Can't Login To Webmail On Plesk
Jan 7, 2007I'm running Plesk and can't seem to login to my webmail with any of my users I create, anyone had this issue before?

Plesk 11.x / Linux :: Login To Horde Webmail Not Possible
Jul 13, 2012When I try to login via webmail horde I get always:
Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly.
The logfile shows:

Plesk Automation :: Webmail Short Name Login
Feb 2, 2015I'm not able to login in webmails with shot names, in Horde, nor in RoundCube.
Ex: webmail.domain.tld
username: user1
I must use the full email address as username
Ex: webmail.domain.tld
username: user1@domain.tld
It seens it not find the server.
In Plesk Panel it works fine.

Jan 31, 2008Just got a new additional VPS with WHM/cPanel.
Browse to www.mydomain.com/webmail and get login box > login accepted and taken to Horde/Squirrelmail choice screen > choose Squirrelmail and get login box ... login not accepted! > Retry and choose Horde ... login not accepted!
The login is correct and the results are the same when logging in as root, or through /cPanel or /Webmail.
Cannot Login Through Webmail ( Squirrelmail )
Aug 4, 2008I have having some issues with sending/receiving email. I have the following running on my linux virtual dedicated server with godaddy:
Postfix
IMAP
Squirrelmail(webmail)
My problem is: I can logon through webmail using the domain account but I cannot logon using any email accounts I created. I can also send emails out from the server from the command line i.e.:
root@myserver.com# echo "test" | mail -s testsubject someemail@hotmailorwherever.com
So instead of using webmail, I tried using OUTLOOK and experienced the same issue. I can logon using the domain/system account but not any using any of the email accounts i created using simple control panel.

Feb 11, 2007At present, when our customers login to their cPanel and Webmail accounts they goto the following URL's to login
www.theirdomain.com/cpanel
www.theirdomain.com/webmail
I would like to configure it so that they can only login when they visit our corporate website and login via a login box which we will provide on our website, so i need the cpanel and webmail urls to be redirected to a page of our choice on our website.
How would i do this so it takes affect on all our customers accounts.
We are doing this for a marketing reason so that whenever they need to login, they have to visit our website (and see our services more)

Email Login In Cpanel Webmail Doesn't Work
Nov 23, 2007I created an email account in cpanel. But then when I try to click 'webmail' by that account, it won't work. It takes me to the option screen where I can click Horde Mail or Squirrel Mail. After I click either one of them, it then just takes me to a log in screen like it didn't accept my login info. I try typing in my username and password but it doesnt work.
Is this a permission thing I need to set in WHM? I'm clueless.

Jul 10, 2015I'm planning on hosting some websites for customers. I am using Plesk 12. So far so good.
Now here's the problem. For some reason my host by default doesn't offer subdomains (unless I buy a more expensive package). Will this cause any problems? For example webmail.mydomain.com won't work because it uses a subdomain.
Will there be another way for customers to access their webmail?

Jan 8, 2015Today my clients are not able to send mail via webmail. The message below is received no matter what email address is placed in the To: field.
There was an error sending your message: Message could not be delivered - the address was not found, is unknown, or is not receiving messages.
I have re-started all services. Note that they are able to send via outlook. Seems to just be webmail.

Dec 23, 2013I have enabled mail for himivest.com and can access my eMail via Opera Mail as a download.
However, I cannot access webmail. Typing "[uRL] ...." into the address bar of my browser (Chrome) results in the message "No input file specified."
I believe this is a PHP setup error. I have tried disabling / enabling PHP support for himivest (in accordance with [URL] .... ) but this had no effect.
What must I do to enable webmail?

Dec 9, 2014I want to secure the webmail access (webmail.mydomain.com) with an SSL certificate. In this case, a self signed certificate should be enough because the users using the webmail will trust it.
Latest Plesk 12 and Windows Server 2012 R2, MailEnable WebMail as shipped with Plesk. Horde Webmail.
How would I set this up? I found no setting to enable SSL for the webmail subdomain. And I can not add it as subdomain and assign the self-signed certificate on it (Plesk panel does not allow webmail.mydomain.com as subdomain as it is already in use).

Sep 20, 2014i recently purchased a VPS Server from OVH, So far all is good with it, I have 4 domains parked off in a local South African Server that using DNS Records are pointing to the VPS Servers. The website etc is all displayed 100% so no issues there.My problem comes with email, Generally I use GMAIL to access all my emails using their POP3 and SMTP Feature by just putting in the details like how outlook is. Unfortunately it keeps on saying connection timed out and at times says another error to do with denying access.
So then I try accessing my email using the webmail interface, Im using mailenable and mailenable webmail, I cannot access the webmail through the panel neither can I access it using the link webmail.domain.com or webmail.domain.com/mewebmail/ as it gives the following error:
Service Unavailable: HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
My setup for my emails is as follows: I have 4 domains (for example sake lets call it domain1, domain2, domain3, domain 4) now domain2,3 and 4 3 individual email addresses with no mailboxes as I set it up on plesk so that all email from there gets forwarded to main Domain calling it domain1. like info@domain1.com.In this way I do not have to open so many and all email found on one place. However I would like to make sure I can still send using the domain2 email address which logic tells me I should just need username password and the smtp settings.
But unfortunately even that when I want to set up on gmail or even outlook is giving me the same issues as mentioned above.!I googled and I looked through the forums about IIS application pool and restarting mailenable servers I did all of that but still the same error and issues, the domains have been propagated properly I waited 72hours just incase!

I install and use a site with wordpress in multisite mode using subdomain > its ok to make it work,
I create vhost.conf in /var/www/vhosts/system/mydomain.com/conf/vhost.conf
And add A key *.mydomain.com in DNS
I try to go to webmail.mydomain.com and it always redirect to my domain.com, I create a subdomain manually and subdomain don't work WHY ?
Question : What must I do to allow manual subdomain and webmail under Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140606.15

Aug 18, 2014I installed PLESK12 (or better: I installed the distributed Debian-Image from my hoster) onto my server. Everything works fine as always - except webmail. I did the following:
- in the general webmail properties, I deactivated Horde. roundcube was active and still is (also tried to activate it again)
- I also activated roundcube as webmailer in the hosting itsel.
- tried to open webmail.mydomain.com --> site not found. I added a mail-adress and tried to use the icon to the webmail --> site not found.
- I restarted the server (maybe deactivation Horde did some stuff there...)... no changes.
PLESK 12 (latest update), running on Debian 7.6 ....
