Plesk 12.x / Windows :: Limit Reseller Self-created Service Plan Resource Usage

When a reseller create a service plan themselves...is there any way to limit the CPU and memory setting for the application pool to recycle on their own created plan?
I like to create some service plans using the cli-tools, /usr/local/psa/bin/service_plan.I am able to create a service plan, but I'm unable to create a service plan inside a reseller plan. For example I cannot "tell" the service_plan script to add the created serviceplan to a reseller plan. Is it possible to create a serviceplan inside a reseller plan, using the cli?
I am doing migration of plesk 11 from one server to another server on both server version is same but after migration I cant find any service plan which is there on old server.how can i copy / migrate service plan from one serer to another server
I recently migrated a load of domains from a pleks 8.? install to a plesk 12 one. As part of the migration a new reseller was created but all the resellers domains got "lost". They were all there and working but not appearing in the interface.
I did some googleing and fixed this problem and can now see all the domains and when I look at the reseller plesk tells me it has 0 own customers, 0 own plans and 0 own subscriptions. However, if I look at the resources tab it tells me that 7 domains out of unlimited are being used.I just wondered where plesk get's that info from and if it is safe to delete that reseller without risking the domains getting deleted too.

I'm on PPA 11.5 MU#2 (Should upgrade to MU#3 soon). My problem is that the Usage of Disk Space for all my customers subscriptions are not calculated. I've run the daily maintenance script (which it actually runs periodically), but there's no update on the display.
I'm starting a webhosting business in the next few months (working on the panel), and was wondering what is the best method to limit the amount of disk usage the user can use? I know about Disk Quota, but that would be a pain to use. Is there anything built into IIS7?
Also, is it possible to use a SQL 05 DB for FTP user accounts with IIS7? If not, is there any other way to have FTP accounts *without* having to create a windows user account?
I can't switch a subscription to another service plan, my conf is very simple.I have on reseller account with service pack "Default Reseller".This reseller account contains 1 client with custom subscription.
When I want to switch the pack to another service plan, I have only one choice : "No change" so I cannot.I have 4 service plan so I don't know how to solve this problem.
I have a 'Service Plan' which has 270 subscriptions associated with it. When I navigate to 'Service Plans' page, underneath my plan it reads "Unable to sync subscriptions with the service plan" along with a yellow exclamation mark.
If I go into the plan there is another message near the "Update & Sync" button stating that syncing will take time and therefore be run in the background. When I click the "Update & Sync" button nothing appears to happen. If I then click on the plan again, as if to edit the settings I get the following "Warning: Subscriptions are currently syncing with the service plan. Please wait until the sync process is finished." and it prevents me from accessing the plan settings.
If I wait a while, I can eventually get into the plan settings again, which should mean that the Update & Sync has completed. However the "Unable to sync subscriptions with the service plan" warning is still present under my custom plan on the 'Service Plans' page and if I navigate to a subscription to check if it has been updated it hasn't.
If I change the subscription plan to another plan and then change it back to my original plan again, then the changes are reflected. But this is obviously a workaround.

I use a up2date Plesk 12 on a Debian Linux Server. I use my Admin Account to create Service Plans, Customer an Subscriptions. I enter the customer Accounts by klick Open in Control Panel (i am Admin in the Customer Account) and add domains.
today I try to change the PHP Settings of all Domains. (set more php_memory and max_execution_time)The Service Plan are success sync to all Subscriptions. but the settings are not change on the Domains check with phpinfo();so I try to rewrite all settings by using the command line and change the PHP Version and change back

Since I upgraded to Plesk 12, when I create a new subscription, an IUSR account is no longer created for that website so I can grant the appropriate permissions to folders, etc.
I have install Plesk 11.5.3 on my Windows Server 2008 r2. I want to try Mailenable on the PleskServer, so i installed the feature, but know when I am calling the webmailer with http:webmail.domainname.de works fine, but when I try https://webmail.domainname.de i become a Not found: HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found
Window server 2012 r2: I installed wordpress on a domain using plesk. Seemed to work correctly. But when I went to the site www.example.com/wp-admin, the native or default wordpress install started up. I could find no way to bypass this, so I just re-entered all the same settings.
The result was that I ended up with 2 sets of database tables, one set named with my chosen prefix wp_blahblah_ and one set prefixed with wp_blahblah_wp_.
Not good, so I deleted the later set. Wordpress seems to be working, despite one error on the tables I can't reproduce.
I am running a youtube clone on a VPS with 512mb ram at Lunarpages.
Whenever I log into Plesk, I find that my system usage is extremely high. 90%++ even up to 100%. However my CPU usage is often less than 5%.
This problem often occurs when there is slightly more visitors on my site. I am talking about only 30++ visitors and this problem will occur and my site slows to a crawl and I have to restart the VPS.
I am wondering if simultaneous downloads could take up a lot of CPU/Ram usage? Could a celeron server with 512MB handle simultaneous downloads and how many users can it support simultaneously? The server will be serving as a pure download, no database, no php, no cgi, no nothing. And what is the highest mbps this server could potentially reach?
After upgrading to Plesk Panel 12, when db user is created on MsSQL 2012 server, db user seems to be missing db_owner role which is causing a lot of hassle at the moment.
I was not able to locate any settings for such except for following option.
"Enable the db_backupoperator role membership for all Microsoft SQL Server database users"
Please note, this only applies to new db user created as Plesk 11.5 didn't have such problem and only seems to be related to SQL 2012 not 2008.
I've been running website for several years, however, there's one thing that I've never quite figured, most likely because I haven't gone over to dedicated/vps yet.
How much memory would a static 10kb HTML use or for that matter a PHP page (static)?
I know it's quite a broad question, but I'm asking this as I might start a project and this one page may receive many hits. Oh and, would the memory usage go up if I have embedded objects from an outside source (e.g. embedded Youtube videos)?
I have seen posts that some hosts suspend a user after they so many seconds of high server resource usage... I was wondering how this is done so that I can do this on my dedicated server.
