I want to upgrade to Plesk 12, but want to make sure current version of 11.5.30 is working properly.Whenever Plesk tried to update I get the following error.Installing packages

On one CentOS 6.5 Plesk 12.0.18 install (with all MUs applied) each time an admin logs in a notification is displayed ("Plesk was successfully updated. View detailed information on the updates.") and once a week the panel generates an email notification (Plesk panel updated successfully).
Other Plesk 12.0.18 servers that are set to automatically update aren't generating this email notification or displaying the "green" notification upon login to the Plesk Panel. Is there a flag, tmp file, or a DB trigger that isn't being set properly to cause this?
I have Parallels Plesk Panel v.11.5.30 on CentOS (Linux version 2.6.32-431.3.1.el6.x86_64) and I get error message whenever Plesk tries autoupdates.
Problem started to appear just after I updated server with atomicorpURL....When I try to update manually through console (yum update) I get following error:

my plesk control panel 11.5.30 has problems running the auto update of the panel. During the upgrade, the server reboots even after an error message appears that shows the following message: Can't parse /root/parallels/products.inf3: Error reading end tag.
I tried to install "help desk" from the Plesk link in the Home Page of the Server Administration Panel,but in this installation appear a message that block the installation process..Warning: Possible phishing attempt detected: The link you used attempted to redirect you to another site.
I'm using Plesk 11 in a Ubuntu 12.04 Linux environment on a remote dedicated server. I am NOT trying to upgrade to Plesk 12. But, every time I log onto the panel, I get the error message shown on the subject line. Afterward, it says, "To solve this problem, send an update log to Parallels support." I have the update log ... but "where" to send it. Is there an email address? A webpage?
I'm getting the following alert in my Plesk 11.5 panel :
1) Failed to update Panel. To solve this problem, you can send the update log to Parallels support. View the update logs (Oct 27, 2014). View the update logs (Oct 28, 2014). Copy the logs to your computer before you close this message. To close this message, click here.
2) Installation or upgrade failed. For more information, log in as root to the server over SSH and view the file /tmp/plesk_11.5.30_installation.log. Repair the failed upgrade or installation. ---------------------------- here the final part of the update log: ---- ===> Cumulative APS controller database (apsc) upgrade has been started. ===> Upgrade of APS controller database has been completed. ===> Cumulative Plesk database upgrade (revertable stage) has been started.
I've been having a few issues with the control panel navigation is running slow even though I have heaps of resources available and free. The server is located locally and have no problems surfing websites attached to the same server.
When I login as admin, it can take 25 seconds to load into the first screen.

I have tried issuing a /etc/init.d/psa restart command and has made no difference.
For some time now the Autoinstaller fails and the Plesk control panel becomes inoperable until I run the stop and then start command for the plesk control panel. Looking at the error log: autoinstaller3.log I see the following output:
WARNING: Third-party Yum repository 'atomic' is enabled, installation may fail.
Since you use one or more 3rd-party repos (say, atomic), be careful when installing different package versions from different repos as this may lead to installation failures. For example, you may encounter a problem if you first install PHP from a 3rd-party repo and then upgrade it using the Parallels repo. To avoid such situations, install and upgdare packages from the same repo.

I am troubleshooting a problem where the php5 package was replaced and caused lots of psa/plesk packages to be removed. This system details are;
# cat core.version 11.5.30 Ubuntu 12.04 115140407.17 # lsb_release -a Description: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS Codename: precise # uname -a Linux my.host.name 3.2.0-45-generic #70-Ubuntu SMP Wed May 29 20:12:06 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The plesk panel is up, the websites are running, and the email services are running, but there are many errors like so;
==> error.log <== PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/20090626/json.so' - /usr/lib/php5/20090626/json.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
I also get the following error when inspecting the json module:
root@vps:/etc/php5/mods-available# php -i|grep -i json PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/20090626/json.so' - /usr/lib/php5/20090626/json.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0 /etc/php5/cli/conf.d/20-json.ini,
What I need to install to get that json.so file back?
After enabling File Sharing in Plesk 12, the service appears to function correctly. If only a few files are uploaded, they are ok. However, after uploading a directory structure with a handful of MB, and subdirectories, File Sharing stops. It shows at the top of the screen:
"Internal error: The File Sharing service is temporarily unavailable because the site is down for maintenance."
it also says in the main window:
"Unable to load folders list."
Clicking on Upload Files, that dialog also shows "Unable to load folders list."
I have checked that the ownership of those files on the server is www-data:www-data , and that permissions are 755 for directories and 644 for files, because it seems like ownership and permissions could be an issue, however that doesn't fix it. Removing all the files in the share does fix it, however that's not useful if the files should be available for sharing.
after i migrate from Plesk 8.6 to Plesk 11.5 some of my Domains have trouble.When I want to open one of the Domain i become this error here: Internal error: Unable to load object of type Account with id=340: Account: unable to select: no such row in the table
In the databases i found some of errors here:
Previous error: Template_Exception: Unable to load object of type Account with id=1080: Account: unable to select: no such row in the table (select `id`, `type`, `password` . from `accounts` . where `id`=1080) file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Processor.php line: 27
I have already do this here: [URL] .... and reconfigure all my domains again, but the issue dont fix.
Updates ran over the weekend and I can no longer login to the Plesk Panel. I'm getting the following PHP error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_gpc() in D:Plesadminhtdocsindex.php on line 3Click to expand...
I'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.
This time whey i try to login, i'm not getting any error message, but after some time i got mail from the server "alarm level changed. Server health parameter "Services > Plesk CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red"."
I can not log into to plesk right now. It's display message " Unable to read Control Panel configuration file: date_default_timezone_get() [function.date-default-timezone-get]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_ timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier.We selected 'Asia/Krasnoyarsk' for '7.0/no DST' instead".
