i have adedicted server
and when i have 50 user ( account ) the backups were done auto. as well
but now
i have 162 site and the backups occur for only 40 sites the others not
this problem still from 2 monthes
i have enter to configure backup ---- Select Specific Users --- all were selected
so what is the problem and how i resolve it

It's been a while since I've made a backup in HyperVM but in the past I've had no problems. I decided to make a new one after so long, but when I did I got the error "no permission to make back up []". I contacted my provider to fix it, but it's been almost 24 hours and they still haven't gotten anywhere it seems. They even asked for my DA login information which I don't think is needed to fix the problem but I provided it anyways.
My question is, is this problem really that hard to fix? How would one fix it? Maybe I can just tell the provider how to fix it so I can get this done ASAP and then I can get back to using my VPS.
i have make a full Plesk Backup on my Old Server with Plesk 12.0(Ubuntu) and will restore the Backup on my new Server with Plesk 12.0(CentOS).When i will restore the backup i get this error: "Error: The source file is not a valid XML file. I have recently upgraded Plesk Panel from 11.0.5 windows to 12.0.18 MU#46 windows.

I'm recieving the following error
"Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Couldn't connect to server".
This happens when I enter ftp settings for the Personal FTP Repository. I'm sure the ftp server is fine. I have it already set on other domains. It connects backs-up just fine.
I've noticed two things when connecting to the FTP server it automatically issues PASV and does nothing else. It also connects using the secondary ip which I guessing it should. Micro Update 5 is installed.

I have set it on /var/backups and given the permission 1777.
I have rebooted the psa service and initialized the backup again but it always returns that error.

When I try to migrate from plesk 11.5 to Plesk 12.0 appears this error "Backup has wrong signature. Restoration prohibited" and migration is not performed . The Plesk 12.0 is a new installation in a new Windows 2012 R2 server.
