Feb 20, 2015I just changed some PHP Settings for one of my Subscriptions and saved it to sync it with all my customers.
But the sync process doesn't stop?? What should I do? Sync runs for alsmost 2 hours. I even tried to reboot the server and no change...

Aug 5, 2014I have setup my dedi server with Plesk, and I have added my own domain to the plesk system, now when I try to suspend the account, it still displays the uploaded html documents in the browser, everything else like the FTP and panel logins get suspended, but plesk doesn't display the default page, it just continues to serve the pages?

Aug 31, 2014I have a fully working clean installation of Plesk 12 + updates (CentOS 6.5 x64). Previous installation was a test and was working just fine with the license file.Today I did a clean install. When I tried to restore my original key file (Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x/11.x and Later 100 Domains w/1 yr SUS) I get the following error:

Jun 16, 2015For the first Time now i was trying to grant a User SSH Access via Plesk Panel (chrooted/non chrooted), but it doesnt work out really .. Abonnement > Edit Permissions > Allow Access chrooted (or non chrooted doesnt matter) doesnt change anything when im trying to Login with the created System User by Plesk. Login doesnt work!
Regular SSH Login as root works as always without any problems, but even via "su user" it doesnt works.
Till now I didn't had any Problems with my VPS Setup based on Centos 6.6 and Plesk 12.0.18 #50.

Apr 11, 2015I updated two days ago the Plesk panel from the Panel itself and it was succesfully but at webmail URL which it appeared one error about default.inc something but after I did refresh some times it disappeared now it doesn't show anything. I tried removing and reinstalling roundcube but still doesn't work..

Plesk 11.x / Linux :: IMAP Connection - Account Doesn't Work
May 2, 2012One of my customer has a imap account installed on a Ipad, Iphone, Mac... Server : Plesk 10.4.4 (Centos).
Alternately, the account connection doesn't work ("impossible to connect to imap.xxx.com...").
I've modify imap file with this :
MAXDAEMONS=80
MAXPERIP=40
And after "service courier-imap restart".
But there is always the problem...

Mar 20, 2015I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS and Plesk 12.0.18 - update 38. Since i have reinstalled 3 servers, i don't have imap connection possible in some case.
- When i connect from a Thunderbird, it works only if it's not secure : any attempt with ssl is refused.
- When i try to use a smartphone with the same working config done in Thunderbird, i canno't log whatever i do to find something working on the smartphone (note : it's works with pop)
- Horde refuse all users. If i switch to Roundcube, all works...
There is something wrong : i search the web, the forum, for 14 days now, without success. I tried many thing from the KB...no success either.
Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Default Page After Migrate - Web Service Doesn't Work Well?
Jan 13, 2015i've migrate from plesk 11.5 (centos server) to plesk 12 (ubuntu 14). The migrate process doesn't give problems but now (and for all domains), web service doesn't work well in fact works but all domains resolve /var/www/vhosts/default/htpdocs/index.html and not /var/www/vhosts/domain/httpdocs/
The rest of services (mail, ftp...) seems to work ok. I don't know if it's important but as before migrate, we use and external DNS server so in plesk i have DNS server down.

I have removed all entries from the server wide white list.This setting - Allow scripts and users to use Sendmail is unchecked.However I can send any number of messages using PHP's mail() command from a PHP script on the domain.I see this in the maillog:Error during 'limit-out' handler...But the email is sent and no limit is applied.

Jun 27, 2014I have upgrade from 11.0 to 11.5 three days ago and yesterday then from 11.5 to 12 due to the need of the outgoing mail control limit feature... but that ist not working.
I have enabled the feature and set a limit for one emailadress to two mails per hour. i have sent definitely more then 3 test mails via this email address but nothing happens.. and when i look into the statistics screen - this email address has sent 0 mails in the last 12 hours - which is definitely wrong. Seems the piece in the middle which counts mails etc is not working... how does the outgoing control limit works? is there some special configuration needed after an upgrade etc?

Aug 19, 2014I have a Cloud VPS with 1and1 and Plesk is installed on it. I happen to have a VPS view that doesn't include DNS functionality for the domains.
So, i have added domain to the system, create an email address... because i dont see on how i can manage DNS settings I have set up cloudflare and pointed domain to the cloudflare and cloudflare is pointing to server.
so I have email: me@domain.com
on cloudflare i have:
A domain @ IP
A www @ IP
CNAME mail @ domain
MX 10 mail.domain
In plesk i have set up an alias, mail.domain for domain, that has access to email.
I go to the network-tools.com to look up me@domain.com:
[Resolving mail.domain...]
[Contacting mail.domain [IP]...]
[Timed out]

Www. Doesn't Work
Aug 2, 2007today I noticed that whenever I type any of the domain names on my server with a "www." in the address bar, it simply says "server not found". When I remove the "www.", it loads the site?
This is a major issue. It never used to be this way, but I noticed it today. Where should I edit? Could it be "named.conf"? Or maybe just DNS cname settings in plesk?

PHP, installed with yum (before upgrading) had 5.1.6 version. When I ran phpinfo(), browser displayed this version. But when I ran "php -v" in command line, it displayed 5.2.5 version.

After that PHP doesn't work with Apache2. Whe I try to load any .php page, I get PHP source code as simple text instead of result of executed PHP code.
When I install PHP with yum again, it works.
I wonder how can I install latest PHP from source? How to fix the problem with Apache2?
SSL Cert Doesn't Work On IE
Apr 20, 2007I ordered a RapidSSL (also called QuickSSL) cert from RapdiSSL.com (GeoTrust) to test out an email service. It works on firefox, but not in any version of IE I have on my two computers at home, a PC and a laptop running 6.0sp2 and 7.0 respectively.
When I raised a trouble ticket, Geotrust responded with a ppt attachment that clearly shows the cert working for the domain in IE. I have no reason to doubt them, but I replied with a ppt of my own showing the cert not working and am waiting for their reply.
Is it possible for a cert not to work on a specific browser like this? When I asked my email service provider, they said the following:

The domain is CNAMED to their server so that the app looks as if it is being run off my domain. I don't think there is anything non-standard about this because LuxSci is a topnotch provider and this is how they enable their clients to run private label services.
Apachetop Doesn't Work
Apr 24, 2007I installed Apachetop on one of servers. Installation went fine, but when I run it, nothing is displayed. No data, no stats. I see only blank screen with these details:
last hit: 00:00:00 atop runtime: 0 days, 00:00:00
I left it running for about 10 minutes, and still no output is displayed. There is CentOS 4.4 installed on server.
