Is it no longer available ?

Sep 26, 2014After migrating to a new server and also from plesk 11 to 12 i've got two watchdog errors:
/bin/sh: /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/clean-events: No such file or directory
/bin/sh: /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/pack-sysstats: No such file or directory
Both files dont exist. Is it save to delete the scheduled taks or should those tasks exist?

Dec 16, 2014I just installed Nginx. It seems it works well, but watchdog reports it as "stopped".I restarted watchdog several times, and it always says the service has stopped.What shall I do to make watchdog see Nginx as a working service?
Following this KB [URL] ...., I can confirm that command "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/nginxmng -s" return "Enabled".
Plesk 11.x / Linux :: Watchdog 2.03 Doesn't Start After Server Reboot?

CentOS 6.3, 64 bit.
Plesk 11.09, Update #10.
I enabled Watchdog in Plesk.
It works fine.
However, it doesn't start up by itself after a server reboot.
I can start it manually with the following command:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/modules/watchdog/wd --start (which I have done by adding it to /etc/rc.local)
Shouldn't Plesk do this automatically?

May 29, 2014I was creating an Plesk extension and I need to edit root's crontab for the extension to work properly. While doing some experiment I understand that the Plesk extension works with the permission of psaadm . So I cannot use shell_exec to do this. Is there any api or cli interface where I will be able to do this. Is there any possibility to override the restriction of psaadm user through extension.

Jun 10, 2015I've run into a problem with my Plesk install with Amazon Route 53. I have the latest extension installed (version 1.2 release 2) on Parallels Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140811.16 os_CentOS 7.
The extension has been working perfectly well for me for months. I was adding new domains to Plesk and discovered that as I was making changes to DNS records that a new zone file was created on Route 53 instead of updating the original one.
I did notice that this started happening when I surpassed the 100 domain limit and seems to only happen on domains created at #101 and on. (in other words, I can edit a domain that was created before I got to domain #100 [ie domain #1] and it does not create a duplicate zone file).
I turned on debug mode for plesk and am seeing the json calls with the correct commands coming through.

So from what I can see the domain +100 is re-creating the domain whereas domain 1 is not - it's just updating it, even though both json commands show the update statement coming through.

Sep 10, 2014I installed the SiteProBuilder (from the www.site.pro page) in extensions of the Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5.30. I installed from .zip file on administrator account of Plesk Panel. The extension SiteBuilder was shown in all administrated subscriptions. On administrator account the extension works properly but when I log into the Plesk Panel as a client of one subscription then extension doesn't start and message is displayed: "Error: access denied".

Now when i tried to start installing magento, there is the message, that there is no mcrypt installed.
I installed it using php5-mcrypt its done and i can see the folders and also te mcrypt.so and so on.
When i tried to install atomic there is the message that redhead is not available at /etc/readhead...

Feb 25, 2015After restore (without any errors) some of my files are missing from one particular domain. The files are present in the backup however, they just don't restore. In this case it is a Wordpress installation and the complete wp-content folder did not restore one one of the domains.

Jun 3, 2015We have a problem migrating from 11.0.9 to a different server running 12.0.18. Our Plesk 11 server is running great since years ago. We have 3 resellers there, say reseller1 with 17 domains, reseller2 with 13 domains and reseller3 with 250 domains.
First, we executed a complete server migration with:
/usr/local/psa/bin/migrate -m -host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -password xxxxxx -ip-mapping /root/migration-mapping.txt -skip-license -replace-existing-objects true
The process ran properly, but in the end we've found reseller1 and reseller2 were NOT migrated. No errors were reported tho.
While investigating this issue we have found:
1) "/usr/local/psa/bin/migrate --list-resellers" returns only reseller3. So it looks like reseller1 and reseller2 are not "seen" by the migrate utility.
2) /usr/local/psa/bin/migrate -mr reseller1 returns:
Migration started at: 2015-06-03 04:21:11
The following clients not exist: reseller1
3) /usr/local/psa/bin/migrate --list-subscriptions returns the 250 subscriptions of reseller3, but no single mention to reseller1 and reseller2 subscriptions.
In short, reseller1 and reseller2 are invisible for the migration utility. Both missing resellers are ok, enabled and active in our Plesk 11 server.
We are now stuck on the migration process and wondering if this could be a bug in the migrate utility? or some inconsistence in our Plesk 11?

Jun 11, 2015I'm trying to make use of the multiple PHP versions in Plesk 12, however the newer versions are missing some packages my websites require.
When yum installing them it just tries to install to the default PHP5.3 version so says it is already installed.
As I didn't compile these php versions how can I install additional PHP packages to the supplied additional versions in Plesk?

Jul 3, 2014I have updated from 11.5 to 12.0 mostly in order to use Fail2Ban.
I have also installed a new Plesk 12 license key to make sure that the license allows Fail2Ban. It says now that Fail2Ban is "On". But I can not find the menu entry to get to the Fail2Ban configuration. It is simply not there... (it is supposed to be in the Securitiy menu in the Tools and Settings section...)

In the copy database screen when the 'local MySQL server' option is selected in the drop down the 'Copy to existing database' radio button is disabled.
My service provider tells me this is a feature change.

May 7, 2015When I specify log rotation settings for domain xyz.com in Plesk panel I expect them to be saved in /etc/logrotate.d/xyz.com file, at least this is the expected behaviour according to Plesk12 Admin Guide: [URL] ....
Apparently, it doesn't happen and I don't have xyz.com file in /etc/logrotate.d/
Log rotation doesn't seem to work either, at least it doesn't work for error.log
I read somewhere that log rotation feature has to be specially enabled in Plesk but I couldn't find specifics anywhere.
