I was wondering how to change the notification destination email for alerts sent by Plesk Health Monitor? I tried to modify the XML configuration file with this at the beginning:
Simple... new Plesk 12 includes this fancy feature to tell me which Wordpress plugins and themes need updating (because I obviously can't do this myself). But maybe I don't want to update some plugins (because they've been customized and changed)... how do I....
STOP Plesk 12 from sending me Wordpress update notification emails EVERY DAY!???? The auto-update is off... and EVERY day is sends me (and all of those clients) an ugly email about their Wordpress installations. How do I turn this OFF?
I have a trial key, running Plesk 12 on Windows 2012 R2.I have disabled the notification emails in Plesk (or at least I thought I had), but keep getting an email about a running task called "push_worker.php". I get this so often, it's filling up my inbox. Is there a hidden box somewhere that I've missed to disable these emails?
actually i want to know is this sending this email by my smtp server?

The 'Additional Administrator Accounts' feature enables a Plesk login to be created for each administrator, so they don't have to share a login, which is good practice.
However, Plesk sends notification emails (e.g. Notification of problem domains) to all the administrators. How can we control who is sent notification emails? In our case, we only want them to go the main admin account.
In the 'Additional Administrator Accounts' form, the 'email' field requires a value. We could set this to a dummy value, but this would probably generate non-delivery emails.
I have Plesk 12 on CentOS 7. I have only MSMTP installed not Postfix or Qmail. No matter what settings I use in the external SMTP settings the mail is never sent and I cannot find any error logs.
I have tried gmail smtp, sendgrid smtp and another smtp server that I own.
This is not a firewall issue as far as I can tell since if I install postfix it just works. Also any Wordpress or Joomla installs that use SMTP settings with gmail or sendgrid work just fine.
Screenshot for information only. I used accurate usernames, passwords, etc.

Quick update. I tried the recommended CentOS 7 with the same result. Can installing Plesk 12 without a mail server and using the msmtp relay option actually works?Click to expand...
I have a problem with email accounts for a user which recieve email messages all wright but he can't send any email. All emails he send (even for himself) arn't delievered. He doesn't recieve any error messeges in return.
I thought to check exim_mainlog and exim_rejectlog but I don't know what exaxtly should I look for. and what needed to be reconfigured.
When a PHP script is sending a mail, there is added an return path in mail header. How to change that mail address in return path?
We are using Postfix and CentOS 6.5
Plesk is setting the mail address of the owner of the hosting account. When changing the owners mail address in Plesk, the return path is still the same and is not updated...
I have problems sending emails from my VPS to Hotmail and Gmail email accounts. This is a new VPS with some new websites so they are not blacklisted for spam or anything like that.
After users register at my website they receive a welcome email, but with Hotmail/Gmail accounts they end up by default in the spam/junkfolder.
I also have a refer-a-friend and a forgot password form -> with gmail users they both end up in the spamfolder, with hotmail users they both do not show up at all!
I read somewhere that editing the DNS zone could solve this problem with adding a SPF record (see also [url]).
I have added the most common SPF record "v=spf1 a ~all" as TXT record type but after a few days nothing has changed.
so all email send from the VPS to Hotmail/Gmail email accounts will directly be send into the inbox.

EDIT:
Happens everytime i reboot the server. After about 15 minutes the stats normalise.
I spent a lot of time trying to not have alarm messages into spam folder.
already added address to my contacts already mark it as important already changed sender email... but
Plesk where take email for Alarm Message?
Because I changed email (external) with 1 internal, but update alert arrive with administrator email and now is not going to spam, but alarm email arrive with old email (external, that is marked as pishing) ....
i can't seem to get access to the health monitor in power user mode. As my plesk license was "upgraded" from a usual 11.x 10 Domains-License to new WebAdmin Package, i can't choose service provider view anymore. How can i get access to the health monitor now?
2014-06-24T10:01:15+11:00 INFO (6): Server health parameter "Services > Panel CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red". 2014-06-24T10:21:16+11:00 INFO (6): Server health parameter "Services > Apache CPU usage" changed its status from "red" to "green".
I keep receiving emailed alerts with subject like: "<server name> alarm level changed"
with content like:
Server health parameter "Memory > Real memory usage" changed its status from "green" to "yellow". or Server health parameter "Services > Apache CPU usage" changed its status from "red" to "yellow".
(and then a readout of the top command)
1) Where in Plesk can I see live alerts (or a historical log of these alerts)
2) Where can I change the settings (I think it may be too sensitive and the thresholds need to be adjusted)
3) I don't quite understand the alerts in general either, for example, the "Memory > Real memory usage", the TOP command output is for example:
I just installed the Health Monitor add-on in a brand new Plesk 11.5.30 on CentOS 6.4 but all that it's area in Plesk displays is this funky looking error:

I have a one problem in my server . I use in Parallels Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140606.15 os_CentOS 6 I vps in systemOS CentOS6.6 Final Minimal and installing plesk health monitor show error in :

I am reading the plesk documentation about "Tags Used in Notification Messages". URL....It says that one can use a <password> tag which will show the user's password ("user's password for authorization in Plesk").How can Plesk show a password? I would assume all passwords are saved as hashes and not as plain text?
As described in the title I need a paid monitoring service which provides sms alerts and tells SoftLayer immediately so they can investigate the issue and make what needed to bring the server online.
I like hyperspin.com service but it looks there is no way to send SoftLayer an automated notification because there is a need to open a ticket.
I can't be attendant at my office 24 hours so I need this service which alerts me with sms about the fail and simultaneously tells my provider so my server will not be down for a long time.
The premium antivirus when enabled it automatically sends notifications to both sender and server admin. I wish to disable the the notification to the sender and also only send a summary email weekly to the admin.
I want to send a notification (by an email to SMS gateway) when a specific email arrives. I see that Roundcube has a sieve filter option called "Send Notification" and it has three input boxes which have no tooltips and I am unable to find any documents telling me what to fill in those boxes.
The boxes are:
Method Options Message
The Message is obvious enough, but the other two?
For the method, I tried mailto:<me@myemailaddress.com>
I left the options blank, typed in a short message and tried to save the filter, but it gave me an error message "Unable to save filter - server error occurred". Annoyingly, it then wiped out what I had typed and started me with a blank rule again. I also tried without the < and > round the email address.
Any clues as to proper syntax and what the options are?
Also, is it necessary to have another action after the Send Notification action to file the email away somewhere, or will it just be left in the inbox anyway if the only action is the notification?
Not sure if all notifications are working or not but I do know that when I create a new customer with a new subscription no notification is received. I have tested with several email addresses.
I'm getting a traffic notification on a site I restored from a backup that originally came from a standard Plesk edition. Web Admin Edition doesn't appear to have access to Subscriptions, and all I can find with regard to limits under Webspaces is a hard disk quota, which isn't even editable. How do I amend of remove the limit?
Every time I log on plesk 11.09 I get an email from admin saying that due to maximum number of failed login attempts for admin, the account was blocked for 30 minutes.
First, I do not get failed login attempts, I log in every time.
Two, the account is not blocked, I can log in, out and back in as many times as I want without problem except that I get this email everytime.
