When i try to go to horde after my upgrade from plesk 11.5.30 to plesk 12.0.18, my horde is loading as minimal cause this:
JavaScript is either disabled or not available on your browser. You are restricted to the minimal view.
But my javascript is enabled for this site.
I want to know what settings to make in the Dns of my Server so always to show the www. in the browser, before the domain name.
For example, in the url to be www.mydomain.com and not mydomain.com
Apply an IP fix to a specific domain but this domain dont resolve on browser [URL] .....
On chrome i got this : ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
I already disable iptabes and denyhosts
I check on dnsstuff and everything seems good.
I check ifcfg-eth0 file - ok
IP its add into Plesk panel by ToolSetings -ok
Its set on domain by Hosting parameters -ok
Reverse on IP is ok ....
If you would disable a subscription and reloaded that domain name. You would be redirected to a default subscription. How can i change this default landing page?

Today I encountered a estrange thing, a disabled mailbox was accepting mail but not bouncing it.
In the panel the "user@tld.com" mailbox is disabled, if a email is sent to that address Qmail accepts it:

but i want to know how can i do to obtain a complete list with all domains on servers wich indicate me which domains are disabled or not ?
I've just upgraded from Plesk 11.something to 12.0.18 on Centos 6. And I've seen that Horde has stopped displaying HTML email again. editing psa-horde/imp/config/mime_drivers.php. I've made that same fix on my new Horde installation, but it doesn't seem to have worked this time. Is there anything different that I need to do on this version of Horde?

One subscription can't switch between horde and round-cube. When they change to round-cube, it's still running Horde. To solve this problems, I tried remove Horde (everything's fine, successful) and install it again (error).
When I try to login via webmail horde I get always:
Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly.

just a quick question for those already tried it. I have Horde installed as the webmailer for my Plesk installation. After login in to Horde with an admin account I get update notifications for several of Hordes apps. Is it safe to update them or will it lead to problems with Pleskl?

I am setting up a new server and started to migrate domains from an 11.x plesk server to this new server with plesk 12.x on it. Everything works fine, domains, users, mailboxes, everything is migrated - except the horde settings inside the webmail. I recognized this after my first login into webmail, normally the inbox is shown (I configured my webmaoil this way) but after the migration this setting is lost - including all other settings. How to migrate this settings?

Is there a way to modify / create Sieve filters without Horde?

Description: On prior versions of Plesk, users could attach Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc) files to messages they are composing in Horde, and then, before sending, click on those attachments to view them to make sure they are correct. After upgrading to 11.5, the following error is shown in Horde instead:
"Fatal error has occured could not display attachment. In the list of available webmail clients there's only Horde. Why don't I have Roundcube? I thought it's preinstalled with Plesk 11.5 and higher.
When accessing Horde webmail, the page never loads till the end and all I get is the top menu, no e-mails.
Since the update from 11.5 to 12 working Horde login no longer, IMAP works otherwise perfect.

We've migrated a web hosting account from a Plesk 10 server to a Plesk 12 one but the customers Horde calendar and events settings haven't transferred over.I've tried exporting and importing the data manually and that seems to work, but why doesn't the migration manager bring this information across?

in order to have a Horde admin email we open
/etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/conf.php
and change
$conf['auth']['admins'] = array();
into
$conf['auth']['admins'] = array('emailaddress@xyz.com');
Works fine. This change than reverses itself after every Plesk update incl micro updates. Are we editing the right file / is there an underlying one we should edit instead? Cannot find a setting in Plesk itself to configure a Horde admin email.

View 11 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with webmail (horde). Horde Webmail show the wrong time, 2 hours to late. It look like that horde show the UTC time, but not the CEST "Europe/Berlin" of my server. I can change that over "preferences" -> "global preferences" -> "locale and time" and change "Your current time zone" from "Default" to "Europe/Berlin". This will now show the correct time (timezone), but this is not the solution because this will do all webmail users.
How can i change the default timezone in Horde?

There's an article in your KB, but `/var/lib/php/session` does not exist and `/var/lib/php5/sessions` has the required perms.
I've also tried to set session.save_path to `/var/lib/php5/sessions` in `/etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/php.ini` and after a restart, sessions are written into that directory. But the problem still exists.

I have a plesk12 webhost linux. We are having an issue about horde webmail. Weird because one of the email user cannot open email coming from specific email address and this is the message:
Error Message: Error when communicating with the server and There has been no contact with the server for several minutes. The server may be temporarily unavailabe or network problems may be interrupting your session. You will not see any updates until the connection is restored.
Now upon checking to the error logs of httpd, I found the ff:

So I was trying to look up something from the horde Databases just to find that the full server backup that can be triggered in "tools & settings" -> "backup manager" does NOT include the horde and roundcube databases, even with "configuration and content" selected.
Sure, there are 7 days worth of daily backups in /var/lib/dumps but it would be nice to have those files included in the "full backup" Or am I missing something here?

Using Plesk 11.5.30 with Horde 5.1.5 or roundcube 0.9.5 on CentOS Linux release 6.5 (Final).
We have seen this behavior occur on multiple servers.
Clients experienced slow to no response after executing a search, which eventually results in a failed to communicate with the server-error in the webmail client.
The Apache server log shows script time-out errors when searching larger mailboxes (i.e. larger than 950 MB), this does not happen on smaller mailboxes.
We have seen errors like the following in the Apache server error log with Horde (personal data like IP-address and domain name are x'ed out):

Steps to reproduce:
- use a large mailbox (950 MB or higher)
- login to the webmail (Horde or roundcube)
- do a search in the search field on the top right
- the time-out error should appear in the server Apache error log (after at least 45 seconds)
This seems like an inefficiency or bug in the search query that searches the user's mailbox. Is there any other way we can prevent this issue and the error messages?
I'm trying to download this 1 GB file on my Linux server CentOS. But its requiring me to enter a Captcha image which doesn't show up using Elinks or Lynx the two browser I tried.
Wget was my first thing that I tried but that wouldnt work since its impossible to enter the captcha using wget command.
So I need some help how should I download this to my server I'm on Slow DSL connection and it would take weeks to download 1 GB using my desktop and then reuploading it again to server using FTP.
We are having an issue with websites randomly getting disabled within our PPA system. There doesn't seem to be any reason why they are getting disabled. Our PPA is not tied to a billing system that would make them shut off. Turning them back on works fine but it shouldn't be just shutting them off.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWe have migrated from an old Expand/Plesk with SmarterMail setup to PPA with SmarterMail. One issue we've noticed is that with Expand, if we disabled the mail on a domain, in SmarterMail it would rename the domain with a .disabled on the end which prevented issues from other users trying to send to that domain on the same SmarterMail server. In PPA when disabling a domain, it disables the mail on SmarterMail but does not rename the domain.
To try illustrate the issue:
If say outsidemail.com is in PPA for hosting but has email elsewhere and mail is disabled for them in PPA, because it does not rename the domain to outsidemail.com.disabled, anyone on outsidemail.com cannot send to anyone on that SmarterMail server as it wants them to authenticate. Also if someone else on that SmarterMail server tries to send to outsidemail.com it will try and send locally.
There is a work around for the second problem by going into the the outsidemail.com domain on the SmarterMail service and setting it to use MX instead of local, but this still does not allow them to send to anyone else on that server.
We can go in and manually rename the domains in SmarterMail but this is difficult to do for everyone not using the SmarterMail. Is there a way to have PPA rename the domain in SmarterMail like the old Expand/Plesk environment did?
