on one of our Plesk-Servers (Plesk 12.0.18 Update 34 on Debian 7.6) the scheduled backup stopped working. Scheduled Backup is active in Backup-Manager, but it's not executed.
Automatic Parallels Plesk. 12.0.18 has stopped working but no solution from plesk yet? I think every user has the same problem. Many people asked the same question but no solution/answer from plesk.
After the Plesk Firewall was enabled the FTP Stopped working in passive Mode.
I searched the net and found the following :

/etc/sysconfig/iptables-config and change the line with IPTABLES_MODULES to: IPTABLES_MODULES="ip_conntrack_ftp"
It started working.
I changed the default FTP port from proftpd.conf
Code: port 2392 and /etc/services
Code: ftp 2392/tcp ftp 2392/udp fsp fspd
I allowed the new port in Plesk Firewall in Incoming connection and disabled port 21
Now I am not able to connect to the ftp, I get the following error. Have I missed anything ?

I am getting this error after installing the AfterLogic WebMail Pro_7 app on a domain.
I removed the app but AfterLogic still appears in the list of available Webmail options. I am getting the error even after changing all my domains to use Roundcube.

After Plesk panel upgrade to 12.x webadmin stopped working . It's showing following error

The FTP on my VPs running centos 6.6 and plesk 12.0.18 Update #44 has stopped allowing FTP conections via filezilla or dreamweaver. My tech knowledge with server management outside of the gui is minimal but i have done the following. Checked that the firwall is allowing ftp traffic through the GUI in plesk.

Then tried the following [root@367549 ~]# ftp localhost -bash: ftp: command not found
But i can connect via telnet on port 21
when trying to use +dreamweaver or filezilla i get the following. This may be due to one or more of the following reasons: - The network cable is unplugged or the network is down. What to do and why after no change this just stopped working when ive been using ftp on this server previous.. the company that i brought the vps from have no intrest and tell me its unmanaged.
I've this terrible problem: on my site I start a script that executes a batch process that imports into the Mysql database a lot of products (texts and images). I'm monitoring the query process from Phpmyadmin>Status and I notice that after some minutes the number of queries decreases from ~900 to ~30, that means that the script is stopped! Then I check the error_log and infact there's this error:

I just installed Nginx. It seems it works well, but watchdog reports it as "stopped".I restarted watchdog several times, and it always says the service has stopped.What shall I do to make watchdog see Nginx as a working service?

Also,when I attempted to send mail to one of these addresses I never received it...

I have been having great trouble sending mails from my local Thunderbird/Windows client to my Debian/Exim-server via TLS/SMTP.
I am no expert on TLS and SMTP, but I managed to create a server certificate and set up a secure (TLS) connection more than a year ago, and it has been working fine until it suddenly stopped working a couple of weeks ago.
Sending to external addresses from web pages still works fine, the problem seems to be in the SMTP connection. If I try to "telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 25" I get no reply whatsoever (it seems to connect but it just gives me a blank screen with a blinking cursor) and I am wondering if there is a firewall issue or if I am simply not running the right daemon to listening for incoming SMTP connections...
POP continues to work fine with teapop/stunnel enabled.

Yesterday I could reach all of my cPanels on a Vista laptop; today they all time out. I can reach them with other computers. It doesn't matter if I go to mysite.com/cpanel or mysite.com:2082. I even added a port 2082 under Windows Firewall; no change. I'm not using any 3rd party firewalls. I did install a bittorrent client last night, then uninstalled it when it didn't work.
I have a server that I access through remote desktop. Suddenly I am getting the message "Remote Desktop Disconnected: The computer can't connect to the remote computer." when using Remote Desktop.
It was working a few minutes ago.
A while ago I suspected that someone knew the password for the box. I did change it at the time, and thought the issue was solved. Is it possible to turn off remote desktop remotely (whilst using remote desktop).
Power cycling the server isn't making any difference.
Any other options other than putting in a support request at the host?
i havent touched the config on my vps box for months and it has been running OpenVPN without any problems.
All of a sudden it is complaining it cant find /dev/net/tun

any reason why it would stop working? i am on a VPS i have asked if the host machine parameters have been changed but in the meantime anything else i can check?
I'm migrating 11 domains from my old server to my new server, and it's been running now for 3 hours and the progress section shows 100% but it looks like it's still running.
And each time I check the "Domains" section I see a couple of my domains listed but not all of them yet, and the ones I do see the "Disk Usage" on one of my domains that I know is large shows the same figure each time I go to this page; it doesn't seem like it has increased at all.
How can I tell if the migration is still processing or if it has froze and I should restart the migration again?
Since upgrading to 12.0.18 i have picked up a strange problem when creating a new email account.The Mail tab is not displayed and does not allow me to create email accounts, in version 11.5 I also appeared tab. I have reviewed the FAQ and the solution to change tables in the DB does not serve 11.5 (I understand that by varying the field names and values in 12.0.18).
We successfully migrated web and email from a Plesk 9.3 system to the new Plesk 12.0 system. Afterwards i try to install new extensions and / or try to delete existing extensions and receive the following error:

Means that i am not able to delete the extension "Webserver Configurations Troubleshooter". But the extension is delete (but not completelly - only a checkbox is shown without entry).
Is something comes with a config of the old server? All works proper until migration.
