There is nothing shown between "Enable message submission" and the "Relay Options".
Yes, I am using Postfix.
What am I missing?
I have a problem to send email to idn domain names.
The error that I have is

In documentation about Server-wide-mail settings
In Plesk for Linux with the Postfix mail server, you can change the IP address used for sending mail. Also, if your server sends mail from domain IP addresses, you can specify which name will be used as a host name in SMTP greetings.
Choose from the three options:
◦Send from domain IP addresses. By default, mail from each domain is sent using the domain's IP address. The host name used in SMTP greeting is defined by the configuration of the mail server.
◦Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting. If selected, Plesk changes the mail server configuration so that the SMTP greeting will contain the name of the domain from which an email message is sent.
This option prevent the sender's IP address from being put into public black lists, such as the Spamhaus or OpenBL lists. This might happen if the mail server host name is used in SMTP greeting for the messages sent from domain IP addresses. Some recipient servers consider such messages as spam.
We recommend that you use this option if you host less than 100 domains. In case of a large number of domains, using this option significantly increases the load on the server.
◦Send from the specified IP address. You might want to use certain IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for all outgoing mail.
Sending all mail from the specified address might be useful, for example, if the IP address of the mail server was put into public black lists, such as the Spamhaus or OpenBL lists. If you select None, outgoing mail will not be sent.Click to expand...
I am experiencing a weird issue after a Plesk upgrade (from 11 to 12, installed on Ubuntu 12.04).
FTP/SFTP is not working for all users in one specific domain. When using the latest Filezilla client, I receive the following error when I try to connect in SFTP with the main user of this domain
Error: Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP server

I am currently running a trail of plex to see if it meets our requirements.
My domains are currently being hosted by an external provider and I have made the dns entry to point it the the server running plesk.
Now we can access the site created through plesk but the emails are not working not the webmail or even trying to forward the mails.
If you rename a domain, fail2ban will stop working, since it still tries to open the old path the the web access log.
One workaround is to restart the server after renaming the domain, then fail2ban paths are updated.
I'm using plesk 12.0.18.
I have a Problem with my VHosts on one of two IP addresses. One IP is dedicated and works well
The other IP is shared. Since two days every call to one of the websites of this share ip goes to the Plesk Default Website. I tried to reconfigure single sites and all sites (/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all), nothing works and restarting apache shows some warnings.

In an other thread I found a possible solution for the overlapping vhosts. The problem there seems to be a missing ssl-certificate and that matches with the situation on my server. After copying any other certificate-file as the one with the missing filename the apache starts without any warnings, but after that all websites (the sites from the dedicated ip too) only shows the apache default site ("it works"). I Tried to reconfigure single sites and all sites (/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all), nothing works.
The server is hosted by STRATO, so there are daily backups. I turned back one week (the problem exists since two days). Then for some hours all works fine but suddenly all the sites on the ip 85.214.41.141 get broken again and shows only plesks default page.
I need to listen to two IP addresses supporting many domains.
It the pass we achieve this on the Data Centre firewall. This option is no longer available.
Traffic is been presented to Plesk 12.0.18 on
Eth0 – 192.168.0.2
Eth1 – 192.168.0.12
I set up 192.168.0.2 – all is working well
I installed NGINX – all is well and the websites are running faster.
Normally I would try to listen on two IP address in Apache. This option I could not get working as Plesk creates the Apache configuration files from the information entered through the panels. This in turn over rights any manual changes to the Apache configuration files.
I understand that I could use NGINX to achieve this. Is this correct how is it achieved?
We want to send a newsletter email for all the company employees, we are using doppler because of a location and language thing (based in Argentina where an important part of the company operation is located), so when we are ready to send the newsletter it says that all recipients are bouncing, asked to droppler support and they say the problem comes from plesk, because it needs to have their ip addresses into the whitelist.
So, went to plesk, selected the domain where the bounced email addresses are (dlbgroup.com) but from there I don't know where to go, I don't want to do something wrong or delete something accidentally, so where to upload this CSV file to the right whitelist place.
I have installed a new SSL cert and tried to assign it to an IP address.
Plesk says "Information: The properties of the IP address .... were changed."
But it seems the SSL cert was not changed.
Running in mysql the following query
select d.name from domains d inner join hosting h on h.dom_id = d.id where h.certificate_id = <id of new cert>;
gives:
Empty set (0.00 sec)
I changed the cert for the IP where all my domains are so it should show the domains using that IP/cert. Running the query using the ID of the old cert lists all the domains on that IP/cert.
I have Plesk 12 with Centos 7.1. When I have to send emails with my IP gives error:

I am running a VPS through 123-REG, Plesk version 11.0.9 with CentOS 6.4
I host 3 websites of my own (with 14 mail accounts)
4 websites for clients (with 10 mail accounts)
7 websites for clients (with 0 mail accounts)
The problem I have had in the last 2 weeks is that the server has been compromised once again by spammers.
2 weeks ago we had another instance and the support was even worse than before, I decided that the best way forward after irradicating the problem and correcting the source, and in the interest of each of my clients I decided to asign each client with their own IP address in the vain hope that if one client account is compromised the others will not be affected, 123-REG agreed that this is a solid solution so I purchased 5 additional IP addresses for the clients I host mail accounts for, (all of the said addresses were blacklisted when I was given them!!!) the reverse DNS was not set up correctly, and couldn't be through their control panel and some didn't match the SMTP banners, then I found out through them that the mail was still sent out through the Primary IP address anyway so if one client gets blacklisted they all still do.
Now they tell me that I can in fact configure Plesk to use each IP address for each client exclusively and they sent me a link to a support article that doesn't actually tell me how to do it.
I can do the following so far:
Log into puTTY and use the command: nano /etc/postfix/master.cf
Find the "smtp" record referenced in the article [URL]
1.1.1.1- unix - n n - - smtp -o smtp_bind_address=1.1.1.1 -o smtp_bind_address6= -o smtp_address_preference=ipv4
2.2.2.2- unix - n n - - smtp -o smtp_bind_address=2.2.2.2 -o smtp_bind_address6= -o smtp_address_preference=ipv4
although mine looks like the one below:
1.1.1.1- unix - n n - - smtp -o smtp_bind_address=1.1.1.1 -o smtp_b$
Is there something missing from the entry I have?
Assuming that 1.1.1.1 = the relevant IP Address for the client do I need to create an entry for each of my IP addresses?
Do I need to do anything with SMTP banners? If so how do I do it, and what do I need to do?
The article also mentions the default settings being restored each time you reconfigure mail settings and to consider a scheduled task, does that mean each time I set up a new mail account or a new client as I assume that I will need to repeat these steps in that case anyway, mainly because they will have a unique IP address that needs to be set up.
Started after last update 12.0.18 Update #44 (on CloudLinux): I can send mail wia created mailboxes, but sites can not send mail, contact forms say "Failed to send your message." maillog file also do not indicate sending any messages from domains. Wordpress restore password claims:
"The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function."
php.ini is default:
safe_mode = Off
disable_functions = is empty
The issue about not sending mail from domains was - old versions of LVE anf CageFS are incompatible with latest plesk update, updating them caused all sites in Cagefs to throw error 500 with log string: "SecureLVE jail error Invalid regexps: no match for path to base home directory". It was fixed by changing cagefs.base.home.dirs regexp to the real sites folder location. Enabling cagefs back removed one of the files it shouldn't:
"Removed file /var/cagefs/81/xxx/etc/php.d/soap.ini"
So be carefull to place necesssary files back.
For now everything works.

i have one Mailbox on my server, which i cannot sending mails. I tested it with Outlook and Horde.
For Example, i see this error at the Maillog:

I delete this Mailbox, but after a time, i have the same problem again. On the Plesk Webinterface there is no problem logging with the outgoing spam protection.
I am sending mailing but I need send the emails more quickly. How can i configure this?

Let's get to the problem:
When I make a new email account I can login to this account on webmail.domain.com (roundcube) and receive and send emails. Now when I want to use this account on Apple Mail i'm not sure which ports I need to use.
For the incoming mail server I use: 143
For the outgoing mail server I use: 587
Now when I look at my mailbox it gives me a warning sign. The outgoing mail server gives a green dot, but the incoming mail server gives me a red dot.
- So sending mails works.
- And receiving mails don't work.
I am using IMAP and have enabled the SSL box. I don't know if i need to check this, because i'm not running on an SSL certificate.
Are the ports that i'm using right? And should I enable the SSL checkbox?
i've a problem with my SMTP settings.The strange thing is that my drupal site, which is located on the server can send mails. But when i try to send from Gmail it does not work.

I have a problem with file upload. I changed php.ini files in /etc/php5/cgi and user and php.ini to work with big files. I changed accordingly max_filesize, post_max_size, memory_limit.Also changed suhosin memory_limit and some other stuffs. I cant get files bigger than ~100MB to be sent through forms with post! Below is ok.Is there any method to do this with plesk 11.5?? I saw docs on this particular topics with plesk 10 on internet but nothing for plesk 11.

It seems some permission issue. I already executed plesk configutor and permission fix tool but the issue remains.
I m trying to get the feature "Outgoing Mail from Exclusive IP Addresses" working, as with an updated Postfix configuration the menu entry for this functions does not appear anymore.
Maybe i am missing something in my configuration that tells Plesk to not show it anymore.

I have two sites that register a high amount to SMTP traffic. Both sited have only forwarding email addresses.
Do forwarding addresses accumulate SMTP traffic on the log?
Also, if a forwarding email is created without a mailbox is it necessary to add a password so that "others" cannot use the blank SMTP server to send email out?

I have changed a couple of domains to have their own IP address - one marked as shared, the other as dedicated.
I can not log in to either via FTP since changing to a new IP address, the DNS has been changed to reflect this change over and resolves correctly.
I have used the domain name, original IP address and new IP address as the host address with filezilla on windows and mac, and smart ftp on windows.
All accept the username and password, but then all of them timeout with ETIMEOUT error.
Existing domains on the original IP address log in fine via FTP.
I had made the backups of subscription and of whole plesk too and migrate it to other server. It seems all to be fine, but I cannot send or receive emails In Tools & Settings -> Server-Wide Mail Settings - > Mail Queue I see all mails stored there. The IPs was changed yesterday, and now I can see that WHOIS Infos was chanfed too, the domains are online.
On old server I had no problem with sending of emails (post), it is stil on, because I had not by all domains changed the DNS-Records yet.
I want to send a notification (by an email to SMS gateway) when a specific email arrives. I see that Roundcube has a sieve filter option called "Send Notification" and it has three input boxes which have no tooltips and I am unable to find any documents telling me what to fill in those boxes.

The Message is obvious enough, but the other two?
For the method, I tried mailto:<me@myemailaddress.com>
I left the options blank, typed in a short message and tried to save the filter, but it gave me an error message "Unable to save filter - server error occurred". Annoyingly, it then wiped out what I had typed and started me with a blank rule again. I also tried without the < and > round the email address.
Any clues as to proper syntax and what the options are?
Also, is it necessary to have another action after the Send Notification action to file the email away somewhere, or will it just be left in the inbox anyway if the only action is the notification?

I'm running Plesk 12.0.18 update 39 on Centos 6.6 with postfix and courier-IMAP
However I can't send emails from mobile devices or outlook - the security settings are invalid, I've tried all 4, SSL, SSL/TLS Accept all certs, Start TLS etc.
I use postfix/smtp plesk12 centos7, I create mailbox add password. For example my domain is a.com from roundcube all work no problem.
My script isn't working look like this:
SMTP CONFIGURATION (LEAVE DEFAULT IF YOU USE mail() )

SMTP PORT 587
SMTP Secure tls
SMTP Auth true
SMTP USERNAME test@a.com

And the script dont send emails to user, say that Mailer Error: SMTP connect() failed. In dns settings I don't have smtpa.com host only have mail.a.com why from scripts don't send email to users?
Since updating from Plesk V11, Plesk is sending out an e-mail with date.time information to all my customers. I have not changed anything to my settings.
