Mar 3, 2014Is any way to change hard disk memory limit for created subscription ? It is 4 Gb I have to increase it to 8 Gb.

Plesk 11.x / Linux :: Event Handler For Subscription Created
Apr 25, 2014Which Event Handler gets fired when a subscription is created? I've tried both "Hosting settings created" and "Default domain (the first domain added to a subscription/webspace) created" but those don't seem to be firing when I create a new subscription. After creating the Event Handler the psa service was restarted each time. I have a script setup to just log the NEW_DOMAIN_NAME to a file, but that isn't happening.

Dec 16, 2014if i create a new mailaccount in the power-user panel and i dont log in into the webmailer, so the "subscription" file is not created.
that means there is no way to sent emails with the new created account with external mail clients (Thunderbird), because there is no "sent" or "drafts" folder.
the problem disappears, if i log into the webmailer after creating a new mailaccount.
is there any other way to fix this bug? i want plesk 12 to create the "standard" folders (Trash, Drafts, Sent, Spam) automatically.
something to the used system:
- Ubuntu 14.04 Server
- Plesk 12.0.18
- IMAP/POP3 Server: dovecot
- SMTP Server: postfix
(logfiles are not showing anything..)

Feb 11, 2014We deployed a subscription (through PBAS), and realised afterwards that the database resource was missing.
This has now been added and the subscription synchronised.
However, the MySQL system is still not available on the subscription. How can we enable the MySQL (or indeed any added resource) after the subscription has been deployed.
I saw for Webspace you can add additional webspace, is there a similar feature for the Databases?
Plesk Automation :: Creating Subscription - This Domain Name Already Exists
Feb 14, 2014The issue is effectively that we created a subscription with the domain. Which has since been deleted. The domain now wants to be added to another subscription on the account.
The domain can be seen in both the PBAS and PPA domains and everything seems to point at the right subscriptions. I presume all this is right as we have other domains quite happily added to the subscription in a similar manner.
I'm not really wanting to rip out the entire domain from the system as we spent the morning putting in 132 records, due to a bizarre lack of bulk insertion tools.

Jun 10, 2015I have Plesk 12 on Centos6.I require a list of every subscription which has consumed the most data on the server. Disk space used by the following files and directories in the subscription:
Websites
Mail accounts
Databases
Logs
Backups
Chroot directories
Configuration files
Anonymous FTP directory
The Plesk bible only listed that this was possible through Subscriptions > Statistics. URL....However viewing the Subscriptions > Statistics is not an option because there are many subscriptions..I also have access to SSH/terminal and found a script for finding large file and directories here URL....However i rather have it in excel or HMTL format.

if it is based on per website, that means if a customer create 100 website under one subscription....and per php max memory is 256m, that means they will be using max. 256mx100...is that correct?

Jan 23, 2014I have parallel plesk 11.5 on my VPS hosting. Recently I upgraded the PHP version to 5.4 via Updates and Upgrades feature. Now, I am not able to change anything for any domain/website, it always shows me following error:
"Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5.4" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again."
I tried creating a handler with same name in IIS but it didn't work. When I checked in "Server Components" the max PHP version is "PHP 5.3.28" but I see PHP 5.4 installed in C:ParallelsPleskAdditionalPleskPHP54 folder on the server.

Dec 1, 2014When logged into the admin panel, I can manage all other domain except for one. When I try to manage this particular domain (which is our own domain rather than a client domain), it takes a while before returning page not found. In the logs, it's getting a high volume of the following error message:
Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5.3" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again.
I've tried attacking the issue through IIS. PHP appears to be configured correctly in IIS. I've looked at permissions. The website itself runs fine, I just can't manage the domain.
Another issue, which may be related, is when trying to access the PHP Manager in IIS for the PleskControlManager site, it gets an error stating that it can't find the php.ini file. I don't know if this is normal, or related.

The centos operating system and plesk (and also apache webserver) are installed on the first hard disk.
I have mounted the second hard disk (6 TB with ext4 file system) in a folder under /var/www/vhosts/AHostingAccount directory.
This folder is accessible via plesk's file manager but i cannot access it via ftp.

Feb 25, 2015I have a new CentOS 7, with Plesk 12, CentOS 7 by default has XFS filesystem.
I try migrate sites from another Plesk Server but Plesk agent say: "hard disk quota is not supported due to configuration of server file system" (my CentOS 7)
My CentOS7:
CentOS Linux 7.0.1406 64 bits
Plesk 12.0.36
My fstab
[root@ns ~]$ cat /etc/fstab
/dev/mapper/centos-root / xfs defaults,usrquota,grpquota 1 1
UUID=ba391bd5-786c-4ae7-8bbd-f36f831ae6eb /boot xfs defaults 1 2
/dev/mapper/centos-swap swap swap defaults 0 0
I added "usrquota,grpquota", then mount -o remount / ; but when I try quotacheck -fmv / I gest this:
[root@ns ~]$ quotacheck -fmv /
quotacheck: Skipping /dev/mapper/centos-root [/]
quotacheck: Cannot find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.
but quotaon command works:
[root@ns ~]$ quotaon /
quotaon: Enforcing group quota already on /dev/mapper/centos-root
quotaon: Enforcing user quota already on /dev/mapper/centos-root
The problem here is why Plesk does not recognize quotas as enabled on CentOS 7??
If I try this command it seems good:
[root@ns ~]$ /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/usermng --isquotable
0
Also I do this:
- Disabled Selinux
- Check all packages as quota, etc.

The updater was rerun after problems with corrupt data. Things seemed to be going well until it updated to PGSQL 9.1 and restarted
It appears to not to be able to get access
psql -h`hostname` -U plesk plesk
results in asking for a password, which it did not before and what the password would be for the plesk user.

Just had another customer account compromised (not a very weak password either) - and that meant > 250,000 emails - a LOT of cleanup.
Not only do we need rate limiting, but we also need notification of potential abuses.

Jul 2, 2014We have noticed that if we have created example@domain.tld email account and we create new domain alias for example alias.tld. We have already created email accounts for example@domain.tld and example@alias.tld.
Now, if we change email account name for example example2@domain.tld only mailbox for example2@domain.tld is updated, example@alias.tl is unchanged.
In this case if someone send email to example2@alias.tld email will not be delivered because alias mail name was not updated. We have noticed this error in PPA 11.1 and PPA 11.5.
