Sep 12, 2014Mail in the spam folder is supposed to be deleted after 30 days.
I have some mail that has been in the Spam folder for 40 days. Why hasn't it been auto-deleted?

The file on my server is not there. I did some grep and locate commands and was unable to find it.

Jun 20, 2013I had a Problem with my FTP-Backup space, so PLESK couldn't do the daily backups that I configured. The problem with the ftp backup is solved. The backups are running again but there are still many large temporary files in a plesk folder.
Can I just delete them, or is this a bad idea?

Apr 21, 2013I have noticed that i never install any program on my Server and my files of Web only 5 GB and Windows take 15 GB (My Hard Disk Usage 30 GB). Now my disk space available 1.7 GB. But when i go to check in the Recycler folder. There many files are taking up huge amounts of space, some are in excess of 10 GB . So could i deleting these files? How can I automatically delete contents of Recycler folder?

I see in the plesk documentation that the screen to enable SPAM filtering for an individual there is an option to "Move spam to the Spam folder". I don't see that option so I am wondering if it is only available on some versions of Plesk, or in combination with certain mail servers. How to make that option available?
Auto Backup A Folder
May 24, 2007I have all my computers hooked up to a server running Ubuntu Linux. I want to make it so that at say, 5 AM every morning, the computer checks for changes to a specific folder..and if there are, automatically transfer the files to the server.
This way, if anyone on my network needs something backed up they just put it in that folder and it will auto backup just in case.
Is there anyway to do this? Software?

1) Overuse is not allowed
2) Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed
3) Overuse is allowed (not recommended)
All 3 apply to a Reseller's subscription.
Firstly, why should we care on the policy the reseller adopts for its subscriptions? It's nothing to do with us. The Overuse option for Resellers should aply to the Reseller account. But it doesn't. We have overusing resellers that are not getting suspended when the stats run like on Plesk 9.
This is broken.

Sep 14, 2014I have 2 IPs for my vServer. Plesk automatically add both addresses to the Plesk Panel. One of the ip address I want to use for another service (openvpn). The Problem is, that i can't delete the IP from the Plesk panel.
I got the message: Fehler: String was provided for unescaped parameter host.
There are no reseller or customers who use this IP. So how can i solve this problem and delete the IP from the Panel?

Dec 18, 2014It seems last night Plesk ran any update and it failed. I received an mail with a link to the log, but I cant access Plesk Panel to see the log.
When trying to access Plesk, I get "502 Bad Gateway" Message.

Nov 10, 2014I can not delete only a Domain and replace it with a other Domain. There is just the possibility to delete the Domain incl. the data. The Problem is i have 2 Domains that point to the same root-directory. And now i was making a new website in a other directory. And now i want to use one of this domain for my new website. But i can't change it. Also if i change the document root, the website d'ont use the new domainname - it makes like a redirection to the old domainname.
