Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Site With UUID Not Found After Upgrade
Jul 7, 2014my Plesk 12 upgrade went very smoothly. There is only one domain that I can not access from within the Plesk panel (it happens to be my primary domain). I get the following error:
Internal error: The site with UUID "54797500-0c96-d851-03e5-92b81c643cb3" was not found.

Jan 14, 2015Not sure what the problem is but I can't preview a new website using Quick Site Preview. I have configured Tools and Settings > Website Preview Settings > Quick Preview on a domain name in Plesk by selecting the server domain name, yet despite this when I go to a new domain I setup today and click preview I get a browser windows that says "Server Not Found".

May 28, 2014I'm migrating some websites from old server with virtualmin, some websites have files with special characters as à ,ö,ç etc.. On the other server the files (images for example) are served well but on the new server with plesk 11.5 error 404 appears. (Nginx reverse proxy is activated)

Aug 12, 2014Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows, 11.0.9 Update #62, Windows Server 2012 Standard 64 Bit.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION : Permissions assigned to the site are getting reveted after creating/updating page via "Web Presence Builder"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE : Login to Plesk > Click on the domain > Launch Web Presence Builder > Upload new page or make any changes in existing page and publish.
ACTUAL RESULT : Please check the attached image
EXPECTED RESULT : There should not be any errors
The site is using IUSR_*****1,but when try to use presence builder ,IUSR_**** is added . We sort this issue by adding IUSER for the particular folder (manually from the server side) but after publishing the page error come again.

I tested some domains before doing he whole but I have a "big" domain who make an error:

I already checked on google, tested the solution but each time I do the migration, it crash again...

Oct 18, 2014Upgraded Plesk 11.5 to 12, enabled rouncube and got an Internal server error when trying to load webmail.domain.com
In /var/log/plesk-roundcube/errors found an error:

Changed php.ini settings, restarted apache, same internal server error, but no more errors in log.

ERROR: Class 'vz' not found (Manager.php:142)
What can I do?
When I make /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
Then I become follow messing from log /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.0.18_repair.log, see the attachment.

Nov 29, 2014I have used plesk 11.5 and never had problem before. I installed Plesk 12 and Migrated sites + created new email to test as well. When I go to webmail webmail.domain.com
I get the login screen from round cube which i want.
Then I enter login + password and I get 500 Internal Server Error.
Apache Server at webmail.domaincom Port 80
It worked fine on 11.5

Oct 29, 2014I have experiencing strange behaviour of Plesk admin panel. Actually there were a lot of issues similar with 500 Internal Server error but mine is a bit different..
This is the log came from the '/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log'
/bin/sh: /usr/share/sw-cp-server/applications-conf.sh: Permission denied
Cannot find config item ["global/SERVERsocket==:8443", ".php", 0]

As you can see there is a line starts with /bin/sh: /usr/share/sw-cp-server/applications-conf.sh: Permission denied and i tried to change this one for permission like 0755 or alternatives for a run but nothings changed. Btw i have plenty of disk space, it wasn't also the case.
I cannot even login with my domain name without 'https' and with the port 8880. It's again giving me the same issue.
BTW i want to give a little extra information; it was a long time that Plesk admin panel working but after today it's stuck in 500 Internal server error. What i tried today that to follow 'How to generate custom self-signed SSL certificates and apply it to Postfix: [URL] ....' , but after 6th step i was decied to stop because i couldnt find the root.pem file a minute and than i wanted to try on plesk and i saw the bad news I don't know it was related but i wanted to share.

We also queried the related tables in Plesk db, but there is no entry of the domain or the user. But the domain is present in IIS. So is the user and the directories along with the correct permissions. How can we resolve the issue and get the domain added in Plesk so that the customer can manage it from Plesk panel?

Jun 24, 2015Recently we had to rollback the Plesk database and Plesk version files to their pre-upgrade state, and rerun the upgrade procedure as it is described in the knowledge base [URL] ..... The update process then worked smoothly and we are now using the newest version 12.0.18 on CentOS 6 with the newest microupdates 1200150615.10.
But right after this update procedure we are not able to access some domains with the filemanager anymore. The browser shows the following error message:

What I did so far was the following:
1.) I checked out the knowledge base, specifically this entry was worth looking at. But /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --restore-vhosts-permissions didn't solve the problem.
2.) I found a similar problem in the discussion board but the approaches they took weren't successful in my case.
Due to the fact that the file manager worked before the rollback of the database and the major upgrade, I think there might be a connection.
From my point of view the permission settings should be right. Other domains using exactly the same permissions and they are working fine.

Apr 28, 2015To automate some tasks for some projects I'm working on, I need to be able to automatically create or delete ftp-users.
Creating and listing ftp-accounts is working great, but when it comes to deleting them I run into an internal server error. Before my script gets the response it's waiting for, the script crashes.
- When live watching the Apache error-log with 'tail -f', the terminal-session is exited with 'Killed (core dumped)'
- Apache error-log shows:
