Jun 14, 2015I'm getting a traffic notification on a site I restored from a backup that originally came from a standard Plesk edition. Web Admin Edition doesn't appear to have access to Subscriptions, and all I can find with regard to limits under Webspaces is a hard disk quota, which isn't even editable. How do I amend of remove the limit?

Jan 29, 2015I migrated from one server running Plesk 10.4.4 Update #59 to a new server running Plesk 11 which I then updated to 12.0.18 Update #32. Since moving to Plesk 12 the "Notify when disk space/traffic usage reaches" emails have been being sent to our customers set up on the server whereas previously they were sent to the server admin email address.
Is this a change with this version?

URL....It says that one can use a <password> tag which will show the user's password ("user's password for authorization in Plesk").How can Plesk show a password? I would assume all passwords are saved as hashes and not as plain text?

I like hyperspin.com service but it looks there is no way to send SoftLayer an automated notification because there is a need to open a ticket.

Jul 18, 2015I want to send a notification (by an email to SMS gateway) when a specific email arrives. I see that Roundcube has a sieve filter option called "Send Notification" and it has three input boxes which have no tooltips and I am unable to find any documents telling me what to fill in those boxes.
The boxes are:
Method
Options
Message
The Message is obvious enough, but the other two?
For the method, I tried mailto:<me@myemailaddress.com>
I left the options blank, typed in a short message and tried to save the filter, but it gave me an error message "Unable to save filter - server error occurred". Annoyingly, it then wiped out what I had typed and started me with a blank rule again. I also tried without the < and > round the email address.
Any clues as to proper syntax and what the options are?
Also, is it necessary to have another action after the Send Notification action to file the email away somewhere, or will it just be left in the inbox anyway if the only action is the notification?

Sep 28, 2014Every time I log on plesk 11.09 I get an email from admin saying that due to maximum number of failed login attempts for admin, the account was blocked for 30 minutes.
First, I do not get failed login attempts, I log in every time.
Two, the account is not blocked, I can log in, out and back in as many times as I want without problem except that I get this email everytime.

Tools & Settings > SSL Certificates > add new
I put the key there its ok until here.
Then I follow this: After adding an SSL certificate to a domain, you need to enable SSL support and select that certificate in the website hosting settings: Websites & Domains > Hosting Settings of this domain > Security.
But the dropdownlist there are not SSL with the name that i create on panel.

Nov 22, 2014Early on, I use this Plesk under trial license mode and have set the subscription for each domains to 20GB (hard disk) and 100GB (bandwidth).
Later, I sign up for Web Admin Edition. I understand that this version does not have abilities to manage quotas. The issue that I have now, after I entered the activation key (Web Admin Edition), my existing domain's quota remain as it is instead of unlimited.

in order to have a Horde admin email we open
/etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/conf.php
and change
$conf['auth']['admins'] = array();
into
$conf['auth']['admins'] = array('emailaddress@xyz.com');
Works fine. This change than reverses itself after every Plesk update incl micro updates. Are we editing the right file / is there an underlying one we should edit instead? Cannot find a setting in Plesk itself to configure a Horde admin email.
