I just recently created a new server with windows 2012 R2 server and need to move the mail and backups to another drive.
I have tried to run the Plesk reconfigurator as an Administrator and it comes up with the following error message see attached screenshot
We have three virtual hosts on our Apache 2.2 installation on Windows Server 2003. For some reason, I'm unable to open log files (error.log and each virtual hosts-specific log), even though I have full administrator rights. (The log folder is full access to admins.) Every time I try to open the file or even copy it to another location, it just says "Access Denied." I temporarily solved the issue for one of the logs by adding BufferedLogs On

A second problem, also qmail is that I can't send to the server using TLS on the submission port, only if I do plain text. But the first problem is bigger because we can't send at all.
This is a new plesk installation and it has never worked.
I need move "Manual Move" all the email content from different domains.
For example i have the domain:

with the emails:

sales@xxx3.com
network@xxx3.com
I like know how i can move the email content from every email from one Panel to another Panel without the Transfer Manager. Because the account is created on the other server with different configurations, but i need backup only the old email.
I had a smart error emailed to me by the server, so I had Savvis do a hard drive test on my server. They told me my main drive has some bad blocks and is failing. I have a new drive in the tower as a slave already. I went into WHM and clicked in list accounts, the change partition button for a smaller account. That worked moving it from /home to /home2. However when I tried it with a larger account, it seemed to time out. I have all the clients moved accept one, who has a site with about 14 gigs of data.
I think the command would be: mv /home/admin /home2/admin
Is this correct, or is there a better way to do this?
Also if I move it in SSH, will WHM list accounts auto update itself, or will I need to do something for that as well?

On the new system we are looking to add Plesk12 to give users easier management of their own websites.I am about to install the trail version of Plesk12 WebHOST.I have the following questions:
1. Can we use the plesk migration tool to move the websites from the old IIS6 to the new IIS8.5 server?
2. If not, am I right to think we would migrate from IIS6 to IIS8.5 manually and then import these websites into Plesk12 from the new server?
3. Can I migrate the existing websites piecemeal over onto the new server and into the Plesk control panel at the same time as creating brand new websites under the control panel?
4. Once Plesk is installed on the new IIS server is there a KB article on how to add all these existing websites to Plesk - I could not find one.
5. Is the local windows administrator account used for the install used to run any services?
I can't add subscriptions, not even for the administrator account, comes up with:

However, I cannot access webmail. Typing "[uRL] ...." into the address bar of my browser (Chrome) results in the message "No input file specified."
I believe this is a PHP setup error. I have tried disabling / enabling PHP support for himivest (in accordance with [URL] .... ) but this had no effect.
What must I do to enable webmail?
Lately whenever i try to connect to my Plesk Panel, I get Firefox's "Unable to connect" error and with Internet Explorer I get "Cannot display web page". I disabled all addons, still couldn't connect. Checked my Firewall, still nothing. I pinged the IP and got 51ms. My site is still up. And I just dont know what's wrong.

View 15 Replies View RelatedI'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.
This time whey i try to login, i'm not getting any error message, but after some time i got mail from the server "alarm level changed. Server health parameter "Services > Plesk CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red"."
After updating i'm unable to login to the plesk panel with every user account.

No matter what I do (updating settings, saving, etc.), the error keeps coming back. Seems like a database inconsistency. How can I access the Plesk DB through PhpMyAdmin to check the notifications table? When I go to Settings > Database servers > Local MySQL server > Webadmin, I only see my customers' databases.
After upgrading the panel from 10.4.4 to 11.5.30 Update #23, I am not able to sort domains based on the "Renewal Date" column. With 10.4.4, I was able to sort. Is there anyway I can do this on 11.5.30?
