Jul 10, 2014I have a problem to login Parallels Plesk Panel, on a 1and1 vps.
When I click on "login", it just reload the page (I'm sure that username and password is correct).

Pretty sure it is a permissions problem, have tried chown -R domain.com.au domain.com.au and returns invalid user.
Can now FTP, use webmail, preview the site and have uploaded a pretty big site .... the Paraellels site displays it as 0mb disk space used and only displays the default Parallels place holder.
This is what a new domain name is displaying ######################################
Files listed in the file manager ######################################
Files uploaded using Filezilla FTP program ######################################
Default place holder ... can't display any other page. ######################################
Have checked all DNS settings and they match the other domains.

Before, when I made a clic on link, it was just loading options to add or remove components. Now, it takes me to a login page, with root user.
If I enter a bad password, it shows me an error
If I enter the correct root password, it returns to same login page again, without any error

Aug 4, 2014I have Parallels Plesk Panel v.11.5.30 on CentOS (Linux version 2.6.32-431.3.1.el6.x86_64) and I get error message whenever Plesk tries autoupdates.
Problem started to appear just after I updated server with atomicorpURL....When I try to update manually through console (yum update) I get following error:

May 9, 2014I am using Parallels panel 11.5.30 Update #44 on CentOS 6.5 (64bit version) located on VPS. What is the easiest way to update:
- PHP 5.3.3 to PHP 5.5.12 (current stable version) and
- MySQL 5.1.73 to MySQL 5.6.18 (current stable version).
Is it possible to update these from Plesk's control panel?

If it's not possible, is there a way to decrypt the panel login passwords, like there is for the admin-password (/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password)?

I keep a simple site for my art portfolio and some misc files hosted with unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk and Parallels Plesk.
Yesterday I noticed that the site and all its contents give a 404 error, and the home page shows the default page generated by Parallels Plesk Panel. However, all my files are still accessible from ftp and the Panel:
The index.html file is still the same old one as it should be, yet the homepage doesn't show it.
As per the default setup, all the content of the website is in the httpdocs folder, not the root. Though I did try copying the index.html to the root and see if that worked, but it did not. I'm very inexperienced when it comes to web hosting and everything related, so I'm not sure if it's somehow user error or if I should try to contact Parallels.
Here's a history of emails I received from them - notice how the invoices are followed by multiple payment confirmations:
So perhaps cancelling the one payment made them think I wanted to cancel the hosting and the site was taken offline? I don't know.

Feb 24, 2015When I try to goto mydomain.com:8443 the site looks like it's stuck in some sort of loop always refreshing and never getting to a login prompt.
Yesterday I ran into this problem and couldn't figure out how to fix it. Looking into it again this morning I found the poa-ui.log file.:

Jun 7, 2014I'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.
This time whey i try to login, i'm not getting any error message, but after some time i got mail from the server "alarm level changed. Server health parameter "Services > Plesk CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red"."

The funny thing is that this is only happening to one account. I've tried to change subsriber for his subscription, but there was no result, since the same thing happend when I tried to login with the new subscriber's login.

I found a solution on the internet and updated the records with phpmyadmin [URL] ....
When I click on Login at the the WordPress Installations I'm still being navigated to the old website url. It supprices me that there is no option to change it on Plesk level after wordpress is deployed.
How can i change or update the wordpress path once it is installed in Plesk?
I'm using CentOS 6.2, maybe there is a config file or an database for Plesk?
