Dec 23, 2013I have enabled mail for himivest.com and can access my eMail via Opera Mail as a download.
However, I cannot access webmail. Typing "[uRL] ...." into the address bar of my browser (Chrome) results in the message "No input file specified."
I believe this is a PHP setup error. I have tried disabling / enabling PHP support for himivest (in accordance with [URL] .... ) but this had no effect.
What must I do to enable webmail?

Jun 15, 2008We have a server with a hdd issue. It is showing up as drive O but we can not access it. It seems like the NTFS is corrupt or something. Windows does recgonise there is a drive and labels it but thats about it..how can we recover this?

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Nothing as far as i can see has changed on the server.
I cant access plesk control panel due to network restrictions but have command line access.
what could of caused this blanket ban?
Cant see any changes in .htaccess files, but didnt think that plesk would affect these much anyway

Nov 20, 2014 I seem to have an error with backing up to my personal FTP repository. I have only just noticed the issue, but i believe it originated when I upgraded Plesk Panel 11 to Plesk Panel 12. I am currently running version 12.0.18 on Cent OS 6.5.
Note whether i check the "Use passive mode" option makes no difference to my problem.Below is what I get from the panel.log under /usr/local/psa/admin/logs

Plesk Unable To Add Domain :: Such DNS Record Already Exists
Jul 8, 2008I added a domain name through Plesk. after that I deleted it because I wasn't happy with the configuration and thought I'd just start from scratch.
now, I'm unable to add it. the domain is not listed with the other domains on the server, however when I try to add it I get "Such DNS record already exists".

Feb 18, 2014A client is trying to add a domain that was accidentally deleted when he deleted an account, but now when adding the domain again it is not adding it. The task in CP fails. If I manually try delete the domain I get this error:

An error occurred during domain removal: Unable to remove domains: Package with UID '8972ffa7-50fb-4dbc-8639-bf08caee425d' not found.
In mysql I see the domain is still in the db so something did not go right when the client deleted the hosting package, and now it is in limbo as the domain cannot be re-added.

Plesk Automation :: DNS Record - Unable To Set Cname For Root Of Domain
Feb 28, 2015I have a domain hosted in a external pool of servers.I must set a dns record for www.domain.tld and domain.tld (without www). It must be done using cname.The www.domain.tld , works fine.
Ex:www.domain.tld IN CNAME xyz.otherdomain.tld.
But I am not able to set a DNS record for a root of domain.
Ex: domain.tld IN CNAME xyz.otherdomain.tld.
neither domain.tld IN CNAME www.domain.tld.
The PPA didn't allow me.It say that the host field is mandatory.

Aug 18, 2014I have a VPS running Plesk 11.x and yesterdady I tried adding a new domain to my subscription and received this error:
Error: Unable to update domain data: Unable to restore the DNS zone: an error occurred while adding the DOMAINNAME IN A DOMAINNAME record: Incorrect DNS record values were specified.
I have one subscription and under that a few domains. I've not had any DNS issues before so I'm a little stumped as to where to start looking. I suspect DNS template issues but I'm not that au fait with the DNS template so I don't want to start fiddling. My service provider suggested I look at [URL] ... which doesn't appear to be related as I have no duplicate domains under my subscription.
Following on from this the VPS is my personal server and I host a few sites for friends consequently I only have the one subscription. I've been advised that I should have one subscription per domain. Is that correct information?

Jun 7, 2014I'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.
This time whey i try to login, i'm not getting any error message, but after some time i got mail from the server "alarm level changed. Server health parameter "Services > Plesk CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red"."

No matter what I do (updating settings, saving, etc.), the error keeps coming back. Seems like a database inconsistency. How can I access the Plesk DB through PhpMyAdmin to check the notifications table? When I go to Settings > Database servers > Local MySQL server > Webadmin, I only see my customers' databases.
