Plesk 11.x / Windows :: Error - Migrating Websites Or Adding New Webspace

I'm migrating all of my websites form one server to a new one. And everything is working as planned with the plesk migration manager. But with my last website i'm having some problems and getting this error:

I've also tried to add the webspace manually but getting the same error.
We are getting an error every time that i try to add a new IP on Plesk panel. I go to "Tool and settings" than "IP address", "Add ip address" on fields i already try to ip:
xx.xx.xx.xx/32 and xx.xx.xx.xx/submask
every time that i click on OK, the button become loading an never finish....
Been a Plesk user since 8.6, and have to admit the new interface in 10.x and 11.x is taking some getting used to.
First gripe is why is the dropdown list of Webspaces not in any order? I have lots of different webspaces for different customers, and its just in one unorganized list.
With provided information at [URL] .... did not work? when setting it up in control panel -> domain's dns panel and plesk version is 11.0.9
It needs the following DNS records
Record type: SRV Service name *: _Autodiscover Protocol name *: _tcp (it will automatically add your domain and to edit it again shows as invalid) Port number *: 443 Priority of service: very high(0) Weight of service: theres no 0 option so use 10 as the option and to edit it again shows as invalid) Target host *: use your mail ip address?
I am running plesk 11.05 Plesk on windows server. I have noticed this things twice...
While migrating accounts one server to another Smartermail not showing actual mail received date. For all accounts and emails Smartermail showing Migration date..

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION When I try to add an extra MySQL server, running on a different server, I always get an error that the user has no admin access. But the user I created does have admin access to the database. The remote database is a MySQL 5.5 on a Linux Ubuntu 12.04 LTS server
STEPS TO REPRODUCE Tools & Settings -> Database Servers -> Add Databases server
ACTUAL RESULT Error: Test connection to the database server has failed because the supplied account does not possess administrative privileges: Access denied for user 'admin'@'%' to database 'd536cedf97037e'
EXPECTED RESULT A working database connection.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION These queries are logged by MySQL:
If I just ignore this message, go to a subscription and create a database, then the database gets created just fine. It's just Plesk that thinks that something went wrong.
I have a dedicated server and I am about to get a few high traffic sites that will be Joomla based and MySQL served. What I am thinking a about is to create another MySQL instance, leave the current websites on the "old" instance and get the new ones onto a separate instance.
I am on PPP 11.0.9 on windows and the current mysql version is 5.1.56 on port 3306 (I can get other ports for other instances).
What I did was the following:
In the Database Servers page, I hit "Add Database Server"
In the next page I add the following: MySQL (from the dropdown) localhost 3307 (leave blank the default check box)
I then add the Administrator's username and passwords and hit OK.
The next page, reports an error message (in between asterisks below): ************************ Error: Test connection to the database server has failed because of network problems:
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. ************************ The primary (eg. current) mysql instance is working fine, it's just I cannot add a second server...
I use Plesk 11.5.3 and have a problem with adding new customer. When i have add a new customer and type the domain in my browser, I have to authorisize, but I haven't set up a protect folder know. What's wrong with my plesk? I think this is a permission problem with IIS.
I use Plesk 11.0.9 Update #53 on Windows 2008 SP2. Nameservers and mail server are external servers and fully working.I have a 'fake' web site (roundcube. local) in which I've successfully installed roundcube and I would use it as webmail.I've added a domain alias 'webmail2.domain.com' and it works like a charm.Now I've moved the main domain "domain.com" on the plesk server and I would like to add a 'webmail.domain.com' domain alias to the 'roundcube.local' website.If I try to do it, I receive this error:
"Error: Wrong prefix for domain alias"..Even if I try to add webmail.anotherdomain.com (not installed on the Plesk server) I get the same error.The error shows up either the host is configured to the Plesk machine or not.If I set the binding directly in IIS it works but I'd like to use the plesk to do this.
We just installed a new Windows 2008 r2 server with Plesk v 11.0.9. We need to install the French Language pack, but can not find how to do it. nothing in the knowledge base on this. I tried the look in the add/removing components, but it is not there.
Is there a command line program to install language packs?
My one website & all it's sub-domains automatically showing Plesk Default Page . After checking further, I found websites were stopped on the server . I manually started them but after few hours again same status . I repeated the same thing several times but issue not fixed.

I recently purchased a dedicated server with Godaddy, I also registered a domain with same Godaddy.
Now when I tried to add a new domain in plesk, I got a warning message that "the domain is pointed to 192.198.XX.XX" which is different from my dedicated server IP. The message also says I should edit the DNS.
Now my question is What do I need to edit from the default dns plesk has assigned to my domain? Do I need to use the domain's default IP. I want to be able to host multiple website on my server...
I'm trying to add multiple PHP version (current version installed: 5.5.13), using the official documentation. I always get 500 Internal Server Error after switching to the new version, with the following error_log content:

I'm trying to add PHP 5.4.29. Here is how I compiled it:
Switching back to PHP 5.5.13 and the script works fine (a simple phpinfo() output).How can I try to understand/debug what's wrong with the installation?
I have an issue with Plesk 11. I have a few websites with different subscriptions, each running in a dedicated application pool.The moment I access the website (via browser), the application pool is automatically stopped and 503 Service Unavailable is returned.
After I manually start the application pool, it runs (no stop icon for that app pool in IIIS Manager) until the first attempt to load the website is made.
The users for the respective pools are the ones created by Plesk when subscriptions were created.Details: Pesk Panel 11.0.9 Update #53, IIS8, running on Windows Server 2012.
I'm trying to use server side includes in a PHP website but am getting the error open_basedir restriction in effect.
I've tried going in to the PHP Settings for the website and have selected the predefined option
{DOCROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}
Which as I understand it should allow access to all files within my httpdocs folder but I still get the error:

The thing is I know 100% that the file it's having a problem with is in a subfolder of the
F:PLESKWWWwebsitedesign.comhttpdocs folder (the full F:PLESKWWWwebsitedesign.comhttpdocssparklyphpcmsinccheckAdminLogin.php).
I received an error message "Error: Failed to remove mobile site: Can't delete a site that's not active " when try to remove a mobile website in Plesk control panel and if i try to edit site content i received another error message "Can't access a site that's not active" from [URL] ....
These notification messages are originating from UNITY Mobile platform. The reason is actually hinted in the messages themselves - both the site and the editor account have been already disabled and there are no handlers anymore to modify their status further, so the messages are correct from UNITY Mobile platform's standpoint.
It appears that Plesk control panel has somehow retained in its configuration information about the site availability and is giving the plesk control panel the option to configure the mobile site despite the fact that UNITY Mobile platform is returning "deleted" status back to Plesk. Plesk should be given an option to create a new site instead now.
I would like to know how to manage Plesk in this situation.

On the new system we are looking to add Plesk12 to give users easier management of their own websites.I am about to install the trail version of Plesk12 WebHOST.I have the following questions:
1. Can we use the plesk migration tool to move the websites from the old IIS6 to the new IIS8.5 server? 2. If not, am I right to think we would migrate from IIS6 to IIS8.5 manually and then import these websites into Plesk12 from the new server? 3. Can I migrate the existing websites piecemeal over onto the new server and into the Plesk control panel at the same time as creating brand new websites under the control panel? 4. Once Plesk is installed on the new IIS server is there a KB article on how to add all these existing websites to Plesk - I could not find one. 5. Is the local windows administrator account used for the install used to run any services?
when I try to activate a new subscription (webspace) comes out an error as attached image, which tells me that there is already a user account and a DNS record, but in reality do not exist and therefore can not delete them.
Plesk 11.5.30 all latest updated installed is used with Power-User view on an Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 Bit system.
The Plesk Interface is working well in general. But if the customer clicks on "Webspaces" -> Add Webspace they run in a:

To try to fix it with:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/nginxmng --disable /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all /etc/init.d/apache2 restart /etc/init.d/ngnix restart ( does not work anyway since the customer is not using it ) -> ngnix_enable=no

Differences between Websites & Domains and Webspaces
I'm a beginner in Plesk Panel and I've a "concept" question. So, which are the differences between Websites & Domains and Webspaces? There's some documentation about the definition of this three objects?
I have just used rsync to backup a dedicated server to a new cloud server. I put the files in a plesk webspace 'Backup' folder for ease of use (gui). In File Manager for that webspace it shows the folder user and group as root, which is obviously correct as rsync maintains users etc?
Thats fine, I just wanted to be able to back them up along with the rest of the server configuration and content.
However, when I run backup it says "For security reasons, backing up is performed on behalf of subscription's system user. This system user has no read access to:" and "So it was not backed up. All other data was backed up successfully. To fix this issue you may grant access read/write to the file or directory for system user "(username)" or "apache"."
I don't know how to give read/write access to the system user? Through file manager there is no option to change permissions.
