Unable To Access Sites On Plesk Server

When trying to access any web sites or webmail on a plesk server i keep getting the following.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Nothing as far as i can see has changed on the server.
I cant access plesk control panel due to network restrictions but have command line access.
what could of caused this blanket ban?
Cant see any changes in .htaccess files, but didnt think that plesk would affect these much anyway

I have enabled mail for himivest.com and can access my eMail via Opera Mail as a download.
However, I cannot access webmail. Typing "[uRL] ...." into the address bar of my browser (Chrome) results in the message "No input file specified."
I believe this is a PHP setup error. I have tried disabling / enabling PHP support for himivest (in accordance with [URL] .... ) but this had no effect.
What must I do to enable webmail?

I got this domain hosted on my server where i can't ping or trace it. Every setting seem to be correct, the ip address, name server...etc. and other websites hosted on the server is working fine. i can reach other websites with no problem but not this domain.
how do i trouble shoot such problem? would deleted the website and recreate solve it?
has anyone ever come across such strange problem?

when I try to access to my plesk I obtain:
ERROR: PleskFatalException: Unable to connect to database: Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' to database 'psa' (auth.php:142).
If I restart with ssh /etc/init.d/psa start and I check plesk_11.5.30_reset_instance_data.log
I note: ERROR 1044 (42000): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' to database 'mysql'.

I have an outsourced project where someone from India is developing a program for me but we keep running into a problem that I can't find the solution too.
Every time we try to use our program to access one of our private squid/proxy server we receive an error back.
Type: System.Net.WebException
Message: Unable to connect to the remote server
Our VPS is a windows 2003 server and I'm pretty sure that one of the services is blocking the program or anything from accessing a remote server. By the way I disabled the firewall and I'm still having problems .

We have Panel Plesk 11.5.30 in Windows 2008 R2. when you go to File Sharing in all the Subscriptions, appears this error: Internal error: Unable to access File Sharing repository with the system user name "admin": wrong username or password
This happen since we do the update to the new version 11.5.30 ...

I seem to have an error with backing up to my personal FTP repository. I have only just noticed the issue, but i believe it originated when I upgraded Plesk Panel 11 to Plesk Panel 12. I am currently running version 12.0.18 on Cent OS 6.5.
Note whether i check the "Use passive mode" option makes no difference to my problem.Below is what I get from the panel.log under /usr/local/psa/admin/logs

I have started my hosting service at ezhostlive.com. But currently, a few users are experiencing problems accessing accounts made by me. This problem is only affecting people on a certain ISP.
For them, they are not able to access any domain/subdomain on ezhostlive.com
A few examples of sites which do not work for them but work for everyone else NOT on that ISP are teensideout.com, tpc.ezhostlive.com, mobilemasters.ezhostlive.com.
I'm not sure if this is a problem with my DNS settings for my domain or an ISP problem.

I have received many complaints from my customers that they can't access to my site from some of their connections.
Yesterday and today, I can't access my site as well. I am connecting using an university server line with IP 133.41.34.130
While I can't access www.ShaShinKi.com, but if I type the IP address of my server at [url]I can still see the page load up.

I have several users that can't access my sites, they are all from different areas of the world, most are on PC's with WinXP and one is on a MAC. I've had them do all the normal stuff..clean cookies, cache etc all with no luck.
I have a dual processor server running Red Hat 7.3 i686. I do have KISS firewall running.
If I stop the firewall, they can get in, but I can also bring it back up and then for several hours they can still connect, but at some point, they stop being able to.
I currently have no ip's blocked. See below:

I'm using a shared host that provides good service and support, but there's one major issue I discovered recently:
Other sites hosted on their server are accessible through my domains and subdomain. For example:
Account2 on their server can be accessed through:

Host says:
"Because everything is Name-based, apache decides what directory is going to be used based upon the name that is provided. However, because the username is valid, it treats it as a vaild URL and redirects it to your site. There is no security issue, as this is just the way apache’s configuration works."
Is it really normal? Does the same happen on all apache servers? I think SE's would treat the other pages as mine, no?

i have 3 sites/users that all need to be able to access each other with complete read/write/exec access
Site1 Site2 and Site3
what's the best way to do this without screwing up all the premissions and access to my currently active sites. I need advice from someone who is a pro at this and not just guessing at what premissions to set. I'm assume i need to create a MasterGrp and invite all 3 sites then set/change permissions on all three sites. Also all new files created would need to have the masterGrp set as the group automatically

I have someone who manages my box.. but lately he has been MIA.. and very hard to contact.
All of a sudden I realized that I cannot reach my cpanel or whm..
when I go to www.domain.com/cpanel It just says checking for connection.. and doesn't go anywhere.
If I go to domain.com:2082 it says 401 Access Denied
I tried rebooting the box..

Today i setup a test environment. I have all fresh OS installs today. Management node is Centos 6.5 with PPA 11.5 update 2
I go to servers > add > choose IIS role. The Server is Windows 2012 R2, I have disabled Windows Firewall and disabled UAC, and rebooted it before trying to setup on PPA.
Enter IP and i get the following error.

I'm getting this error ....

Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.
<username> once was a user existing on the server. But I removed the user some days ago.
Since this morning I cannot reconfigure my web server. This always stops with the error message from above.
Unfortunately there is no clue, where the error could be located. The Abstract.php is crypted, so I am not able to check the where the problem is...

I noticed that my spamassassin wasn't running on my server. so I restarted the service from the plesk panel but got the following message:
Error: Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by spammng: spamassassin: unrecognized service
ERROR:spammng:Unable to start SpamAssassin service
('--start', 'spamassassin')
So I SSH'ed into my machine and saw that spamassassin wasn't running.
The I reinstalled spamassassin from the "add and remove product components", but that didn't change anything. Still the same error.

I'm trying to get multiple GUN groups to have access to certain directories.
Access to transport, delete
When you go to access transport or delete you get prompted for user name and password when entered you get in. However when I add GUNtest10 in the required ldap group. It doesnt accept your user name and password.

I have Plesk 11.5 (service provider mode) on a Windows 2008 server IIS7.Most of my sites are developed in .asp and therefore i use a custom 500-100.asp error page that check s the IP of the visitor then displays either a friendly error, or if its my IP a full error of what has happened (it also emails me the error). This allows me to debug pages easily whilst developing and to keep an eye on anyone trying SQL Injection hacks on my sites (as the error and email also have session variables and IP address).I dont have root access to the server as it is a Webfusion dedicated server.I have following the Plesk documentation -
1) Switch on custom errors for the subscription
2) Look in virtual directories and navigate to error documents
3) Find the error in question (500:100) and change it to point at either a file or URL
FILE - I had the data centre add in the 500-100.asp error page in to the virtual template so that my page is available in the list of virtual files - this didn't work but that maybe because its not a static page??
URL - when i add the path it says its incorrect, if i add a fully qualified address, it accepts it but it doesn't work.give me a specific example of the URL that can be entered relative to the root as the format in the documentation isn't accepted. The last step is to restart IIS which is also an issue as i cant seem to do this from the Plesk panel..It is as if it isn't catching the 500:100 error, and only catching the general 500 error??
