After running this two lines, when i login to admin panel, it shows: Can not extract SAML message.
We use our own backoffice for remote logins. Passwords for panel login are encrypted. Is it possible to remove the option for customers to change their password for panel login so they will stay in sync with our own backoffice?
If it's not possible, is there a way to decrypt the panel login passwords, like there is for the admin-password (/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password)?
I just finished installing Plesk Panel 12. I seems like that everything is working as it should, except for FTP. I am not able to login with any FTP accounts.
I have a V-Server account with Strato and just upgraded to 12.0.18 through the panel updater. The installation completed successfully, at least the installer gave me no error.

I can access certain areas of the panel without error (i.e. tools and settings etc, but I get the error when I try to access the control panel for single domains etc...)
I am runing ubuntu server 64bit with plesk v.11.5.30, phpmyadmin v.4:3.4.10.1-1.
When i try to acces phpmyadmin from : myserverIP/phpmyadmin - it gives me 500 error.
When I try to acces phpmyadmin from: mydomainserver/phpmyadmin - it saves file at login into the disk instead login. I was going through different threads on the web to solve that problem but no success at all.
I have real basic knowledge about webservers, phpmyadmin and mysql server. I am runing my first cloud server just few days.

I'm using Plesk 11 in a Ubuntu 12.04 Linux environment on a remote dedicated server. I am NOT trying to upgrade to Plesk 12. But, every time I log onto the panel, I get the error message shown on the subject line. Afterward, it says, "To solve this problem, send an update log to Parallels support." I have the update log ... but "where" to send it. Is there an email address? A webpage?

Restarting sw-cp-server doesn't shows any error.However , I was getting some problems with mysql socket and I wasn't able to use the plesk still then currently a custom installation of phpmyadmin lets me access the databases but I can't access any of my websites either (Wordpress). Apache returns 504 Gateway Error .
I have experiencing strange behaviour of Plesk admin panel. Actually there were a lot of issues similar with 500 Internal Server error but mine is a bit different..
This is the log came from the '/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log'
As you can see there is a line starts with /bin/sh: /usr/share/sw-cp-server/applications-conf.sh: Permission denied and i tried to change this one for permission like 0755 or alternatives for a run but nothings changed. Btw i have plenty of disk space, it wasn't also the case.
I cannot even login with my domain name without 'https' and with the port 8880. It's again giving me the same issue.
BTW i want to give a little extra information; it was a long time that Plesk admin panel working but after today it's stuck in 500 Internal server error. What i tried today that to follow 'How to generate custom self-signed SSL certificates and apply it to Postfix: [URL] ....' , but after 6th step i was decied to stop because i couldnt find the root.pem file a minute and than i wanted to try on plesk and i saw the bad news I don't know it was related but i wanted to share.
I experienced an issue using an external backup repository on Plesk 12.0.18 machines using ftps. The ftp server uses ftps (explicit) connections.Plesk 11.5 works fine (and ordinary ftp client like Filezilla as well), Plesk 12 throws the following error when trying to add the server via the web interface:

I've analyzed the problem and got so far: The backup manager tries to connect using "regular" transfer method + ssl, not ftp-ssl explicit.Is there a chance to force Plesk using explicit ftpes connections? I'm Unable to Login to Control Panel, this issue started few days back, in that time i'm using Plask v11.5, When i try to log in browser try to log in and few minutes after it showing Error 500, Application error, I try to run reconfigurator.exe to verify & fix the Plesk installation, everything updated fine but issues still exist today i decided to upgrade to v12 and i upgrade to V12, everything installed fine and but still login issues there.

I have a problem with one of my Plesk Panels for windows (v. 11.5.30 Update #47). One of the clients is getting "Redirect loop" error when tries to login to his panel. The funny thing is that this is only happening to one account. Over the weekend, I upgraded from Plesk 10.3 to Plesk 11.5, using the updater in the control panel. Everything seemed to go well. I just upgraded my Plesk on Ubuntu (vServer) yesterday. But after the upgrade I couldn't login to the Panel anymore because all I get when I try to reach the panel (https://panel.examplesite.com:8443) is a white screen.
I rebooted the server and restarted the panel as well as Apache several times with no change.

It seems like I have got a lot of trouble with Plesk 12 on a CentOS 7 machine.
1. I could not install Plesk properly due to some drweb problem. 2. Than the smb configuration seems only to be implemented partly. 3. Suddenly FTP login is not possible anymore (503 Access denied)
And now even Apache is not running anymore!
