LeaseWeb: Prepaid For 1 Year; Waited 1 Month; Still No Working Server


Prepaid for 1 year: EUR 19xx.

HP server provisioned on Apr 18, but with wrong hardware: KVM not working, and RAID controller can't do JBOD.

After slow and lengthy email exchange, they agreed to swap it with a Dell that's supposed to fix these hardware problems. Price would remain the same.

Dell server provisioned on May 18, but again RAID controller can't do JBOD. And access to KVM is not provided.

And they want to charge me another EUR 19xx for this replacement server!

Immediately emailed them about these 3 problems, but it's been 4 days and haven't heard a word from them.

Originally the intention was to forget as soon as possible about what happened in the past three months and to move on with our new isp. To our regret, Leaseweb has besides the overall lack of service in the past months found it neccessary to kill our network connection without notice a day prior to the ending of our contract. Eventhough the impact is minimal, this gesture speaks for itself.
*Ordering a Server*

Having been a leaseweb customer directly and indirectly for several years in theyre budget segment we to be fairly honnest have rarely had any trouble ordering, nor have we had any trouble with the delivery of the purchased servers.

We experienced differently when ordering the following :

Leaseweb 2 Year Review
I've been with LW for about 2 years now, and have had 3 servers with them.

I recently ordered a big storage server, 2tb space and 4tb bandwidth, and canceled my 2 other servers.

The switch went like a dream.

My first server I had for over a year and a half, and what I noticed after awhile was that my server never went down, never a problem or network glitch.

There were a couple incidents in 2006, but one lasted around 5 minutes, and the other less.

After that, through the rest of 2007 and 2008, there have literally been no slowdowns, no network hiccups, and I am usually logged into SSH 24/7 so I notice.

All my users keep giving me a 10/10 score for the hosting uptime, and they are all very happy with how stable it really is.

As for support, I have used support maybe 5 times, two times to order more ip's, and the other times some random stuff about my server.

Usually I would expect an answer within 10 minutes, and that's usually the case, sometimes 30 minutes though.

But really I don't use support much to say how consistent it is.

But either way, I swear by LW. As long as I have a server or more, they will always be at LW, because all my stuff is never down, and I trust them now.

Here's my long overdue review for Tailor Made Servers [url]
and I'd like to urge everyone looking for a high quality unmanaged provider to take a few minutes to read this. I'm terrible at writing long posts, so I apologize if this review is a bit all over the place - it's just so hard to contain my excitement!

Technical Support [10/10]:
First things first, TMS are an unmanaged provider so don't expect any hand holding if you run into some obscure software or operating system problems. That's not to say TMS wouldn't help you, I'm sure they would to some extent, but it should never be expected from an unmanaged provider.

We have a total of 57 tickets recorded with TMS since April of 2007. Ten of those tickets were high priority requests to either manually reboot a server or check the console. Three of those high priority tickets were false alarms, but the other seven tickets were all answered within a few minutes at the very most.

When I say the tickets were answered, I don't mean a canned reply of "We're looking into it!" then an hour later someone decides to start working on it and then another hour later it's finally resolved. If you submit a high priority ticket, it's given immediate attention and resolved as fast as humanly possible.

Manual reboots take on average 10 minutes, some have been performed in a couple of minutes while the longest we ever had to wait was about 15 minutes which is what they advertise. There have only been a couple of hardware issues, a failing NIC was recently replaced in under 15 minutes, a server died last month and a chassis swap was done in under 3 hours. Hard to find any faults here - the technical support

Servage.net Site Not Working 1 Month
I am posting this thread as a warning about servage.net!

My web site has been unavailable for > 1 month now, yes for more than a month.

When you go to our site www.oznotes.net you get a message

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or
capacity problems. Please try again later.

With servage.net Temporarily = > than 1 month.

I have been trying to get the support people to respond to me about this issue now for
weeks & there only response is that I need to be P A T I E N T.

Obviously I am being unreasonable when I complain about no web site for > than a month.

GeekStorage Problem, Wont Refund Prepaid Service
We know the problem with geekstorage that their vps nodes are oversold.

i asked for a refund for the months i havent use yet, and they wont refund me, they just say that i will get credit, but i think it is not fair he can not hold my money for a service that has not been provided yet, im not asking for a full refund, just for the months i prepaid

Leaseweb: 43 Hours Server Down! What Can I Do
I'm not a direct client of Leaseweb, but it's not a secret that my domain is pointing at their servers.

I purchased a shared hosting plan from a reseller and since more than 43 hours my domain is down! My provider (the reseller) said he's waiting for Leaseweb support... according to my informations, in more than 24 hours they just made a reboot of the server!

I'm really bored of waiting with no chance of intervention! My provider says he can't do anything from his side, i can't contact Leaseweb cause i'm not a client... please, help, what can i do?

Leaseweb Server Reboot
I ordered a leaseweb express server 4 box with windows server 2003 and have been running it, installed some software etc which worked out fine.

Anyways, I wanted to disable tcp/ip filtering which I did and afterwards it prompted me that I would have to reboot the server for the changes to take place, I clicked ok and it rebooted. Now I just can't connect with remote desktop, I tried everything.

I'm guessing it either shut down or didn't reboot properly? I tried sending an email to leaseweb support 2 days ago but still no shadow of any reply..

It says that I can reboot the server using the SSC but when I log in there, I can't really find any reboot option.

I'm moving on to new pastures and I'm looking to cancel my leaseweb server. I've been through their main site, self service centre and can't seem to locate anything. Does anyone know how to cancel a server with them? I'd ask in sales chat, but each time I try they're offline. I just ordered an Express Server 6 with Windows server 2008 from leaseweb a 3-4 days ago and they have provided me with login information for the server

I can't really connect to it.. I'm using windows XP pro SP3, would this cause any problems? I also have a static ip and all.

It doesn't work from anywhere, not my house nor other places.

I'm guessing leaseweb screwed up on this one right? I have contacted their support but have had no reply in over 2 days.

I used to use leaseweb but I cancelled my subcribtion so I'm guessing the problem is elsewhere.

LeaseWeb - Wait Two Weeks For Server Setup
I've ordered server from LeaseWeb two weeks ago and still wait for the server setup. Its looks to slow for me - we are used to wait only a few hours for servers setup in datacanters in the US.

I'm afraid that such slow response will be also in response and level of the support. Do you think I should cancel this service and look for other provider in Europe? If yes please suggest such provider.

I've paid in advance by paypal for 3 month(~ 500 EURO). Do you think I will be able to cancel that payment?

Singlehop - 1 Year Review Of Dedicated Server And Customer Service
just want to say this forum kicks some serious arse. It helped me out tremendously with a potential scam that I almost got myself caught in this morning. Secondly, since I am on here posting this morning I might as well post up a one year review of Singlehop.com and the dedicated server I am using.

My websites hosted on rig: www.svtsnake.com, www.nsgcenter.com, www.nextlevelhardware.com
My host: SingleHop
My sales rep: Miguel Villegas
My hosting package: Dedicated Server E8400, 2GB ram, 250GB HDD (non raid), Plesk CP with 5 domain license.
My monthly pricing: 189.00 even per month

At the beginning of my term about a year ago I was achieving 2.1 to 3.0 MB/s throughput down and close to 500 KB/s up which is excellent and really incredible for working on SSH Secure Shell for me with uploading and downloading DB files, etc. At this current point in time I have noticed a minor decrease in speed to around 1.5 MB/s download speeds and at nighttime hours around 700K, which is more than ample and still excellent IMO as you will see in this picture: http://nsgcenter.com/dlspeed.jpg

I am very happy with overall throughput of the server at almost all hours. You can check out overall network response time and server DB response by playing around with the vbulletin database I run at svtsnake.com. There is always a huge amount of concurrent users and never any slowdown.

Something else incredible for me with Singlehop so far is network downtime. I can honestly say, since my latest term with them. I was also a customer a few years ago and had a few issues with server downtime that I ceased being a customer with them because of it. However, I was refunded an compensated in a timely matter and everything was taken care of immediately.

However, it seems that as of recently they have improved there infrastructure tremendously because I have NOT been down for 1 second in over 7 months. Even when they schedule downtine, my server has never noticed it. My uptime has been 100% for every single day that I have owned this server on Singlehop.com.

There is one issue that I can say I am very unhappy with, and it is an issue where all partys can be blamed even including myself. I am well aware that there policy states after 3 days of non payment they can shut down server connection. So, I was a customer for seven months when a new single hop account executive named Miguel Villegas joined the team and was my representative. I had changed my cell phone and never updated the file, and at the same time I own multiple businesses and frequently close and open different credit/debit/rewards cards to be used for processing payment. Note that I have never missed a payment with them up until this point. The payment was do on like the 18th of the month or something, and I received the invoice thinking that my credit card on file was automatically going to pay my bill like it always does. But it just so happens that the credit card I had on file with singlehop was stolen at a nightclub in NYC called MansionNYC, and I was pick pocketed. I lost all of my credit cards that night and called up to report all of them stolen. So, obviously I was issued new credit card and I was waiting for them to issue me new cards in the mail and new numbers, which took about 3 to 5 days with most companys. So, here I am 3 days late for payment and I wake up one morning and ALL of my websites are completely shut down. No notification, no warning, just closed and I got an email from Miguel Villegas my account representative explaing that my server was turned off until I remit payment.

I called up Singlehop and I was furiated, yelled almost at the top of my lungs that they simply just shut off a server, after 3 days of payment. Especially in a situation like this and they never even called me up to let me know they were doing this because my cell phone was different on file - which was mis-communication on my part. At this point in time I called up my bank HSBC and got an emergency debit card number to make the payment to Miguel through email and my server was re-activated.

But, 3 days after invoice is due to just cancel someones server or suspend it is definitely not good business policy. I have been a customers for almost a year and the whole incident was a fluke, they didnt have to suspend the server. In my business, we give a customer at least 30 days to pay a bill. But thats not the point, I know there policy states you have 3 days to remit payment or policy account suspension. But I think that is a horrendous policy, especially for emergency situations like I was in. What happens if the owner of a business is dying of an anyeurism in the hospital and is 3 days late with his web payment for his website, does singlehop simply suspend his 16 million hit per month vbulletin forum just because of lack of communication and payment?

I am still a longstanding customer with Singlehop but felt I needed to share that story with everyone. So, yes I am very happy with quality of service, speed of service, tech support, packages offered. But, I am very upset about there payment policy regarding 3 days of lack of payment that just aint right. I really like the attitude and business practices of the execs at the company and they are going to hate me for the negative feedback of my one bad incident with them, but overall Singlehop has my business and will have my business UNTIL either the server is offline every other week, or my DB crashes due to SInglehop issues. LOL Neither I think will be happening anytime soon.

Thanks for reading everyone. If anything, I hope Singlehop reads this and considers modifying there policy regarding server suspension and lack of payment maybe to something more like 10 to 15 days. Not 3 days.

Send Email To 282 Users (1-2 Times A Month & Not Every Month) Spamming
My website suspended by a hosting service provider they told me that I try to send some spamming emails, the details about my website it's very small with 282 users (before suspended) I used phpBB version 2 and send news to users with phpBB send mail function. Frequency of sending is not more than 2 times a month and not every month.

I've already contacted the hosting provider they didn't help anything just say "Hold on" for 1 day a ago.

Www. Not Working For All Domains On Server
I'm currently experiencing a problem where all domains on a server are not resolving with www. --- the domains themselves resolve fine, but the www. cnames are not resolving to the domains. This has caused quite a frustration and I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this and if there is a quick fix to resolve it.

The domains appear to have the correct structure for the www. cname pointed to the domains so I'm guessing it must be something else.

Email Stopped Working On Server
Recently I noticed that I was not getting any email on my server.
Server is running CentOS

When I send email to myself I am not getting anything and then it bounces back several days later saying the server is not responding.

When I check on Dnsstuff.com I get the following:
Trying to connect to all mailservers:

mail.webzila.com. - 216.32.77.68 [Could not connect: Could not receive data: Operation timed out.]

[Note that if your mailserver takes over 30 seconds to respond, our test will timeout, even though real mailservers will wait longer]

I tried turning mail services OFF and then ON again in Plesk but that didnt help.

Installing A Control Panel On Already Working Server
We have a dedicated server with domains already setup and everything.

The guy who used to run it for us has left and it appears it was all done via SSH and command line - we don't have that level of skills.

Is there a way which we can:

A) install a Control Panel and administer ourselves

B) Migrate all the domains to a new dedicated server with an existing control panel.

CPanel/WHM Server - Email Not Working
Just got a new server online this week from VolumeDrive, and everything has been going just fine with my initial setup. I transferred over 7 domains from another cPanel/WHM machine and the transfer feature worked flawlessly.

Since I use Gmail for most of my communication, I haven't even had any email accounts setup on any of my domains in quite sometime. So knowing that I need a few setup for various correspondence, I went ahead and set one up tonight. I've setup and used mailboxes on cPanel machines before, and it's not exactly rocket science... pretty easy stuff.

But what's weird here is that when I attempt to click on the "Webmail" icon from directly within cPanel, the Horde login fails over and over again. Then, if I setup the account in Thunderbird or Outlook using the CORRECT account information (username@domain.com as the login -- and the appropriate password/server settings), the client login fails also.

To add to this weird behavior, I sent myself an email at the newly setup address with a 2mb attachment. Obviously I can't login to the account to see if the mail arrived, but at least it didn't bounce.

However, when I'm in cPanel under this domain and go to "Email Accounts", I'm showing "0 Bytes" for usage under the account where i know there should be at least 2mb worth of usage.

Email Function Not Working (MS Window Server 2003)
We have a MS Window server 2003 with SP2, currently there is a website running, the webiste is desgined by using asp.net 2.0 c#.

We reinstalled the window server 2003 last week, and we found the email functions not working any more(users in the website can't receive email each other).

Home Web Server Set Up, Relative Paths Not Working
I've had a web server set up for a while at home to do some testing. I can view the site locally using my IP but all relative paths of CSS or images on the html page (eg /something/title.gif) don't show up. Bizarrely, if I go to[url], they appear!

Anyone know what the issue may be? The "DocumentRoot" value in Apache conf is pointing to the correct folder.

Wiredtree Month By Month Review
I've signed up with Wiredtree for a Managed VPS 12 days ago.

I know it's not enough time to write a review. But I decided to write my first impression then keep you updated by writing a new review at the end of each month, so expect one at 12 February.

For now, these guys are simply the best I've tried.

They reply you in 15 minutes or less and if it took them more, 20 minutes or something, then be sure that they're investigating your problem. If you can't wait for 15 minutes, then go ahead and give them a call on their toll-free number and they'll be with you second by second. Their support wont just solve your problem, but they'll educate you telling you what caused the problem and how did they fix it.

I'm solicitous about security. But with these guys, I finally sleep peacefully knowing that my VPS is well secured.

I want to share my history/review with leaseweb.com..

I needed a quick setup server for a Windows Media Services service, I have several servers at softlayer.com but I decided to test one of the most famous European providers leaseweb.com .

So I talked with their sales and told that I need a 24 hour setup server, I wanted only that. So the sales quickly make pay for 6 months of an express windows server. No problem until now.

24 hours later I contacted their sales, and they said that my server would be provider today or maybe tomorrow (48 hours later!)

1 day later I contacted leaseweb and they said that they didn't have any stock of hardware to make the server.

2 days after the order on this day morning I contacted their sales and setup team again and they said to me that my server would be delivered before the end of the day.

At the end of that day I contacted their sales and setup team AGAIN and they said to me that they don't have stock of windows 2008 or windows 2003 standard (? WTF ?), I talked with them for more than half an hour.

They wanted to give me for the delay a cheaper server with a windows server 2003 WEB. WHAT? A windows that don't even support windows media services and a cheaper server for their mistake?

I asked if I waited one more time if they would be able to setup any server with windows 2008 or windows 2003 standard, the answer was "we don't know"..

So let’s resume, leaseweb only works from 9am to 5.30pm European time, they can spend 4 days without hardware or windows stock ( how is that possible ) and they want to apologize with a cheaper server with a cheaper windows...

....

So to any of you that have servers at leasewed.com , what will happen to you when some part of your server stop working?? You will have to wait more than 4 days for hardware stock, some days because of your windows licenses and some more weeks for support??

....

I would recommend anyone to pay more for a good company, not this companies that only can support your server 5 days a week for some hours a day.

I have asked for a refund at leaseweb.com let’s see if that refund comes or not, maybe in 6 weeks?

A thread titled "Leaseweb.com is very very bad!" has been closed recently "by request".
Don't know what it means. Kind of censorship?

Whatever, I'm going to tell you how they are good at Leaseweb:

They have no dectection of duplicated IPs, so they let you configure an IP belonging to somebody else on your interfaces.

If, evently, the problem is detected (somebody else complaining), instead of pulling the plug, they send you a mail, kindly asking you to remove the offending IP.

So they are very good at Leaseweb. They forgive your errors and let you experiment with the network.

And what about "somebody else" having his web site down during several days waiting for you to correct your mistakes?

Anyone On Leaseweb
Is there anyone here using leaseweb? Was hoping I can get a user who is using their server to give me their IP to check out the speed. I prefer to get real user's ip rather than IPs provider by the provider to ensure I get the real picture.

Raptor Corrupted In First Month Of LSN Server
My 150gb Raptor drive in my Q9300 + 8gb ram server got corrupt. When restarting, the tech got a halt error:

Windows failed to load because the kernel debugger DLL is missing, or corrupt.

Status: 0xc00000e9

File: Windowssystem32kdcom.dll

Their tech support is good, but I've lost all my valuable data. I can't say that I'm happy about using Limestonenetworks now. I never suspected that I'd be having a disk failure in the first month.

LeaseWeb - KVM
I recently ordered a HP ProLiant DL180 with LeaseWeb. During pre-sales communication on April 3rd I was told that the KVM card that comes with DL180 is buggy and I won't be able to use it until HP fixes it. Considering the "strategic partnership" between LeaseWeb and HP, I thought they'd fix the problem quickly, so I went ahead and ordered the server anyway. Now it's been 3 weeks and still no word on the fix. Anyone else with a DL180 in the same situation?

I have my dedicated solutions in leaseweb from couple of years and i am intrested in moving now to swiftway because of prices and the fact that's .nl too.

Anyone can say anything about current swiftway network? is it stable? any downtimes? what about latency? I will see big diffrence between lw and swiftway?

Leaseweb, It Had To Be Coming
In January I ordered a server with them, knowing that their support isn't the "best".

The server info ended in spam folder, but that isn't their fault I guess. They advertise that every server comes with 2 IPs, however you only get 1. Until you request that 2nd IP. However, when you call them out of working hours, they tell you that you have to pay 135 euro (about 200 USD), great I will wait for tomorrow then. So the day after I called them again. The person I talked with, was very friendly and started to work on it. About 5 hours later I received an email with the second IP information. I added it, but it didn't get assigned. I rebooted the server etc. Still no 2nd IP. It was already 'after working hours' so I had to wait again, because I wasn't going to pay 200$ for an IP. The day after the guy on the phone tells me they assigned me an IP that was already assigned to another customer (lol)..... Ok, so I asked him if I could get a different IP than I was supposed to get. (Now I had to fix my DNS settings also, but o well....). The new IP info arrived in my inbox about 80 minutes after the call this time. After rebooting the server everything ran flawlessly. I manage my own servers, so I didn't contact their support again.

On the 21st of february, I called their administration about cancelling the server (they had a new offer, which suited me better & because I only wanted a fast network for this server, I didn't care about their support), I was told that if I submitted their cancellation form the same day or the day after, It would be taken care of before the end of the month. So I filled it in and sent it to them on the day after (22 february).

Today I called their administration to check if everything went ok (I didn't want to order the new server & pay the old one at the same time). I was told: No, it isn't cancelled. She checked that my email was there & indeed it was sent to them. She then asked me if I could wait a minute, so she could ask someone else what to do. She told me that she would assign me to a sales guy, who would be able to tell me more about it. He told me that the cancellation has to be done X days in advance. Which I did, then he said: It has to be done a month up front. I asked him why I was told that it would be cancelled on the 22 of february, but now I had to cancel it the 1st of february. He said it was a mistake. There was "nothing" he could do (or wanted to do). I don't have the time do anything about it, so I'll let it be and just pay for another crappy month.

Great, now I'm fed up another month with their server. What if I didn't call them today? I would have had 2 servers with them & they would have, the only thing they want: Money.

My Experience With Leaseweb
I went through the purchase process and leaseweb answered any questions I had quickly and was always there for me until they recieved my money. I did make a mistake ordering a server that I knew very little about *I definitely chose wrong box)> I understand its not their fault, but it looks like they could have came up with a solution like they did when I was trying to purchase server (Had VAT issues they fixed very quickly. Its been 3 days and 4-5 emails and they have not reponded to even one of them. Its a shame too, as I had herd good things about the company.

Purchased a 3-month test period on a dedicated server a few days back but directadmin failed to boot from the outset, support wiped everything and reinstalled onto another partition which worked fine for about 12hrs.

Now I can't even FTP, tried rebooting from service centre etc. nada! probably hardware failure, Prices seemed too good to be true , glad I didn't move my entire site across [active forum with over 10,000 members] as the response time seems to be in days rather than hours.

Any reliable alternatives offering similar packages for similar money?

Looking For A Dedicated Server With 3-4 TB Of Space For ~100 USD A Month
I'm looking for a server with 3-4 TB of disk space and moderate traffic requirements (1.5-2 TB a month will suffice).

CPU, RAM do not really matter.
Location: EU or US.
Price: ~100 USD a month with some setup fee or ~120 USD without.

So far I found OVH's SP Storage (http://www.ovh.co.uk/individual/products/superplan_storage.xml) which offers 4 x 1.5 TB RAID0/1 drives for a total of 3 TB disk space. However I can't register with them and their sales did not react quickly enough yet to help me.

Is there anyone else with similar offerings with whom you have personal experience?

Leaseweb Don't Care About Copyrights
I have emailed leaseweb's abuse department with a link to one of the biggest french warez forums, they asked me to provide direct links to illegal contents and proof that I own it.

I emailed them links to windows, photoshop, movies, mp3, video games and stated that I don't own those but its clearly illegal. Here is the answer I got from them:
"I am only going to take action if I receive a complaint from the legit
owner."

Leaseweb Overage Charges
Over the past 48 hours, we've been subjected to a packetflood of ~70mbit, varying by time of day. In a normal month, we use no more than 600mb of traffic in total, and are limited at 2TB. This attack has already used 1.7TB as of the end of Sunday and shows no signs of stopping yet.

Does anyone know what leaseweb charge for overages? I cannot seem to find the information anywhere on their site (and their support takes 3 days to reply, by which I will be over). Idealy, i'd like them to nullroute the UDP port which is being targeted (many services run off the IP that is targeted) however they refused to do this for a similar attack in the past despite the fact that it would solve the issue at hand.

Server is not responding after reboot for 7 hours now. Opened a ticket #552286 (for any Leaseweb guy reading this thread) but none cares about my case. Ok guys, i do not have and SLA but 7 hours for you to take a look it is a pretty long time and i suppose you are going to take a look at it during Netherlands morning time (another 7-10 hours) so i will have a 24hours downtime.

I don't think you have 24hr support. It is a 5-10 minute job to take a look at my case and tell me what is wrong but obviously you have none on duty. I was thinking that internet was a 24hr business thing.

LEASEWEB Screwed Up My Site
i did a lot of research and ended up with leaseweb for the server needs of my new project.. i first got a 10mbps unmetred server and well all went fine..

we were growing at 1000% so i ordered for a 100mbps unmetered server n bam all the problems started..

first of all my server stated showing sql errors saying on the first page that cant connect to sql database n i had to reboot the server every 4 hours so that it does not so that error does not show up coz it sarted showing the error every 5 hours...

i sent in a ticket about the problem n they said none existed!

after a lot of shouting they finally after 2 days checked the server and the hard disc was replaced... n they could not take backups n m in file sharing n ALL my files were lost!

after this the WHM n cpanel stopped working... i sent in a ticket n they replaced the cache with the space taken up by the cpanel... n bam.. nobody could login in coz no sesions could be created...

one more ticket and they said pay 25euros for every 15 min of support... they tried charging me for soemthing they screwed up themselves... after a lot of mails they fixed that!!

nyways we were not given the giga port as was decided n i sent in a ticket n they said they will do it a day after and will change the IP n it is a small thing and the server has to be shifted n the new ip will be sent...

i said ok n they took my site offline for a whole one day!

if that was not enough they sent me the new ip n had done something wrong configuring the server and the name is poiting on the new IP but the site is not working!

now this is a lot... my site is screwed up for more than week now... n my site is no longer online from the last 2 days now! sent them another ticket n awiting reply n i had asked the godaddy support too n its d server issue...

this is bull ****... m sry for the language but m desperate...

tell me what to do? m tired of all this...

i spent $10k on this projct n we reached world rank 3300 in just a month n now my site is no more!

i am practially near being broke... n the lease web ppl are still charging me for the server that is not even working!

tell me what to do?? can i take any legal action?

all the users of the site have shfted to other alternatives and n i have lost whatever i made n my site still not online!

this project is dear to me n leaseweb screwed it all up!
