Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Backup Stopped Working After Installing AfterLogic WebMail Pro 7

I am getting this error after installing the AfterLogic WebMail Pro_7 app on a domain.
I removed the app but AfterLogic still appears in the list of available Webmail options. I am getting the error even after changing all my domains to use Roundcube.
backup_info_1406131330.xml:
Line 423 error: Element 'external-webmail': This element is not expected.
My backups since the day I installed that app are no longer valid.

on one of our Plesk-Servers (Plesk 12.0.18 Update 34 on Debian 7.6) the scheduled backup stopped working. Scheduled Backup is active in Backup-Manager, but it's not executed.

I have recently migrated my websites from Plesk 11.0.9 to a new server with Plesk 12.x and the webalizer is not working.
- Is there a chance to repair it and not loose the data? If yes, how do I do that?
- Or do I have to remove it and install Webalizer again? How do I do that?

Uninstalling Webalizer with plesk updater is not possible.

I am running Plesk 12 . Centos 6.5
I have Plesk Firewall Installed.
After the Plesk Firewall was enabled the FTP Stopped working in passive Mode.
I searched the net and found the following :

/etc/sysconfig/iptables-config and change the line with IPTABLES_MODULES to: IPTABLES_MODULES="ip_conntrack_ftp"
It started working.
I changed the default FTP port from proftpd.conf

ftp 2392/udp fsp fspd
I allowed the new port in Plesk Firewall in Incoming connection and disabled port 21
Now I am not able to connect to the ftp, I get the following error. Have I missed anything ?

I'm not been able to start plesk although web and mail services are running.I'm getting the error unable to execute php_handlers_control.I've patched and updated plesk with command line and bootstrap repair and I'm getting this errors:

/usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/mail_restore: line 820: 17063 Illegal instruction /usr/local/psa//admin/sbin/mailmng-service --restart-service
Errors occured in mail restore procedure
Some utilities have exited with errors:
/usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/mail_auth_dump
/usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/mail_responder_restore
I get Illegal Instruction When I run :
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailmng-service --restart-service
Illegal instruction
Also I switched from postfix to qmail and back using the command line with no luck.
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/mailmng --features
runs without problems.....
/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log:

I installed PLESK12 (or better: I installed the distributed Debian-Image from my hoster) onto my server. Everything works fine as always - except webmail. I did the following:
- in the general webmail properties, I deactivated Horde. roundcube was active and still is (also tried to activate it again)
- I also activated roundcube as webmailer in the hosting itsel.
- tried to open webmail.mydomain.com --> site not found. I added a mail-adress and tried to use the icon to the webmail --> site not found.
- I restarted the server (maybe deactivation Horde did some stuff there...)... no changes.
PLESK 12 (latest update), running on Debian 7.6 ....

After Plesk panel upgrade to 12.x webadmin stopped working . It's showing following error

I am running Plesk 12 on CentOS 7 64bit. I have set up the server backup instead of the website backup as I assume that will backup all server settings, as well as the website? I am running Plesk Web Admin Edition.
I have the backup set to run and dump into Personal FTP, but it does not run. If I run the backup manually, everything works great, but the scheduled backups don't work.

Can ftp to the FTP server from the command line without any problem.
get / put / ls etc all work.
Configure Plesk Backup Personal FTP repository with same server / username / password.
Get the following messages in Plesk:
Warning: Unable to display the list of backups. Please check the personal FTP repository settings.
When I attempt an FTP backup I get:
The backup was not created. Download the log file View the log Close this message
Can't upload file 'backup_info_1406281533.xml' to ftp. Error code: 1

This is on a CentOS 7.1, Plesk 12. New.
On Plesk 10.4 I had a script that backed up my MySQL databases separately. The script doesn't work now. I get an error:
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Do I need to do something different with this new "MariaDB" thing?
Here's the script:

I'm running: 12.0.18 Update #29
I'm having troubles getting the global scheduled backup task to work at Home > Tools & Settings >Backup Manager > Server Repository.
At a subscription the scheduled backup works how it should.
Home > Subscriptions > example.com > Websites & Domains > Server Repository
The problem is as follows: When I set the scheduled task at a specific time example 00:00 it does not run at all. But when I just do "Create a backup" it does work...
I've done [URL] .... and everything in here is configured how it should be.
This is my configuration for scheduled task:
Cronjob is placed in : /etc/cron.d/plesk-backup-manager-task
Also did run: rpm -q --scripts psa-backup-manager | sed 1d | sh
This problem is only in the global backup configuration.

The FTP on my VPs running centos 6.6 and plesk 12.0.18 Update #44 has stopped allowing FTP conections via filezilla or dreamweaver. My tech knowledge with server management outside of the gui is minimal but i have done the following. Checked that the firwall is allowing ftp traffic through the GUI in plesk.
restarted xinetd and checked status
[root@367549 ~]# service xinetd status
xinetd (pid 11707) is running...
[root@367549 ~]# lsof -i tcp:21
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
xinetd 11707 root 5u IPv6 682472 0t0 TCP *:ftp (LISTEN)
Then tried the following
[root@367549 ~]# ftp localhost
-bash: ftp: command not found
But i can connect via telnet on port 21
when trying to use +dreamweaver or filezilla i get the following. This may be due to one or more of the following reasons: - The network cable is unplugged or the network is down. Please verify that the network cable is connected and that the network is up. - The FTP server is down. Please verify that you can connect to the FTP server using another FTP program. - The FTP host name is incorrect. Please verify that the host name is correct in the Site definition dialog box. - Accessing the server requires proxy settings that aren't properly set. Please verify that the proxy settings in the Site category of the Preferences dialog box are properly set, and that the Use Proxy option in the Site definition dialog box is selected. - You may need to connect to the server using a different port than the one provided. Please specify the correct port in the box provided.
Error: The data connection could not be established: ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listin.
What to do and why after no change this just stopped working when ive been using ftp on this server previous.. the company that i brought the vps from have no intrest and tell me its unmanaged.

Our partition become full and drop the vps, after that we are unable to start postifx, actually postfix start but master not.
So if I run :
/etc/init.d/postfix restart
Shutting down postfix: [FAILED]
Starting postfix: [ OK ]
/etc/init.d/postfix status
master is stopped
I already try to reconfigure all
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/mailmng-service --start-service --mail-component=all
Into ToolsSettings i change between qmail and come back again to postfix (reinstalling)...

I've this terrible problem: on my site I start a script that executes a batch process that imports into the Mysql database a lot of products (texts and images). I'm monitoring the query process from Phpmyadmin>Status and I notice that after some minutes the number of queries decreases from ~900 to ~30, that means that the script is stopped! Then I check the error_log and infact there's this error:

I just installed Nginx. It seems it works well, but watchdog reports it as "stopped".I restarted watchdog several times, and it always says the service has stopped.What shall I do to make watchdog see Nginx as a working service?
Following this KB [URL] ...., I can confirm that command "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/nginxmng -s" return "Enabled".

About a month ago,i stopped getting the daily mails from addresses that are located on the server...
Also,when I attempted to send mail to one of these addresses I never received it...
Its a RHEL 3 server with cpanel,is there anything I can do to see where the problem is?

I have been having great trouble sending mails from my local Thunderbird/Windows client to my Debian/Exim-server via TLS/SMTP.
I am no expert on TLS and SMTP, but I managed to create a server certificate and set up a secure (TLS) connection more than a year ago, and it has been working fine until it suddenly stopped working a couple of weeks ago.
Sending to external addresses from web pages still works fine, the problem seems to be in the SMTP connection. If I try to "telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 25" I get no reply whatsoever (it seems to connect but it just gives me a blank screen with a blinking cursor) and I am wondering if there is a firewall issue or if I am simply not running the right daemon to listening for incoming SMTP connections...
POP continues to work fine with teapop/stunnel enabled.
I am running Exim 4.63-17 on Debian Etch. I configured Exim to be of the type "internet site; mail is sent and received directly using SMTP"

Yesterday I could reach all of my cPanels on a Vista laptop; today they all time out. I can reach them with other computers. It doesn't matter if I go to mysite.com/cpanel or mysite.com:2082. I even added a port 2082 under Windows Firewall; no change. I'm not using any 3rd party firewalls. I did install a bittorrent client last night, then uninstalled it when it didn't work.

I have a dedicated that suddenly stop php mail() function to work.
Very strange because if I run php script with mail() function as root on command line all working fine.
But If I run php script with mail() function in my browser so not work. Seems that only ROOT can run mail() function.

Recently I noticed that I was not getting any email on my server.
Server is running CentOS
When I send email to myself I am not getting anything and then it bounces back several days later saying the server is not responding.
When I check on Dnsstuff.com I get the following:
Trying to connect to all mailservers:
mail.webzila.com. - 216.32.77.68 [Could not connect: Could not receive data: Operation timed out.]
[Note that if your mailserver takes over 30 seconds to respond, our test will timeout, even though real mailservers will wait longer]
I tried turning mail services OFF and then ON again in Plesk but that didnt help.

I have a server that I access through remote desktop. Suddenly I am getting the message "Remote Desktop Disconnected: The computer can't connect to the remote computer." when using Remote Desktop.
It was working a few minutes ago.
A while ago I suspected that someone knew the password for the box. I did change it at the time, and thought the issue was solved. Is it possible to turn off remote desktop remotely (whilst using remote desktop).
Power cycling the server isn't making any difference.
Any other options other than putting in a support request at the host?
