When I change an email address on a user's account I get this error?
Internal error: mailmng-mailname failed: Unable to open dir /var/qmail/mailnames/mydomain.com/stevebrown/@attachments: No such file or directory System error 2: No such file or directory

Basically what I want to do is to change the "From: "email address for system user "Plesk Administrator" when sending the automated notification with subject "Parallels Panel Scheduler notification". Where would I do this?
The Plesk Health monitor is sending alerts to the wrong email by default. How can it be changed?hanged" notifications by "Health Monitor" are triggered by the default address that has been setup in My Profile > Profile & Preferences or is there a different way of changing this setting.
To automate some tasks for some projects I'm working on, I need to be able to automatically create or delete ftp-users.
Creating and listing ftp-accounts is working great, but when it comes to deleting them I run into an internal server error. Before my script gets the response it's waiting for, the script crashes.
- When live watching the Apache error-log with 'tail -f', the terminal-session is exited with 'Killed (core dumped)' - Apache error-log shows:

I have checked and changed time-out settings, but it didn't work. Error occurs a few seconds after executing, while the timeouts are set to 60 to 90 seconds.
I am having trouble with setting up an email account to set up the email I go to Mail > Create Email Address > and enter email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and check the "access to control panel" and create a password and also check "mailbox" .
But in the email client, when I go to use SMTP and I enter the following info:
- SMTP Server: example.com - username: email@example.com - password: password I created above - port 25 - user TLS
I get this error: Your other email provider is responding too slowly. Please try again later, or contact the administrator of your other domain for further information.
Domain abc.com is hosted on our server, it has a hosted e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. This e-mail adress keeps getting SPAM messages from an address email@example.com (where srv2.xyz.com is our server FQDN). What we understood by reading the headers (posted below) is that someone is sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. This e-mail adress, as configured in Plesk, redirects e-mails to email@example.com. But we don't understand how someone managed to send an e-mail from an unexistent firstname.lastname@example.org to it.
Here are the headers:

Is there not a way to change the default for the spam assassin level when creating a new mail account and still have the ability to change it individually if needed?
I changed it in the spamassassin config file /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and in the server mail settings, but it still reads 7 when I create a new account and go to turn on the spam filtering. Does this value come from the db?
I can write a script making api calls? but surely there is a way to change the defaults and still have the ability to change these from the default for each account if needed?
Upgraded Plesk 11.5 to 12, enabled rouncube and got an Internal server error when trying to load webmail.domain.com
In /var/log/plesk-roundcube/errors found an error: PHP Warning: system() has been disabled for security reasons in /usr/share/psa-roundcube/bin/update.sh on line 161
Changed php.ini settings, restarted apache, same internal server error, but no more errors in log.
Tried /usr/share/psa-roundcube/bin/update.sh Got errors: WARNING: File type detection doesn`t work properly! Please check the 'mime_magic' config option or the finfo functions of PHP and run this script again. WARNING: Mimetype to file extension mapping doesn't work properly! Please check the 'mime_types' config option and run this script again.
As you can see there is a line starts with /bin/sh: /usr/share/sw-cp-server/applications-conf.sh: Permission denied and i tried to change this one for permission like 0755 or alternatives for a run but nothings changed. Btw i have plenty of disk space, it wasn't also the case.
I cannot even login with my domain name without 'https' and with the port 8880. It's again giving me the same issue.
BTW i want to give a little extra information; it was a long time that Plesk admin panel working but after today it's stuck in 500 Internal server error. What i tried today that to follow 'How to generate custom self-signed SSL certificates and apply it to Postfix: [URL] ....' , but after 6th step i was decied to stop because i couldnt find the root.pem file a minute and than i wanted to try on plesk and i saw the bad news I don't know it was related but i wanted to share.
I have a Plesk 12 server running that works great. But the problem is that whenever one of my shared hosting customers changes something out a domain or subdomain, all the other sites on the server give a 502 error.
The reason why is clear to me: apache is reloading its config while nginx is still active, but sees apache as being down and therefor throws a 502 error.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Because it's happening a lot and people are sending in 'site down' reports while there's actually nothing wrong with the server or their site.
Recently we had to rollback the Plesk database and Plesk version files to their pre-upgrade state, and rerun the upgrade procedure as it is described in the knowledge base [URL] ..... The update process then worked smoothly and we are now using the newest version 12.0.18 on CentOS 6 with the newest microupdates 1200150615.10.
But right after this update procedure we are not able to access some domains with the filemanager anymore. The browser shows the following error message:

The logfile: /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log is a bit more detailed
What I did so far was the following:
1.) I checked out the knowledge base, specifically this entry was worth looking at. But /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --restore-vhosts-permissions didn't solve the problem. 2.) I found a similar problem in the discussion board but the approaches they took weren't successful in my case.
Due to the fact that the file manager worked before the rollback of the database and the major upgrade, I think there might be a connection.
From my point of view the permission settings should be right. Other domains using exactly the same permissions and they are working fine.

We are looking for a solution to support multible IP's for different domains in one subscription/cusomer Account. Current, we have 4 IP's as shared. the Customer can choose under "Web Hosting Access" , which IP he wants to use.
This setting effect all domains in his Account. So it is not possible to set domain1.tld to e.g. IP 184.108.40.206 and domain2.tld e.g. to 220.127.116.11
We like to offer the cusomers one cusomer account with multible IP's
We use CentOS Linux 7.0.1406 (Core) with Plesk Version 12.0.18 Update #27.
We have the following problem:
When a user clicks on a database in his account and tries to login with phpmyadmin, Plesk prompts for a Password of that specific user. The message is (in german):
The site https://........:8443 responded with: Enter the password to log in as the database user xxxxxx
When i enter the correct password a new phpmyadmin window opens and the user can use his database. A few days ago you didnt have to enter a password at all. When you were logged into Plesk as a user, you could just click "Databases -> Webadmin" and phpmyadmin opened up without Plesk asking for a password.
The question for the password is NOT coming from phpmyadmin. Its from Plesk itself. After i enter the correct password plesk hands the request over to PMA.
For debugging i created a new database for a user and i could enter its database without any problem. No password was required. But the existing old databases now all require a password. So obviously Plesk is not aware of these passwords anymore. I guess they are/were stored somewhere.
