Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Panel MU Update Notifications
Nov 5, 2014On one CentOS 6.5 Plesk 12.0.18 install (with all MUs applied) each time an admin logs in a notification is displayed ("Plesk was successfully updated. View detailed information on the updates.") and once a week the panel generates an email notification (Plesk panel updated successfully).
Other Plesk 12.0.18 servers that are set to automatically update aren't generating this email notification or displaying the "green" notification upon login to the Plesk Panel. Is there a flag, tmp file, or a DB trigger that isn't being set properly to cause this?

Problem started to appear just after I updated server with atomicorpURL....When I try to update manually through console (yum update) I get following error:

May 9, 2014I am using Parallels panel 11.5.30 Update #44 on CentOS 6.5 (64bit version) located on VPS. What is the easiest way to update:
- PHP 5.3.3 to PHP 5.5.12 (current stable version) and
- MySQL 5.1.73 to MySQL 5.6.18 (current stable version).
Is it possible to update these from Plesk's control panel?

But, every time I log onto the panel, I get the error message shown on the subject line. Afterward, it says, "To solve this problem, send an update log to Parallels support." I have the update log ... but "where" to send it. Is there an email address? A webpage?

Nov 4, 2014WP-toolkit is unable to update WP-installations. The error is obviously due to user rights of the WP-toolkit compared to vhost user rights compared to file rights.
The error:

Configuration:
- nginx and apache
- nginx processes php files via php-fpm
How do I set user rights or what has to be configured to have the WP-toolbox work again?
Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Control Panel Is Very Slow To Load?
Apr 17, 2015I've been having a few issues with the control panel navigation is running slow even though I have heaps of resources available and free. The server is located locally and have no problems surfing websites attached to the same server.
When I login as admin, it can take 25 seconds to load into the first screen.
CPU GenuineIntel, Intel(R) Xeon(R)CPU E5649 @ 2.53GHz
Version Parallels Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140606.15 os_CentOS 6
OS CentOS 6.6 (Final)
Memory Available 6GB used 2.5-3GB
HDD: 300GB/ approx 130GB Free
I have tried issuing a /etc/init.d/psa restart command and has made no difference.

Jul 9, 2014I am creating new sites in my panel and they are only loading the default page.
The IP is pointed correctly or I would not get the default plesk page.
All the other service seem to work ok. I can ftp in and I can edit files with the online file manager.
If I use the preview feature I can see the changes I make to the files, but that is the only way.
I looked in /var/www/vhosts/system/ and the conf files are present.
What else can I check to see why the sites are not working?

The plesk panel is up, the websites are running, and the email services are running, but there are many errors like so;

Plesk 12.x / Linux :: File Sharing Stops - Unable To Load Folders List
Apr 6, 2015After enabling File Sharing in Plesk 12, the service appears to function correctly. If only a few files are uploaded, they are ok. However, after uploading a directory structure with a handful of MB, and subdirectories, File Sharing stops. It shows at the top of the screen:
"Internal error: The File Sharing service is temporarily unavailable because the site is down for maintenance."
it also says in the main window:
"Unable to load folders list."
Clicking on Upload Files, that dialog also shows "Unable to load folders list."
I have checked that the ownership of those files on the server is www-data:www-data , and that permissions are 755 for directories and 644 for files, because it seems like ownership and permissions could be an issue, however that doesn't fix it. Removing all the files in the share does fix it, however that's not useful if the files should be available for sharing.

Jun 7, 2014I'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.
This time whey i try to login, i'm not getting any error message, but after some time i got mail from the server "alarm level changed. Server health parameter "Services > Plesk CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red"."

I even tried to reset password:
