Plesk 11.x / Windows :: Subscription Not Found But Present In IIS
Mar 20, 2014We are facing a strange issue in a Plesk Windows server. One of the domain's subscription and the domain itself is not found in Plesk server. We also queried the related tables in Plesk db, but there is no entry of the domain or the user. But the domain is present in IIS. So is the user and the directories along with the correct permissions. How can we resolve the issue and get the domain added in Plesk so that the customer can manage it from Plesk panel?

Apr 13, 2014I am new to Parallels software, more specifically Parallels Panels. I have installed a trial copy of the software on my Windows 2008 R2 SP1. This is a Dedicated machine with no other users on it. I presume installation of Panels was successful because I can log in and see the admin control panel. I created a customer with success. I am now trying to create a subscription using the default service plan. After entering all the appropriate info on the new subscription page and submitting it, a few moments later I receive the following error:

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: I have an application that uses customer prefixes ex. user1.domain.com, user2.domain.com. The application exists in one plesk subscription (with exclusive IP), the sales site (www) exists on another subscription on the same server (different IP - shared). On a previous version of plesk (9.5 I believe) I was able to easily point the www prefix to another subscription/domain on the same server. In Plesk 11 it won't let me do that ... when I try to create a "www" alias for the intended subscription I get the error message "Error: Wrong prefix for domain alias".
EXPECTED RESULT: Some option to allow me to point the www prefix to another subscription on same server.
For the application's subscription, the DNS is hosted within plesk, for the intended www subscription the DNS is hosted at godaddy. I don't think any of that makes a difference but mentioned anyways.

Apr 2, 2015I've created a website for a client using Sitefinity CMS and MS SQL Server 2008 R2. I've transferred the database from my local SQL server to the production server using SQL Management Studio.
I've created a customer and subscription for hosting the website and it's all up and running perfectly. However, I want to automate the backup of the SQL database for the website which I can only do if the subscription knows about the SQL database for that website. So, how do I associate the two? How do I get the database to show up in plesk for that customer such that it can be part of the scheduled backups - and of course also somethign I could restore via plesk if I had too?
The database exists. It wasn't create via plesk in any way, but I want plesk to be able to back it up, and ideally for it to show up in the customers subscription, etc.

The last successful subcription was created Sept 26, 2014.
I thought something ontoward had happened at first so attempted to delete the subscription and re-create.
On attempting to delete the subscription the following error is given

Jan 23, 2014I have parallel plesk 11.5 on my VPS hosting. Recently I upgraded the PHP version to 5.4 via Updates and Upgrades feature. Now, I am not able to change anything for any domain/website, it always shows me following error:
"Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5.4" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again."
I tried creating a handler with same name in IIS but it didn't work. When I checked in "Server Components" the max PHP version is "PHP 5.3.28" but I see PHP 5.4 installed in C:ParallelsPleskAdditionalPleskPHP54 folder on the server.

Dec 1, 2014When logged into the admin panel, I can manage all other domain except for one. When I try to manage this particular domain (which is our own domain rather than a client domain), it takes a while before returning page not found. In the logs, it's getting a high volume of the following error message:
Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5.3" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again.
I've tried attacking the issue through IIS. PHP appears to be configured correctly in IIS. I've looked at permissions. The website itself runs fine, I just can't manage the domain.
Another issue, which may be related, is when trying to access the PHP Manager in IIS for the PleskControlManager site, it gets an error stating that it can't find the php.ini file. I don't know if this is normal, or related.

I tried to change the default plesk panel port (8443) to eg (1234) without any success.
The steps i followed are the following:
1) Firewall -> Inbound rule -> allow for port 1234
2) Firewall, Disable inbound rule for port 8443
3) IIS, PleskControlPanel, Bindings: changed binding from 8443 to 1234.
Now i type on browser: [URL] .... and while its loading after some seconds redirects me to [URL] ...

I copied all files from W to D drive and created symbollinks. Now all files stored in D:vhost and symbollincs pointing to W:vhost.
If I will use reconfigurator, will it recopy existing files or just will skip them? Because I have millions files in my vhost dir
