For a migrated site, how can I associate an existing DB with a subscription? The only option I see is to add a new database and this is not a new database?
I've created a website for a client using Sitefinity CMS and MS SQL Server 2008 R2. I've transferred the database from my local SQL server to the production server using SQL Management Studio.
I've created a customer and subscription for hosting the website and it's all up and running perfectly. However, I want to automate the backup of the SQL database for the website which I can only do if the subscription knows about the SQL database for that website. So, how do I associate the two? How do I get the database to show up in plesk for that customer such that it can be part of the scheduled backups - and of course also somethign I could restore via plesk if I had too?
The database exists. It wasn't create via plesk in any way, but I want plesk to be able to back it up, and ideally for it to show up in the customers subscription, etc.
I manage 1 server with 5 domains. I use the panel as power user (unique user)
I want to assign a new IP to a domain. In the hosting setting there is no IP to choose and in the IP tab if I click on the IP there is no domains to choose becouse all the domains are assigned to the primary IP...
I'd like to set IP in the hosting setting of the domain...
I restored some some databases outside of Plesk in a MSSQL 2008 instance. Plesk knows about the MSSQL intance but is not aware of the databases. I want to add them to Plesk so they will be backed up.

I've been created a subscription with no web hosting, but now I need to activate web hosting on that subscription.
Since about a week, we've been having trouble creating new domains in an existing subscription, we always get this error message:
Error: mailmng-outgoing failed: ERRORutgoing:domains.subscription_id may not be NULL
We tried the suggested fix in the KB [URL] .... but we get this output:

I have a problem in PLESK.I want to create in an existing subscription a second domain to host another site (this subscription already contains a domain).Clicking CREATE DOMAIN (in the subscription), here's the error message I get: IP addresses of domain for email services are not set (thus the domain can not be created).

I added users directly to mailenable (using their migration utility to import from an old mail server which plesk does not support). The domains exist in plesk but not the individual email users/mailboxes.
Now I want to add those email users to plesk but it doesn't let (not surprisingly), when I try to add a user it returns an error: "Unable to update the mail account properties:mailmng failed: MEAOPO.Mailbox.AddMailbox failed"
My question is: How can I add the users that already exist in MailEnable to the plesk configuration? (i.e. ignore the error and add the user to the plesk database, or even better yet if plesk can read the configuration and add all users)
Tthe plesk kb articles suggest running mchk.exe but that is designed to take users from plesk and add them to mailenable, I need the reverse).
I added a new SSL certificate in `Plesk -> Tools & Settings -> SSL Certificates` and now want to link an existing domain to it.
However, on domain SSL Certificates page, the only option displayed is to create a new certificate. I can't select one of the existing ones.
Am I missing something? How can I link already added SSL to a domain?
I noticed that IETF had not been enabled initially in the DNS template. This has been corrected but we now have numerous domains without that enabled. I would like to enable this on all those domains. Doing so from the GUI would be too time consuming for that number of domains.
So is there a cli switch that will turn this on for all domains or that I can run against all the domains?

We also queried the related tables in Plesk db, but there is no entry of the domain or the user. But the domain is present in IIS. So is the user and the directories along with the correct permissions. How can we resolve the issue and get the domain added in Plesk so that the customer can manage it from Plesk panel?

This is a Dedicated machine with no other users on it. I presume installation of Panels was successful because I can log in and see the admin control panel. I created a customer with success. I am now trying to create a subscription using the default service plan. After entering all the appropriate info on the new subscription page and submitting it, a few moments later I receive the following error:

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: I have an application that uses customer prefixes ex. user1.domain.com, user2.domain.com. The application exists in one plesk subscription (with exclusive IP), the sales site (www) exists on another subscription on the same server (different IP - shared). On a previous version of plesk (9.5 I believe) I was able to easily point the www prefix to another subscription/domain on the same server. In Plesk 11 it won't let me do that ... when I try to create a "www" alias for the intended subscription I get the error message "Error: Wrong prefix for domain alias".
EXPECTED RESULT: Some option to allow me to point the www prefix to another subscription on same server.
For the application's subscription, the DNS is hosted within plesk, for the intended www subscription the DNS is hosted at godaddy. I don't think any of that makes a difference but mentioned anyways.
I get a mail that my subscription term is about to expire. In Plesk panel I can see this is for 27.02, but I don't see how to extend/renew it.

After the creation of a subscription, DNS does not work properly.
The last successful subcription was created Sept 26, 2014.
I thought something ontoward had happened at first so attempted to delete the subscription and re-create.
On attempting to delete the subscription the following error is given

I have parallel plesk 11.5 on my VPS hosting. Recently I upgraded the PHP version to 5.4 via Updates and Upgrades feature. Now, I am not able to change anything for any domain/website, it always shows me following error:
"Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5.4" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again."
I tried creating a handler with same name in IIS but it didn't work. When I checked in "Server Components" the max PHP version is "PHP 5.3.28" but I see PHP 5.4 installed in C:ParallelsPleskAdditionalPleskPHP54 folder on the server.
When logged into the admin panel, I can manage all other domain except for one. When I try to manage this particular domain (which is our own domain rather than a client domain), it takes a while before returning page not found. In the logs, it's getting a high volume of the following error message:

I've tried attacking the issue through IIS. PHP appears to be configured correctly in IIS. I've looked at permissions. The website itself runs fine, I just can't manage the domain.
Another issue, which may be related, is when trying to access the PHP Manager in IIS for the PleskControlManager site, it gets an error stating that it can't find the php.ini file. I don't know if this is normal, or related.
I have a site but it was corrupted due to server problem with host. I have a back-up of DB in phpMySQL.
I am now installing the same script in new server and the site is now running.
The problem is, I want to use my back-up database and replace the existing one. How to do this?
I have a manual instalaltion of wordpress, how I can associate it to a webspace and manage like an webapp installed from plesk?

Trying to restore a database in plesk 11 I got the following error.

There is no wrong with the db, when I restore from it on local machine everything works.
