Found some on the internet, got the webinstaller started, but it says I should visit "192.168.0.100:8447" in my browser, which is just the internal IP of the server. after the update i've got many errors in plesk panel, for example:
- change webhosting settings (like password, etc)
Internal error.

- click on server components in server manager:

Tools & settings > plesk > updates & upgrades.
I tried to open updates & upgrades, with above flow, using the same username and password to log in the panel, on :8443, but the page said the username or password is not valid. attached screenshot....
When i go to https://ip:8447 i get the error
Can't connect to backend: No such file or directory
The source is locked and the "Store installation files in directory" is empty and i cant change it. The source gives an explantation:
"This field was locked by vendor. Enable it by removing 'SOURCE' option from Parallels Installer configuration file."
But where is the Installer configuration? I think i might have deleted this by accident and comparing files with another server didnt gave result.

Before, when I made a clic on link, it was just loading options to add or remove components. Now, it takes me to a login page, with root user.
If I enter a bad password, it shows me an error
If I enter the correct root password, it returns to same login page again, without any error

I am trying to update Plesk but whenever i try do so with the installer, the update fails because data is somehow added to /etc/apt/sources.list and sources cannot be read anymore. This happens both with the admin panel and the command lines.

Ok, new to Plesk, trying to move from ispconfig. So I have Plesk 12 running on Centos 6 64bit in a VPS. I figured out how to upgrade PHP and now I have installed my first website. The website is joomla based but I am getting the below error when installing components:

We have to restart it with this commande line : /etc/init.d/xinetd restart
Under a Reseller's resources there are 3 options for Overuse:
1) Overuse is not allowed
2) Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed
3) Overuse is allowed (not recommended)
All 3 apply to a Reseller's subscription.
Firstly, why should we care on the policy the reseller adopts for its subscriptions? It's nothing to do with us. The Overuse option for Resellers should aply to the Reseller account. But it doesn't. We have overusing resellers that are not getting suspended when the stats run like on Plesk 9.

my plesk control panel 11.5.30 has problems running the auto update of the panel. During the upgrade, the server reboots even after an error message appears that shows the following message: Can't parse /root/parallels/products.inf3: Error reading end tag.

I restarted lighttpd and it works again. I check the logs and see:

i install suphp on centos and cpanel,
and the max permission is 755,
about a site's script,
im not sure why when user log into the script to change something,
and the folder persission auto 755 to 775,
by the way,it shows 500 internal error,
i check the /var/log/messages,
but can not find any error about it,
On a clean install of CentOS 6.6 (Final) I did the following:
1. updated the /etc/hosts file to point my ip to the hostname
2. Open the ports in the iptables file.
3. ran the ppa_installer per the instructions on [URL] ....
The ppa_installer log says installed Successfully. However the following occurs:
1. Cannot browse to the url:8443, or any of the other variations (8080, 8880, https/http)
2. Yum installer is now broken (I replicated this twice). Yum will not run at all with the following error:
