I am having an issue updating a Plesk Panel installation via micro updates.
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
Software: Plesk for windows 11.5
The following errors are generated when the system attempts to update. Please see below for details:

I have an issue on a Plesk 11 Installation
Every time a backup task finishes (full server or a single domain) i get the following error:
The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters. You may also want to report this problem to our support.

I just applied yum updates and then attempted Plesk microupdates on a Mediatemple dv4 VPS running CentOS release 5.11.
I ran the 'up' alias (as I have done many times with success):
alias up='/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base'
It halted with:
ERROR: Unable to install the "psa-updates-11.0.9-rhel5.build110140930.15.noarch" package.
The following could cause the installation failure:
1) psa-updates-11.0.9-rhel5.build110140930.15.noarch: No suitable solutions were found for the "sw-engine >= 2.5.2" dependency.
2) sw-engine-2.5.2-201409301549.rhel5.x86_64: No suitable solutions were found for the "libcurl.so.3()(64bit)" dependency.
Here are the RPMS updated just beforehand:

I have parallel plesk 11.5 on my VPS hosting. Recently I upgraded the PHP version to 5.4 via Updates and Upgrades feature. Now, I am not able to change anything for any domain/website, it always shows me following error:
"Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5.4" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again."
I tried creating a handler with same name in IIS but it didn't work. When I checked in "Server Components" the max PHP version is "PHP 5.3.28" but I see PHP 5.4 installed in C:ParallelsPleskAdditionalPleskPHP54 folder on the server.

When logged into the admin panel, I can manage all other domain except for one. When I try to manage this particular domain (which is our own domain rather than a client domain), it takes a while before returning page not found. In the logs, it's getting a high volume of the following error message:
Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5.3" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again.
I've tried attacking the issue through IIS. PHP appears to be configured correctly in IIS. I've looked at permissions. The website itself runs fine, I just can't manage the domain.
Another issue, which may be related, is when trying to access the PHP Manager in IIS for the PleskControlManager site, it gets an error stating that it can't find the php.ini file. I don't know if this is normal, or related.

after i migrate from Plesk 8.6 to Plesk 11.5 some of my Domains have trouble.When I want to open one of the Domain i become this error here: Internal error: Unable to load object of type Account with id=340: Account: unable to select: no such row in the table

My Plesk Panel fails to find updates for some reason. It keeps thinking that 11.5.30 Update #31 is the latest version, although the changelog (URL..) clearly shows 11.5.30 Update #40 is available.I tried to manually run the updater from command line:

WP-toolkit is unable to update WP-installations. The error is obviously due to user rights of the WP-toolkit compared to vhost user rights compared to file rights.
The error:
The WordPress plugins were updated with errors:Installation "My CMS": Warning: Could not remove the old plugin. {"err_code":0,"err_message":"Updated 0/1 plugins."}
Configuration:
- nginx and apache
- nginx processes php files via php-fpm
How do I set user rights or what has to be configured to have the WP-toolbox work again?

Latest Update 12.0.18 Update 12 appears to have removed PHP 5.4 and PHP 5.5 from my dropdown under hosting settings.
The only PHP that is left is PHP 5.3
Yet, the updates and upgrades page still lists PHP 5.4 and PHP 5.5 as installed.
Also PHP is still working on the virtual websites that were previously enabled with either 5.4 or 5.5, but not able to change using the Plesk Panel.
Given that Parallels has broken the Panel in that latest automatic update I'd hope it can be resolved ASAP.
I can't even find any references in the KB about Plesk 12 on Windows regarding PHP versions
I can even give feedback about the broken patch as every feedback channel requires paid support.

Backup file size in server repository : 169 MB
In personal repository showed in plesk :169 MB
File size shown in FTP in backup server : 169.08MB

I have a Plesk Panel v11.5.30 installed into a Windows Server 2012. Whenever the panel is updated, the filesystem permissions are modified. Group psacln cannot access to several folders like C:Program files, C:Program files (x86), etc. Plesk users connected via Remote Desktop cannot run programs like Internet Explorer or so. Some web apps use Crystal Reports to build reports, and this doesn't work either.
Why does the upgrade process restrict access to these folders? It is possible to modify default permissions applied after panel upgrades?

I received the following error regarding an auto update that ran on the server.

Details: ERROR: error during prepare patch panel-12.0.18~patch51...Failed to download the package URL.... The requested URL returned error: 500 Internal Server ErrorNot all packages were installed.Please try installing packages again later. I did verify with a web browser that I can access and download the WMIMSDNSProvider.dll file specified in the update. Is this just due to a timeout and the system retries the update? If so, how can I confirm that patch 51 got applied at some point.

I have enabled mail for himivest.com and can access my eMail via Opera Mail as a download.
However, I cannot access webmail. Typing "[uRL] ...." into the address bar of my browser (Chrome) results in the message "No input file specified."
I believe this is a PHP setup error. I have tried disabling / enabling PHP support for himivest (in accordance with [URL] .... ) but this had no effect.
What must I do to enable webmail?

Lately whenever i try to connect to my Plesk Panel, I get Firefox's "Unable to connect" error and with Internet Explorer I get "Cannot display web page". I disabled all addons, still couldn't connect. Checked my Firewall, still nothing. I pinged the IP and got 51ms. My site is still up. And I just dont know what's wrong.
