We have over 50 WordPress installations with us on the server. Everything works very well. Only a WordPress there are problems. For automatic updates, we receive only:
My Wordpress Toolkit stops showing the Wordpress Installations.
Instead of that, is showing a yellow sign with the following error:
"Decoding failed: Syntax error"
I found this [URL] ... but it did not work for me.
I decided to reinstall several times my Wordpress site using my Wordpress backup.
The Wordpress installation using the Toolkit works fine, however, when I update Wordpress (core, plugins or theme) within my Wordpress dashboard, the Plesk's Wordpress Toolkit keeps saying there are still updates pending. Also I noticed that if I change the site's name in my Wordpress dashboard, the Plesk Wordpress Toolkit keeps showing the old one. (same happens with languages)
Although my website is working fine, after a while, not matter if I update or not my Wordpress site using the Toolkit, eventually I receive the "Decoding failed: Syntax error" in my Plesk panel.

It looks like something with Bind9 failed, however i'm not totally sure. I have DNS installed, however its not used. It had to be installed to generate the domain keys for email authentication.My sites still work, however it looks like the DNS option is no long present in Plesk.ow to proceed with the update?
I have Parallels Plesk Panel v.11.5.30 on CentOS (Linux version 2.6.32-431.3.1.el6.x86_64) and I get error message whenever Plesk tries autoupdates.

I update my plesk 11,5 to 12.And I activate (limit control for smtp)After this action the email forwarding fails in all domains of plesk.This is the mail system at host fsyc.org. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.
Since the update from 11.5 to 12 working Horde login no longer, IMAP works otherwise perfect.

I'm using Plesk 11 in a Ubuntu 12.04 Linux environment on a remote dedicated server. I am NOT trying to upgrade to Plesk 12. But, every time I log onto the panel, I get the error message shown on the subject line. Afterward, it says, "To solve this problem, send an update log to Parallels support." I have the update log ... but "where" to send it. Is there an email address? A webpage?

For some time now the Autoinstaller fails and the Plesk control panel becomes inoperable until I run the stop and then start command for the plesk control panel. Looking at the error log: autoinstaller3.log I see the following output:

I have 2 different shared hosting accounts with 2 different hosts. On 1 hosting account I can install Wordpress plugins by clicking on the "install" link and everything is done, all I have to do is activate the plugin and I'm in business. On my other hosting account I signed up for yesterday, when I try to install a plugin I'm taken to a "Connection Information" screen. It says, "To perform the requested action, connection information is required" and there's a box for the hostname, username, password, and connection type (FTP or FTPS).
I also noticed that when I search for a plugin, the rating stars are all white (no yellow) on the hosting account that asks for the FTP info.
Both of these accounts were installed with Fantastico. Any ideas why my new hosting account acts this way?
I have a problem. I am running Plesk 11 with Windows 8. I installed wordpress and joomla. If I want to make one update from joomla 3.0 to 3.0.3 I get the error Internal Server error 500.
In Wordpress I get a error, too: By the update from 3.5 to 3.5.1 i get the error: The directory is write protect or not available.
In WordPress I instert in the wp-config.php following.
define( 'WP_TEMP_DIR', ABSPATH . 'wp-content/' );
Now, does the updates to WordPress and plugins work.
My question is, I am running not only one website with WP. How can I make the settings for all WP instances running on the server? And How can I fix it with the Joomla update?
Automatic Parallels Plesk. 12.0.18 has stopped working but no solution from plesk yet? I think every user has the same problem. Many people asked the same question but no solution/answer from plesk.

i have setup fresh Centos 6.5 with Plesk Pannel 12.0.18. When i execute the attached command from the console, i get it work, some posts are auto created within wordpress. When i enter the attached command within Plesk (Tools / Settings - Taskmanager - root New Task, the command is not executed...

We are running a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise server with the latest Plesk 11.5.30 update 16.
I've searched and tried every solution to this I could find. When Plesk 12.1 is configured to process php by nginx, I just can't get Wordpress permalinks to work. If I switch permalinks to default the pages will appear, but if I use something like day and date for the permalinks I get a Nginx 404 error. Of course if I'm just using Apache and it can read the .htaccess file everything works fine. I think part of the reason the solutions I find won't work is my main site is static with the wordpress blog in the /blog/ subdirectory. What would I add in Plesk to get permalinks to work correctly with wordpress in a /blog subdirectory. I'd also like to get WP Super cache working as well if possible.
I have some issues access my files through FTP. I created a new FTP user, that match the domain name, so it is easy for me to terminate access if i choose to delete the domain.
I can only access / see files that i uploaded with that specific FTP user. If i install a plugin inside Wordpress, i can not access those files via FTP.
If i login via SSH, with the root user, i can see all files.
I have tried to add the FTP user to the psacln group, but no luck.
