trying to get into my horde or squirrelmail account on my server and getting the following:
A fatal error has occurred
DB Error: connect failed
Details have been logged for the administrator.
Horde error: Warning: Failed opening '/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/horde.php' for inclusion
I am getting the above given error message.
I am seeking recommendation on which of the following webmail interface should I use:
Horde, SquirrelMail or RoundCube
I have tried squirrelmail and I am searching for more features - would prefer something similar to outlook/yahoo etc.

Since the update from 11.5 to 12 working Horde login no longer, IMAP works otherwise perfect.

I have tried everything I know (I know not much)
I have rebooted it multiple times. I have terminated lots of account and now I have only 2 or three accounts.
I have removed all the fishy scripts. Done everything I can.
But it just becomes un responsive within a minute of re booting.
Its a Pentium 4 Single Core server.
1GB Ram and 160GB harddisk with cpane+WHM.

I'm facing a problems with my plesk 11.5.30 (latest update with CentOS 6.x).
One subscription can't switch between horde and round-cube. When they change to round-cube, it's still running Horde. To solve this problems, I tried remove Horde (everything's fine, successful) and install it again (error).
Customers using MSIE 11 are getting warnings that they are using version < 8 - and limited functionality - how can we fix this ASAP?

I got that error everytime I try to use mails using horde, this is happening since the last cpanel v11 R update...

Just upgraded from php4 to php 5.2.4 on my Windows server, with IIS 6. All the php files are working fine, except squirrelmail. I can login, check new mails, compose a new message, but after sending, it returned error
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
if php has error, the whole squirrelmail should not work, but it works, just returns error after sending messages. The receivers can see messages without trouble too.
We are having an issue when users are trying to add attachments via horde the error:
unable to create VFS directory /.horde/imp
appears. How this can be resolved?

I've already tried re-installing Horde, but without success.
There's an article in your KB, but `/var/lib/php/session` does not exist and `/var/lib/php5/sessions` has the required perms.
I've also tried to set session.save_path to `/var/lib/php5/sessions` in `/etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/php.ini` and after a restart, sessions are written into that directory. But the problem still exists.

Now i installed a again a WP Site and after i go to the Wordpress Toolkit to search for the new installation i got the following Message:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /usr/share/plesk-wp-cli/php/wp-cli.php(23) : eval()'d code on line 1 {"err_code":0,"err_message":"
With error cannot connect to DB.
So all WP installations are running fine instead of the new one.... I didn't change any configs files of PHP all is standard, the wp-config.php is correct, the Site is running fine.
From my point of view is this an issue by Plesk due to Parse error message at the files of Plesk, see error message!

I know with an older Version of Plesk 12.0.18 it was working fine too, so the bug was implemented with a MU.
I checked the file as well and find out that at all PHP files the code is not closed at the end so the "?>" is always missing.

Using WS_FTP Pro I'm not getting this error on any other server or VPS I have so confused as to what the problem may be.
I have a RHEL4 Box and need to upgrade glibc. Currently have glibc-2.3.4-2.39 installed. I have downloaded glibc-2.7-2.i386.rpm and tried to install with

I don't know what to do. I chowned /etc/rndc.key to named:root, and that worked for a few, and then it went back to doing this.
