Plesk 11.x / Linux :: Error When Install Horde With 11.5.30?
May 11, 2014I'm facing a problems with my plesk 11.5.30 (latest update with CentOS 6.x).
One subscription can't switch between horde and round-cube. When they change to round-cube, it's still running Horde. To solve this problems, I tried remove Horde (everything's fine, successful) and install it again (error).

I've already tried re-installing Horde, but without success.
There's an article in your KB, but `/var/lib/php/session` does not exist and `/var/lib/php5/sessions` has the required perms.
I've also tried to set session.save_path to `/var/lib/php5/sessions` in `/etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/php.ini` and after a restart, sessions are written into that directory. But the problem still exists.

Plesk Automation :: After PPA Migration - Outgoing SMTP Submission Port Error
Aug 29, 2013After migrating our existing client base from legacy Plesk 9.x servers and Expand to PPA, clients phoned in with mail sending problems. These clients are using submission port 587 because their ISPs intercept port 25.
Existing client, Outlook error message:
"None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server"
Testing with Thunderbird, error message:
"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. Please verify that your email address is correct in your Mail preferences and try again."
It seems a "fresh" PPA requires STARTTLS on e-mail clients. It is furthermore confirmed that Thunderbird detects the e-mail server settings as dependant on TLS.
The problem is that TLS doesn't seem to work properly by default.
In order to preserve our existing customer base, we follow: [URL] ....
Bottom line, in your /etc/postfix/master.cf, change the line that says "submission" from this:
submission inet n – - – - smtpd -o smtpd_enforce_tls=yes -o smtpd_tls_security_level=encyrpt -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes -o smtpd_client_restrictions=permit_sasl_authenticate d,reject -o smtpd_sender_restrictions= -o smtpd_proxy_filter=127.$

This is just a quick fix to get you going and stop the phones from ringing. Ideally we would like to re-enable TLS and have information as to why it is not working.

Apr 4, 2015I am installing plesk automation on centos 6.5 using this command on a fresh system
./ppa_installer --password some_password --admin_email some_email
and get the following error.

Looks like some lib is not found in the mirrors.
Plesk Automation :: Automation Installer Breaks Yum In CentOS 6.6
Jan 29, 2015On a clean install of CentOS 6.6 (Final) I did the following:
1. updated the /etc/hosts file to point my ip to the hostname
2. Open the ports in the iptables file.
3. ran the ppa_installer per the instructions on [URL] ....
The ppa_installer log says installed Successfully. However the following occurs:
1. Cannot browse to the url:8443, or any of the other variations (8080, 8880, https/http)
2. Yum installer is now broken (I replicated this twice). Yum will not run at all with the following error:
There was a problem importing one of the Python modules required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was: /usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4: file too short
Please install a package which provides this module, or verify that the module is installed correctly.It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:

Using mail clients or squirrelmail works perfect, im using RHES 4.
Apache :: 2.4.2 (Win64) Cgi Automation Error
May 13, 2012I am trying to setup Apache 2.4.2 (Win64) mod_fcgid/2.3.7 OpenSSL/1.01.1a on Windows 2008R2 64bit. My cgi bin alias is set properly and was working with with Apache 2.4.2 (Win32) on the same machine. However, when running my VB6 cgi programs in Apache 2.4.2 (Win64), they crash with an automation error. There are NO erros in the Apache log files.
The only hint I may have is the following...
I tested the same cgi programs under IIS7 on the same Windows 2008R2 64bit machine. I got the same automation error at first. I found that I had to change the CGI setting "Impersonate User" to false and then the programs worked fine in IIS7. I cannot find this kind of setting in Apache64 configs. Not that it is the answer, but maybe.
By the way, my php running as fast cgi in Apache64 is working fine. It is the cgi that seems to be the problem.

After some research I found out that more than 60 clients are able to view his calendar!

(There was a list of e-mail addresses at the last, but I left them out for privacy reasons.
This should never have been able to have happened! How do I prevent his calendar to be shared?

Jan 8, 2015Today my clients are not able to send mail via webmail. The message below is received no matter what email address is placed in the To: field.
There was an error sending your message: Message could not be delivered - the address was not found, is unknown, or is not receiving messages.
I have re-started all services. Note that they are able to send via outlook. Seems to just be webmail.

Jul 24, 2014I've just upgraded from Plesk 11.something to 12.0.18 on Centos 6. And I've seen that Horde has stopped displaying HTML email again. editing psa-horde/imp/config/mime_drivers.php. I've made that same fix on my new Horde installation, but it doesn't seem to have worked this time. Is there anything different that I need to do on this version of Horde?
