I like to use an other virus software for scanning mails. e.g. clamav I found an old HowTo on [URL] .... but this not work with panel 11.
Is it possible to use an other antivirus software like clamav, sophos, eset, or ... ?
It is possible to have anti-virus and anti-spam enabled by default when we go to "CREATE E-MAIL ADRESS" -> "SPAM FILTER" / "ANTI-VIRUS" is always disabled.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWe have 2 servers, one running Windows 2003 Enterprise that hosts a ColdFusion app, and one running Windows 2003 Standard that hosts our SQL database that is used by the CF app. Nothing else runs on them.
Does anyone have any suggestions for anti-virus products that we could use on these? I don't want one of those elaborate and expensive "suite" programs. I just need to protect the boxes.
I use Kaspersky on our individual machines, and I really don't care much for Norton anymore.
I can't install or remove anything. when i click on continue it's just refreshes the page and come backs to the list.
I have checked error log and the latest error log is ERR [panel] Specified column "isAllowed1 is not in the row.
And i don't think this error related to the problem. When I click on continue it does not create any line in the error log.
Is this just for mail antivirus? where do I see the report of the anti virus?

Previous installation was a test and was working just fine with the license file.Today I did a clean install. When I tried to restore my original key file (Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x/11.x and Later 100 Domains w/1 yr SUS) I get the following error:

View 7 Replies View RelatedI set a new Plesk 12 server (Debian 7.8) and migrate some domains from a plesk 11.0.9 server.After this, FTP does not work. I can connect but I receive this error:
Error:The data connection could not be established: ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out..And no list of folder or files found. Not one domain, any domain.I restart xinetd and fil2ban but still same problem. Via control panel I can see the files but not via FTP.
I have 2 IPs for my vServer. Plesk automatically add both addresses to the Plesk Panel. One of the ip address I want to use for another service (openvpn). The Problem is, that i can't delete the IP from the Plesk panel.
I got the message: Fehler: String was provided for unescaped parameter host.
There are no reseller or customers who use this IP. So how can i solve this problem and delete the IP from the Panel?

Does Plesk's own server, "sw-cp-server" use a different PHP binary than is used for hosted sites?I've found the .ini, /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/, but I can't figure out where the binary would be? View 18 Replies View RelatedAfter having some issues with my server mail program i read an article online where i though removing psa-courier-imap will resolve my mail problems.
Now nor my email is working but also i lost my plesk panel. Going to plesk ip address there's nothing anymore.Checked my server and is printing i have plesk 11.0.9 installed but is nowhere to find. I try to install psa-courier-imap again but yum cant find it.
Everything working on the server including all sites are available on the web.The only think i'm missing is the Plesk login page.

After upgrading to v12 i have no access to the plesk panel. The message above is shown.
For a Magento shop I want assign a dedicated IP to a domain. When I choose this second IP in “Subscriptions” --> Change Hosting Settings” and then select this IP under “Tools and Settings --> IP Addresses” as dedicated (or shared too) for this domain, calling the domain results in the Webserver´s default Plesk Page.
The Shopsite is not shown, but was working well with the shared standard IP.
Calling the IP directly with the browser shows the start page of the shop in raw HTML ( no CSS ).
Choosing a link results in a “Not found” page.
I'm running Ubuntu LTS 14 with Plesk 12 installed and I registered an domain name under subcriber/customer on my Plesk panel and I created a mail which was already registered under that name in the old server from which I removed the domain completely. I have installed Roundcube and Horde from Plesk installer, and at the avalaible webmail services are shown: Atmail,Roundcube and Horde all activated and avalaible. I try to choose one of them for the email but none of them works. When I try to access the webmail from the address: URL....it shows me default Plesk page. From the address: URL.... it says not found. The same for Horde and Atmail.
Its very weird because the same webmails services are working correctly under my main webspace with other domain: URL....I've tried changing something to the default plesk page from the file manager and it works so the domains seems to be connected with the server properly.
I have multiple domains on a single IP address and many require SSL Certificates.
I have enabled SNI in /etc/psa/psa.conf so it now says "SNI_SUPPORT true" as it was originally set to False. Setting this to TRUE then enabled the SSL option in 'Websites & Domains'.
I then purchased and installed the SSL Cert and activated it in the domain settings. On a dedicated IP address, this would work.
When I checked the certificate. it was not using the assigned SSL cert, instead it was using the Servers default certificate (plesk) that is assigned to the shared IP address.
When I check, I get the error message: "[warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `plesk' does NOT match server name"
I then rebooted the server and it made no difference. I changed the domain to a spare dedicated IP address, and the SSL Cert was certified correctly (it used the correct SSL Cert). When I changed it back to the shared IP address, it reverted back to the shared IP address' SSL cert. So the new SSL Cert was being ignored.
For info: currently running 11.0.9 on Centos 5 and I'm testing this with latest IE, FF, Chrome so it accepts TLS Server Name Indication.
I installed Roundcube in Plesk 12 through the link: URL....But it doesn't work. I adjusted the mailsettings for a domain to use Roundcube. With the fresh created emailaccount and you click on the webmailicon, it loads the following url but the page does not exists: URL....Aren't there any instructions for using RoundCube with Plesk? After adding Roundcube as an component are there more steps involved to get Roundcube up and running with plesk?

I just created a new Domain "bernhardlinz.de" at the
Plesk Panel -> Websites & Domains -> Add new Domain
After the Creation the new Domain does not appear under "Websites & Domains".
I check the domain with

I try a add another fantasy domain - also works but alos not displaying in Panel "Websites & Domains"
I take a look at the Plesk-Database "psa" with the Build-In "phpMyAdmin"
I take a look at the table "domains" and it looks like the other entries.
The Server was restored a few days before from a Backup. After the restore i had have the problem the "mysql" service did not start. I fixed the problem with the description from [URL] ... (Start mysql in recoverymode, export all data, delete the content of the whole mysql folder /var/lib/mysql folder, init new database and import the exported data). After that all looks fine.
Following the update from 11 to Plesk 12 (and installing latest Ubuntu fixes), the Plesk panel access is broken. Welcome page says:Can not load key: key is empty.And of course, no way to login the mgt interface. All services appear up, so this is only affecting the panel web service.
Fishing out the panel.log, it appears to be at a lower level than I initially thought (see below): experiencing issues after updating from 11 to 12 on Ubuntu (12)?

On one CentOS 6.5 Plesk 12.0.18 install (with all MUs applied) each time an admin logs in a notification is displayed ("Plesk was successfully updated. View detailed information on the updates.") and once a week the panel generates an email notification (Plesk panel updated successfully).
Other Plesk 12.0.18 servers that are set to automatically update aren't generating this email notification or displaying the "green" notification upon login to the Plesk Panel. Is there a flag, tmp file, or a DB trigger that isn't being set properly to cause this?

I check in /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/vhosts/<domain>.conf and the changes are shown correctly there but browsers and online tools such as [URL] .... still say that the sites are using 128 bit encryption and TLS 1.0.
The Plesk admin panel itself displays 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2.
I had forwaded a domain
say mydomain.com
to yourdomain.com
Which works fine and no issues
Now I wish to remove the forwarders and make the website active and visible
