Review: JaguarPC VPS (Thumbs Down)
Nov 8, 2007
Here's my review. I've been with them for over 6 months I believe. I am not sure of the exact date. So far my service with them has been fairly poor.

Everything started out fine, for about a month I had good speeds. I then I made the mistake and rm -rf * in the wrong directory. Ooops, my mistake, new to having root access... luckily I stop it before I do too much damage to the vps server. I open up a support ticket, ask them if they can reload my OS and back up my data before they do it.
They said okay, but it will cost me $30 to redo it and they *will* backup my data before they do it.. Well, they reload my VPS and they DON'T back up my data... I lost all my work and had to reload backups from a week before. I run a large forum, so I lost about 20,000 posts from this. My mysql databases, etc worked fine beforehand but I removed most of my system files.... Worst part about it I paid $30 for the OS restore even though they didn't do what they said they would do and back it up.. They basically said too bad so sad...
Fast forward a few months, decent service, okay speeds. It can be VERY slow at times and takes about 10 seconds to load my page most of the time. The server shuts down for no reason often, and can be down for hours at a time, this happens fairly often. (Every other week or so) About a week ago my site goes down for 3 days and I lose yet another 10,000+ posts because the raid array dies, okay... It happens... Well, since I leave daily backups on the server nothing I can do about it. Now, my site has been down for about another 2-3 days. It finally came back online today..
I also run my business site off the vps along side my forums, and with the constant downtime I have lost thousands of dollars in downtime and data loss. I know it's my own fault for staying with them.
I read good reviews about them, but so far my service has been less than great. I'm trying to find another VPS in the price range. I have been really busy going to school full time and working full time, so I haven't had time to find another vps host and to move my vps server over.
I don't recommend them. Maybe I don't have good luck with hosting, but others seem to do well with them.
Initially, I was looking for a VPS to host my anime video streaming site. Then, I came across DotXM Hosting website through Hamza's MSN personal message.

I spoke to Hamza about my plans to host an anime video streaming website and asked him plenty of questions in which he answered all of them honestly and professionally.
I asked Hamza if I could start with the shared hosting plan. He said yes. After realizing that I could save alot instead of getting VPS, I decided to give DotXM a shot.
DotXM techs and support team were very efficient. They got my whole PHPmotion installed and working in just one day and for a very cheap and affordable fee!
Till today, my website runs so smoothly despite being on a shared hosting plan. Who says you need a VPS to kickstart a proper video streaming website? ^^
Thank you for DotXM and Hamza and his team for his support, understanding and professional attitude in serving customers.
In short, DotXM is a quality hosting with great value.
Tech Support: 5/5
Customer Support: 5/5
Reliability and uptime: 5/5
Bandwith: 40 gb
Price: $3.95! (Old Plan before DotXM Re-did everything a few days ago)
I have been with VT6 for one month now. I am going to write my one month review and let everyone on webhostingtalk know about their excellent service.

The presales department were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions I had.
They didnt mind the many many questions I have and took time out of there schedule to answer them unlike other companies who couldnt be bothered to answer them and just ignored me. I give them 5/5 for Pre-sales
Overall the service has been excellent. Their nodes you can tell arent overloaded as the VPS's always run smoothly and theres never any lag in loading up websites because the main servers struggling. The VPS has been well optimized by them and has kept my servers load down even whilst running Vbulletin forums. I will also give their service a 5/5
Absolutely fantastic. Response times are unbelievably quick, I think the quickest response I had was just over a minute, That is an amazingly quick response time in my opinion. No more sitting around for hours waiting for your problems to be sorted. Their techs are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing and dont just say we will look into it, they tell you what the problem is and what they plan on doing to solve it.
Which is a plus for anyone wanting to learn as they go. They have done an excellent job in securing the VPS and installing various pieces of software to keep it secure. I cannot fault their support so I will give them another 5/5 for support
VT6 is a fantastic company with well trained, knowledgeable staff and techs. After having tryed quite a few VPS hosts I would say that this is possibly the best host ive ever used as all of their service is flawless. 5/5 to VT6
If you need a VPS host and a custom solution, VT6 is the way to go.
I do not have any intentions of cancelling with them and I am looking into adding to my services I have with them.
I have been with Atjeu for a little under 4 months now, and have had no issues what-so-ever. Their support times are amazing, and their employees have been nothing but friendly and helpful.

Atjeu's price may be more expensive, but I can attest to their skill and abilities. The price is worth it, 150%. The network has been nothing but fantastic. There has been no downtime attributed to the data center's power or bandwidth providers.
Their SAM interface is everything anybody could possibly want. I have a Core2Quad Q6600, 5GB DDR2 RAM, 500GB SATA II, 80 IP's. This being used as one of our VPS servers, we need to be able to easily update our PTR records. Atjeu is one of the few data centers I know that you can log into their support area, click on "Server Management">"IP management" and put in your own PTR records. WITHOUT having to open a support ticket.
The bandwidth graphs they use are very helpful, and their overall layout of their support center is nothing but fantastic.
Friendly, helpful, and amazing service. I would recommend this company 150% to anybody needing a decent server. It is definatally not a "budget" server provider, and it may cost more than the norm, but trust me; its worth it.
As they say, you get what you pay for. Atjeu puts a whole new meaning to this. I got what I paid for, and then some.
I just realized it has been 4 years since I joined ServInt back in June of 2004. After coming to this realization I decided it was time to come back to this forum, where I first read glowing reviews of ServInt and post my 4 year review.

I guess a tribute to how well ServInt has worked for me over the years is the fact that I didn't have my login for this site anymore... easy to loose a login after 3 years of not needing to worry about, or look for a webhost. (A big thanks to Louis of the WHT community Leader fame for sorting out the problem). The last post I think I made was when I did my very long 1 year review here: [url]
Over the past 3 years my server needs have really grown. I now own and manage a portfolio of sites that generate 20 times more impressions (about 6.5 million per month) than I had when I first started with ServInt. In that time I've upgraded my hosting account multiple times to newer and better hardware. The upgrade process was super easy and seamless each time, one of the huge benefits of a VPS environment.
Support has remained consistently wonderful as has server response and uptime. Even with my limited server management knowledge, between their amazing staff and the incredible ServInt community forum I've been able to really grow my business without the stress that I would have dealt with had I chosen other options 4 years ago.
This review is considerably shorter than my one year review, but again, this is just a tribute to how well things have gone. I love being able to sleep peacefully at night knowing that things are covered.
Congratulations to Reed and staff for creating such an amazing company and business culture, and thanks to the great ServInt community for working together to answer questions and resolve problems. I think I've mentioned this before, but I've been amazed by Reed's demeanor as he deals with his staff and customers, and this permeates through all the dealings between ServInt employees and customers and between the community on the forums.

We've been having trouble with uptime and a SQL box through Lunar Pages in the past couple months and we couldn't take anymore trouble. As such, we went looking for a new Windows VPS provider. Given I'm not a Windows person by default, my daily computer is a
Mac, I needed some hand-holding for the transition.
Through the research for a Windows VPS supplier here at WHT, I selected several firms to investigate and communicate with. Principally Host My Site, Liquid Web, and Bird Hosting. After conversations with each via email and phone calls, Michael of Bird Hosting [url] quickly rose to the top.
Michael, once we informed him of our intention to move to him, had our single-domain Windows VPS migrated from LunarPages to Bird Hosting overnight. Even when a SQL access issue rose up, Michael has been quick to respond and get our support system up and running again.
For about 4 months now Ive been using their VPS service. The service is great, and cheap too

Never had any down time or problems. The support is one of a kind. Awesome helpful replies to all of my stupid questions(I DO ask a good amount of stupid ones lol) within 3 hours max.
JPC rocks, and I never see myself needing to leave
We opened a VPS account with JaguarPC so we could host our own support site externally from our network, we went with them due to an attractive deal we seen here on WHT for a free ram upgrade!

The VPS we got came with 384mb ram and cpanel.
We did a cpanel transfer, the server took 2 1/2 hours to transfer our support desk backup file, so download speed was not the best.
We immediately noticed when accessing the website or WHM that the general speed was slow and page loads always a delay. WHM shown our load as very low (0.01, 0.03 etc)
We contacted JaguarPC for support, the responses we got were very closed responses. Finally yesterday we were told we need to buy more ram to make our VPS respond quicker.
We still need to keep our helpdesk external so we moved it to another VPS today (which took under 5 mins to transfer our backup to not 2 1/2 hours).
Over all Jaguar PC maybe cheap and is ok for those with truelow budget who dont mind slow speeds, but its not recommended for serious users.
Also the support reps who logged in to my VPS were all in Pakistan, (i seen their hostnames in SSH as last login) I also preferred to deal with a English/American company which also made up my mind to cancel and move.
It has been one month exactly since I started with JaguarPC. I know it's probably not ideal to review them after 1 month of service as I guess this can be considered the honeymoon. Regardless I wanted to give my opinion on them after 1 month and then come back in a few months to say if anything changed or not.

Website in question
My website is basically a portfolio site, it doesn't get a ton of traffic but it does increase everyday. It's a personal website that I've had on shared hosting before moving it to a VPS in general.
Setup of VPS
This was actually a pretty good experience except for one minor hiccup which was my fault After signing up I thought I did a few things wrong and so I contacted Live customer service and spoke with an agent who was very kind, courteous, and very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered.
However the hiccup came when my VPS still wasnt set up 12 hrs later. I sent a support ticket and got an answer back in about 10 minutes and it turned out I didn't select the control panel I wanted (Cpanel) Once I selected it my VPS was setup within the hour with my nameservers and everything set.
The only thing I wish was that the control panel problem was caught earlier, but it was my fault to begin with.
My VPS had a rockystart in the beginning The first week or so, it was randomly killing processes making it go offline every night. A restart would fix it but was a little annoying to do it every night. Support worked on the problem and found it to be certain limits within the VPS were too low.
Soon after I got an e-mail stating that there was a planned downtime for the servers and after that downtime which was planned my VPS has remained online and hasnt required a restart since. I can't say what the extent of the problem was cause honestly I'm not sure myself, I'm not a VPS expert yet.
It seems it was just a rocky start as my VPS runs perfectly fine now. Also I like the speed of the VPS
This is where JaguarPC shines in my opinion after 1 month. The techs helped me with my problems during the first week or so. Response times were within 10 minutes on average. Longest I had to wait was 20 minutes which really isn't that long.
The support team is friendly and seem to always make sure to answer your questions. Support is there 24 hours which was an added bonus since my VPS at the beginning liked going offline around midnight.
Just this very moment I actually had a billing problem I sent a ticket in at 10:20 AM and the problem was fixed by 10:31 AM. This might be the case for a lot of VPS providers but I'm certainly not use to it.
It was a rocky start at the beginning and I will be honest I almost thought I made the wrong decision. I'm happy I stuck it out as now my VPS runs flawlessly. I like the support at JaguarPC is always there and that there are multiple ways of contacting them too.
Their forums are filled with advice and help by not only JaguarPC but from their customers too. I think the shining point is their support and their willingness to help you when you need it. They're keeping me as a customer as I'm very happy overall, their support staff went above and beyond I think of what was required of them and I thank all of them for that.
Well its been just over 1.5 months now that I've had a VPS from JaguarPC and I thought I would write my my own personal experiences with the server.

The server was initially ordered through one of their special discount deals featured here on WHM. At first there were a few errors. The plan requested - Freedom Plan - was set up as it should have been, all within 24 hrs as guaranteed. However, the additional disk space and additional ram were not included in the VPS as advertised in the ad. I submitted a support ticket to get this issue resolved and received a response rather quick. Within 15 minutes or so letting me know the issue had been resolved. The Disk Space problem was fixed, but not the memory error which I discovered two weeks or so later. I again submitted a support ticket and was told the memory was at the point it should be at.
I have let it slide at this point as the second month was at no charge per their special (but I won't let it slide much longer). This brings up another issue which was dealt with promptly by JaguarPC. I received an invoice for the second month. As soon as I notified them they deleted the invoice and the second month (Which is almost up) has been at no cost.
I have now noticed the server runs very slow. I thought it may just be my connection but, after using multiple connections - Home, work, friends houses, family's houses, all with varying service providers (some of the locations in different provinces - I travel a lot) I have come to the conclusion it is not an issue that can be tied town to my ISP or connections in my area.
Down time seems to be an issue with the server at this point as well. The longest period of up time I have seen in the past month and a half was 18 days. The VPS goes down on average every 5 - 10 days. There are times I'm forced to reboot it myself as its running to slow to handle.
Rather then dwelling on the negative in this review, there are a few positive things that need to be said as well. The server setup time was great, and any additional requests for software installs have been completed. Their support reaction time has been excellent. Most tickets (the 4 or 5 that I have submitted) have been answered within 15 - 30 minutes which to me is completely acceptable. The support ticket reaction time in my opinion is one of the more important thing mentioned in this review as nothing is worse then not being able to reach a support desk when you need to.
JaguarPC seems to have a great service running with the resources and staff to back its product, however they have yet to show me they are backing their product. I had high hopes for them, and still do. I will continue on with them due to their reputation in the hopes these issues can be resolved.
First of all just would like to say that i've left the service now, but im making this quick review because i forgot to take out the server from the 2 monitoring services that i use and after more than a month after i left the server is still having almost daily downtimes, so i thought hummm good enough reason to make this review, that and i thought from the start that they did a very poor job, also i do have 2 vps on jaguarpc and unlike the SDX, they work just fine, with very little if any downtime.

Dec 27, 2007
Shortly after christmas Jaguarpc was doing another especial on their SDX shared accounts, the SDX (or semi-dedicated) basically they say is a shared account with loads of space and bandwidth with very little people on the server, and so i had some free time to launch a site i was working on and i thought it was a good idea, why not... especially at the time i was considering the "clustered" stuff from mediatemple/mosso and such, but since jaguarpc had always given a good service, it sounded like a good idea, the setup was quick enough and i transfered the site (wordpress based), after less than a week the downtimes started, you know the kind... 15min here 10min there and this was 2 or 3 times a day, so after a week i contacted support and they said it was a user that was doing that and they took care of it... fine
The problem is that this kept on going, sometimes 30min or more, sometimes specific services went down (ftp and such) and i noticed it... mostly because of the monitoring services and because i was working on the site and it kept giving errors like not connecting to the database or the ftp getting cut out... so i contacted support again and they said the obvious "everything was fine", great... i'm imagining things... a couple of weeks went by and i get a mail from support saying that my site has been suspended and it was the cause of all the downtime... my wordpress site that barely has visits and is barely working... well that was the last straw, i disagree but its hard to prove i'm right, so the only action i could take is i closing that account and moved elsewhere (actually to imountain.com were i have that exact same site and 2 more and paying basically half of what i was paying jaguarpc and all of them work without a problem, load pretty fast compared with the SDX... pretty happy with it)
So to finish up, more than a month after i left the server, it still has almost daily downtimes (cause i get the alerts on my mail), and both monitoring services say about the same, this last week that server has a around a 98% uptime with about 20 downtimes, comparing with all the servers i use from 4 other providers, it has by far the worst record, but i guess it was my site to blame for this.
I thought I would do a review of some of the web hosts that I have used or am using over the last year or so.
View 14 Replies
Feb 1, 2007
I'll start off by talking about the 3 webhosts i currently am using.
1. Lunarpages (regular shared hosting account).
2. HostingZoom (regular shared hosing account)
3. Hostgator (Reseller Account)
I have had a shared account with Lunarpages since early July.
Positives: Of the different webhosts I have used, they seem to keep php, and other software the most up to date (on the elara server). A webhost that uses older versions of software that have security issues makes me nervous. Another positive of Lunarpages was the free "Coffeecup" software.
Negatives: I really wanted to like Lunarpages when i signed up with them. Of all the hosts I have used in the last few years, the Lunarpages server I'm currently on is down the most. In fact, I currently use my space there just for testing out software (like Joomla) and setting up demos for my current web design clients to learn on (they can learn on the demos as opposed to messing up their live sites!). The server generally has some issue at least ever couple of days were the site is unreachable (either a hight server load and everything times out) or some other issues....
It has been one year today that I have had a VPS with JaguarPC. It has been a pleasurable experience.

From day one I received prompt curious service from their sales department and support the few times it was needed.
I was overseas on trip to Bulgaria and Turkey right after setting up my VPS. I messed up something just before I left that caused the VPS to crash while I was away. It was my error - I was out of the country and my assistant who knows little about running a VPS was able to get out an email to me in Bulgaria. I opened a ticket with support and gave them my friends email address so they could work with him and that was all it took.
Support had my system up and running in no time even though I messed up.
The VPS has run perfect since. Just recently my VPS was moved from the Houston Data Center to the Atlanta Center. The migration went great and the new server is outstanding. Fast and very responsive. WHM/Cpanel a resource hog as it is loads almost instantaneously now. Two Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) 2210 Processors! The VPS has only 8.3% of memory usage with no disk swapping. SATA drives in RAID 10. My old server was always at 46% which still was good.
Regardless of what you may read here from some grippers - you too can have a good experience at JaguarPC.
Right now you can get 15% off for life on a VPS - if you are looking for a powerful server to have a VPS on the current ones Jag is selling are it! (till Feb 15)
I am no employee of JaguarPC just a happy client who wants to tell the truth about my one year anniversary with the company.
The company has a great forum where a good group of old time customers help other customers with installs or whatever with their hosting needs. Even the resident wacko VIN DSL is a big help when he wants to be
They continue to improve all faucets of the company with new ideas and services -that along with the continuous hiring of an excellent team of sales and service personnel as the company grows make it so that I can look forward to another good year at JaguarPC.
Just wanted to say a thumbs up to HostechSupport.com for giving me a hand with Drive Warning: /dev/sda3 (/usr) is 84% I had for the past 2 weeks or so.

Surprisingly I had problems in the early get go finding someone to help me clear this up. Initially most were giving me quote of $60 an hour to $37 for half an hour of work. Even my old monthly server management ppl, jonesolutions.com, would only offer to clean it up for me for $60 too.
I had to cancel them 2 months ago because I lost my job and couldn't afford $40/month from them. Not sure why they would think I could afford $60 hourly work fee.
So it was nice to find some friendly help and offers when I made this topic:
Been with hostatree for 3 months now and very excited to say how great they are. I have never had to use there support as so far I have had no problems.

My website [url] does use quite a lot of bandwidth and at times can get alot of visitors and I've only heard good things from them about the speed.
I still currently have my old hosting plan as well, but I am in the process of organizing a move all my websites to hostatree.
Good price, very reliable. I was one of the earlier people to sign up so I got a very good hosting deal with one of the coupons.
Just wanted to drop a quick review on my current host iMountain.com since I have been so pleased with them and tonight they really went above the call of duty.

First a little background. Been with iMountain since November 2007 on Shared, Luxury and now Dedicated. I run custom DNS with a rollover solution so if my dedicated server with iMountain goes down, my blog will show a splash page that is hosted on another server.
Tonight for some reason the DNS thought my site was down and it rolled over to the backup server. iMountain staff happened to drop by my blog and noticed I was loading the rollover server and fired me off an email to tell me that something was amiss with my DNS since my server with them was in fact up.
How often would a host email you with a problem? Unless it is to suspend you, not very often I would think.
I give the guys at iMountain 2 thumbs up for going above and beyond the call of duty each and everyday. They truly are a great hosting company. I hope to be with them as long as I am in need of a server.
The only big thing I would like to see different at iMountain is having them install a user forum. most hosts these days have them and iMountain should too.
Just wanted to take a minute and write up a review for CorporateColo.com (they certainly deserve it )

NETWORK: 10/10 - Fantastic bandwidth, haven't had a single network issue yet
SUPPORT: 15/10 - The support staff would probably be my favorite aspect of CorpColo. They're all awesome, dedicated people who actually care - something you really don't find every day in this industry. Victor, Jon, & Dima really go out of the way to make sure that customers are satisfied.
PRICING: 10/10 - They have some amazing rates and were able to offer me a great deal based on my specific requirements.
BUILDING: 10/10 - DRT is undoubtedly one of the most secure buildings in Los Angeles and CorpColo's suites absolutely reflect this. The policies and structure of the building take away all of the worry, and I have, personally, always felt that my and my customer's data was always safe.
They're really an A++ in my book; I hope to do business with them for a long time!
Although I only ordered my VPS a couple of days ago I felt compelled to make known my initial thoughts on cheapvps.co.uk.

My main reasons for going for cheapvps was not only the cheap prices, but also the fact that a2b2 (a sister company of cheapvps I believe) and Rus appear to have very good reps here on WHT. I spoke to Rus initially via live help to ask a couple of questions and he was extremely helpful which convinced me to make my mind up there and then.
The VPS was set up and going within about 3 hours which is very fast in my book (I didn't get access to it for a couple of hours more but that was just because of an e-mail hiccup causing me not to receive the welcome e-mail). The speed is amazing - especially for a budget VPS. The network is also extremely fast, and the fact I got the choice of it being in the UK was also a big bonus for me.
One of the things that really impressed me though was when I started hitting a couple of snags when running a couple of programs, including Postfix (whose developers decided it would be useful for it to use literally about 90 unix sockets). This caused a problem for the resource limits in the VPS for sockets. Also the kernel memory limit was causing memory allocations to fail as well.
No sooner had I contacted Rus again than the resource limits had been raised to something a little bit more suitable. This also needed to be done for the process limit and file limit.
Tickets are answered very promptly and you can also contact them through MSN which I have made use of a couple of times.
Through this initial phase of getting the VPS running nicely Rus and the guys have been incredibly helpful and accommodating in getting things sorted. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a low price VPS, and although I know this is only after the first couple of days I'm sure things will continue this way.
We recently migrated our internal data center into Galaxyvisions as a colo customer.

Initially we leased a server from then to review and understand how they truly operate and respond to issues. I must say we have been nothing short of amazing on the support side.
Based upon this we decided to colo some of our equipment and have been equally impressed. The sales people worked with us to avoid the fear of a huge bill at the end of month and proactively reviewed our bandwith usage and requirements.
Staff onsite was great, courteous and very knowledgeable.
I just thought id let users know of my excellent experience so far with VT6, I ordered their diamond VPS plan along with cPanel and management. Setup was swift and took 12 Hours including server optimization and hardening.

Firstly, the VPS was activated after more than 24 hours, too far away from their stated "in a few minutes".
Secondly, Server has been down for nearly three times during the last 24 hours. At least, I got three times today, when all my IPs were not pingable. Responses from JaguarPC was either they were rebooting the server, or that server was offline and they were contacting their datacenter.
Thirdly, just after I've uploaded all of my websites and repointed the domains, I realized that named was not working. I tried several methods and failed. So I turned to their support. When I think the problem should be fixed, I got the reply from the support, stating the server was offline, they've contacted the data center. Further more, they asked ME to contact them once I find the server is back online, so that they could go on with my named server problem.
So, my sites are still down. They are not big sites though. I'm now thinking hardly, if I made a mistake when I decided to change to JaguarPC.
Anyway, their 24/7 support responsed really fast...
One of two VPS at jaguarpc.com is down. I can not reach support or main jag site either.

i joined jaguarpc a week ago with the intention of setting up a java based mud server on the system. after the vps was set up, i sent a ticket in requesting help on installing gcc, yum and java. when java 1.4.2 was installed, i requested a newer version be installed, in which case they informed me it would cost $70.00/hr to perform. i had linked the installation page for the program i was installing that stressed the need for the most up to date java jdk, of which 1.4.2 is not.

i then decided to attempt the install myself. however, there were numerous errors involved, to which support attributed to corruption of the data files. the solution? reinstallation of the os. the cost of this procedure is $15.00. i sent a response to this, making sure that the reinstallation was really necessary to make the latest sun java jdk work. the tech confirmed that it was needed to get rid of the corrupted libraries.
I paid the $15.00 for the os reinstall, and had the tech install gcc, yum and the newest sun java jdk. however, when i attempted to check the version, a memory error occurred. after trying to set the xms and xmx settings to no avail, i sent a ticket to support asking for the issue to be looked into.
support responded with this:
Java requires a lot of resources to initialize which a VPS can't provide and that is why it is failing to initialize. If you really need Java you should go for Dedicated sever.
when i replied asking why this was not revealed 10 tickets ago, the support responded with:
We are sorry for that. In fact Java is quite resource intensive and can't run correctly in VPS environment. Even if you add more RAM it will work for sometime but again afte some time starts failing. So it is recommended that you do not use Java on VPS and go for Dedicated server.
thank you for apprising me of this after i pay to get the os reinstalled. nearly all of my tickets concerned java, and i stated that it was needed by the program i wished to run. at no point before this was it mentioned that the latest version of java would not be capable of being run on the vps.
overall, i am disappointed with this company, and plan to cancel my account.
There is a site hosted with JaguarPC that is spamming my forums daily with links to their illegal, copyrighted software and movies. While I understand this isn't JaguarPC's responsibility as it's not taking place on their servers, the fact that the site in question is a warez site is. The site is evilsfunhouse.com

I have emailed JaguarPC about this and received no reply. I then tried to post on their forums but all new posts are moderated and my post hasn't shown up.
From their own TOS:
Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. We do not allow any content that may be construed as offensive or illegal including, but not limited to pirated software, bit torrents, IRC, Proxies, hacker programs/archives, copyrighted MP3's, Warez, copyrighted material, trademarks,
I'm unsure as to why they place this in their TOS and then ignore it when a customer abuses it. Is the money being paid to them more important? At least a reply to me about my inquiry would have been nice but they have ignored me altogether. Has anyone had any experience with JaguarPC pertaining to their TOS and is it like them to ignore their own terms?
As far as I know VZ for Windows does not allow burstable RAM (only Linux). In Jaguarpc's website (Win VPS section: [url] they advertise guaranteed & burstable RAM.

Am I missing something? If not, is that a typo or a Marketing trick?
