Sep 4, 2014We are having an issue when users are trying to add attachments via horde the error:
unable to create VFS directory /.horde/imp
appears. How this can be resolved?

Nov 20, 2014 I seem to have an error with backing up to my personal FTP repository. I have only just noticed the issue, but i believe it originated when I upgraded Plesk Panel 11 to Plesk Panel 12. I am currently running version 12.0.18 on Cent OS 6.5.
Note whether i check the "Use passive mode" option makes no difference to my problem.Below is what I get from the panel.log under /usr/local/psa/admin/logs

May 11, 2014I'm facing a problems with my plesk 11.5.30 (latest update with CentOS 6.x).
One subscription can't switch between horde and round-cube. When they change to round-cube, it's still running Horde. To solve this problems, I tried remove Horde (everything's fine, successful) and install it again (error).

Also if I delete the existing MX reccord the change does not reflect to Route53. Try to replicate?

I've already tried re-installing Horde, but without success.
There's an article in your KB, but `/var/lib/php/session` does not exist and `/var/lib/php5/sessions` has the required perms.
I've also tried to set session.save_path to `/var/lib/php5/sessions` in `/etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/php.ini` and after a restart, sessions are written into that directory. But the problem still exists.

Feb 2, 2015In Plesk (V. 12.0.18) there is no possibility to create mail accounts for subdomains via web interface. The KB article [URL] ..... describes this problem. The article suggests two possible ways.
I don´t want to use option 1 (create subdomain as additional domain) because a subdomain as domain wastes a domain in the license model.
Instead of that I tried the second way (command line interface). I can execute the first command without problems. When I try to execute the second command, I get the following error: "An error occured during mailname creation: Unable to set password: Domain of type subdomain selected".

No matter what I do (updating settings, saving, etc.), the error keeps coming back. Seems like a database inconsistency. How can I access the Plesk DB through PhpMyAdmin to check the notifications table? When I go to Settings > Database servers > Local MySQL server > Webadmin, I only see my customers' databases.
