I'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.

I have a problem with one of my Plesk Panels for windows (v. 11.5.30 Update #47). One of the clients is getting "Redirect loop" error when tries to login to his panel. We use our own backoffice for remote logins. Passwords for panel login are encrypted. Is it possible to remove the option for customers to change their password for panel login so they will stay in sync with our own backoffice?
If it's not possible, is there a way to decrypt the panel login passwords, like there is for the admin-password (/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password)?
Since the update from 11.5 to 12 working Horde login no longer, IMAP works otherwise perfect.

On one CentOS 6.5 Plesk 12.0.18 install (with all MUs applied) each time an admin logs in a notification is displayed ("Plesk was successfully updated. View detailed information on the updates.") and once a week the panel generates an email notification (Plesk panel updated successfully).
Other Plesk 12.0.18 servers that are set to automatically update aren't generating this email notification or displaying the "green" notification upon login to the Plesk Panel. Is there a flag, tmp file, or a DB trigger that isn't being set properly to cause this?
I have Parallels Plesk Panel v.11.5.30 on CentOS (Linux version 2.6.32-431.3.1.el6.x86_64) and I get error message whenever Plesk tries autoupdates.

my plesk control panel 11.5.30 has problems running the auto update of the panel. During the upgrade, the server reboots even after an error message appears that shows the following message: Can't parse /root/parallels/products.inf3: Error reading end tag.
I'm using Plesk 11 in a Ubuntu 12.04 Linux environment on a remote dedicated server. I am NOT trying to upgrade to Plesk 12. But, every time I log onto the panel, I get the error message shown on the subject line. Afterward, it says, "To solve this problem, send an update log to Parallels support." I have the update log ... but "where" to send it. Is there an email address? A webpage?

For some time now the Autoinstaller fails and the Plesk control panel becomes inoperable until I run the stop and then start command for the plesk control panel. Looking at the error log: autoinstaller3.log I see the following output:

I recently setup Plesk 11.0.9, and I want to setup SimpleDNS into my plesk panel. I installed SimpleDNS 5.2 on the server, and I followed the instructions in this post --> [URL] ...., but when I refresh the components page in the panel, I never have the Simple DNS.I setup port 8053 in SimpleDNS' HTTP API, I accept any ip address, I remove the firewall and Plesk can not see it.
how to enable AWStats for the domains on my server. In our old Panel (v9.5), I could go Domains > DOMAIN.TLD > Web Hosting Settings, and on that page there was an option to choose between Webalizer/AWStats/None. In version 11.5, I don't see that option.
When I look on the actual Windows server, I do see an AWStats directory along with a Webalizer directory in "C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskAdditional", so I think it's installed...? AWStats comes along as part of the Plesk Panel license, right?
I can see the Webalizer stats when I browse to [URL] ...., but I'd much rather see AWStats.
I Have a WinServer 2008R2SP1 with plesk 11. I am able to access to PControl panel with https://localhost:8443 but not from outside the server (https://serverIP:8443)
