this errors:

I tried with apt-get but there is no update available.
I've got VPS from OVH and on all my websites have problem. Any graphics / layouts / themes are not displayed but only texts and links on white background.
Don't know why. I was doing nothing this night on my server. I'm just uploaded new image file with screenshoot from wordpress admin panel here: [URL] ....

It looks like something with Bind9 failed, however i'm not totally sure. I have DNS installed, however its not used. It had to be installed to generate the domain keys for email authentication.My sites still work, however it looks like the DNS option is no long present in Plesk.ow to proceed with the update?
I have Parallels Plesk Panel v.11.5.30 on CentOS (Linux version 2.6.32-431.3.1.el6.x86_64) and I get error message whenever Plesk tries autoupdates.
Problem started to appear just after I updated server with atomicorpURL....When I try to update manually through console (yum update) I get following error:

I update my plesk 11,5 to 12.And I activate (limit control for smtp)After this action the email forwarding fails in all domains of plesk.This is the mail system at host fsyc.org. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.
Since the update from 11.5 to 12 working Horde login no longer, IMAP works otherwise perfect.

I'm using Plesk 11 in a Ubuntu 12.04 Linux environment on a remote dedicated server. I am NOT trying to upgrade to Plesk 12. But, every time I log onto the panel, I get the error message shown on the subject line. Afterward, it says, "To solve this problem, send an update log to Parallels support." I have the update log ... but "where" to send it. Is there an email address? A webpage?
We have over 50 WordPress installations with us on the server. Everything works very well. Only a WordPress there are problems. For automatic updates, we receive only:

For some time now the Autoinstaller fails and the Plesk control panel becomes inoperable until I run the stop and then start command for the plesk control panel. Looking at the error log: autoinstaller3.log I see the following output:

Details: ERROR: error during prepare patch panel-12.0.18~patch51...Failed to download the package URL.... The requested URL returned error: 500 Internal Server ErrorNot all packages were installed.Please try installing packages again later. I did verify with a web browser that I can access and download the WMIMSDNSProvider.dll file specified in the update. Is this just due to a timeout and the system retries the update? If so, how can I confirm that patch 51 got applied at some point.

We are running a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise server with the latest Plesk 11.5.30 update 16.
When trying to access any files or pages I'm getting the error:"Not Found...The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.Apache Server at calmcomputing.net Port 80"
The standard default page displays but my Wordpress installation does not (nor does anything for that matter). I've looked in the file manager (and via ftp) and all the files are there like they should be. This is the same for any of the subdomains that I've setup as well.
i went to server setting and checked manage php with nginx then start getting 404 Not Found nginx. It was clear that it s a problem with the wordpress permanent links so i went in wordpress back-end and switched to default links then it start working but when i switched to permanent link againi got the previous error again

Unfortunately today the mailboxes of two domains were "gone". The mailbox was still there physically but no mails would be delivered into the mailbox, nor could the user connect to it.
The log said:

The only solution that worked for me was to delete the mailbox, create it again and copy the old mails back. That problem only occured in two cases (two domains of one customer). All his other domains worked like a charm and no other customer was affected.
I'm running a brand new installed VPS with CentOS 6.6 and Plesk 12.0.18. I created a subscription and by default a FTP user is created. However, I cannot login with these credentials. I also created a new user but the same problem presists. I'm 100% sure that the username and password is correct.
Filezilla gives me and 530 Login incorrect. But if I look at the /var/log/secure file, I see this odd message (FTP username = test):

No such user found, although it is created with Plesk.
Trying to access any APS installed in Plesk i obtain this error: Internal error: Package with UID 'fb00f4ad-620a-4052-96b7-398bd99d9d6d' not found.The error panel.log:

my Plesk 12 upgrade went very smoothly. There is only one domain that I can not access from within the Plesk panel (it happens to be my primary domain). I get the following error:

I have Plesk Panel 11.5.30 # 48 installed on my rented vServer, which is virtualized with Parallels Virtual Automation / Plesk Power Panel. I cannot upgrade to Plesk Panel 12.x because my contract just includes a license for 11.x.
Installing fail2ban 0.8.6-3wheezy3 trough Power Panel works, but installing its configurator "plesk-fail2ban-configurator 12.0.18-debian7.0.build1200140526.11" fails.
