Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Web Admin Edition / How To Set Interface To Service Provider View

I just installed Plesk 12 Web Admin Edition, installed and activated all licence keys and everything works fine.The only thing, I can't find the "Service Provider View" in the Interface Settings, there is only a "Power-User" view provided, even I've selected the Service Provider View during Plesk Setup, I was moved to the Power User view and now I can't switch the interface.I am really missing the server health monitoring from this Service Provider View like got it on all other servers I have.
Early on, I use this Plesk under trial license mode and have set the subscription for each domains to 20GB (hard disk) and 100GB (bandwidth).
Later, I sign up for Web Admin Edition. I understand that this version does not have abilities to manage quotas. The issue that I have now, after I entered the activation key (Web Admin Edition), my existing domain's quota remain as it is instead of unlimited.

The license says that it provides 10 domains on the License Management page. However, when I try to add a new domain, I get:
Code: Warning: Permission denied.
When trying to add a domain from the command line, I get a warning that I can't add a new subscription (which is probably the way Web Admin works, 1 Subscription, 10 domains):
Code: # plesk bin domain --create test.be
An error occurred during domain creation: You cannot manage subscriptions due to license restrictions.
I'm getting a traffic notification on a site I restored from a backup that originally came from a standard Plesk edition. Web Admin Edition doesn't appear to have access to Subscriptions, and all I can find with regard to limits under Webspaces is a hard disk quota, which isn't even editable. How do I amend of remove the limit?
does anyone know about control panel written in Java so I can run it in Tomcat (I don't wont to mix apache and php as I'll be hosting only a java site) ? so far I had a look at direct admin, webmin and lxmin.
i imported ~15 email account during a cPanel migration/transfer done with the manager. mails are there but mailboxes, that had an unlimited quota, are now set to 350MB.
i tried a bunch of stuff, from searching the whole webinterface, changing db entries up to postfix main.cf.
i'm just restoring yesterdays backup. i already lost hours, and now am loosing nerves ..
where can I find this setting, or how can i set it in the DB (chancing max_box and mbox_size did not work, changes in the mail table were reflected on the UI, but not for postifx ..) ?
I dont find where or how can I change default mailbox size, traffic and disk space for each domain in Plesk 12 Web App Edition, I only have unlimited by default.
since i started working with the version 12.0.18 from plesk, my webserver is crashing after some hours, i found no errors why it's crashing, but while it's crashed i see following issues:
I have a subscription and I'm able to switch the subscription to a given service-plan, but I'm unable to sync the subscription with the plan, using the CLI. These are my commands:
result => The subscription <domain.com> is now associated with the service plan Hosting..When watching the webinterface in Plesk, I see the domain is "connected" to the service plan, so far so good. However, I notice that the subscription is not synced.
Back to the CLI, I've tried some combinations, but I can't get the subscription synced. The webbased interface keeps telling me that the subscription is unsynced. Here is what I've tried:
And I also unlocked it (just in case it was locked) like so: /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription --unlock-subscription <domain.com>
The funny part is that the CLI tells me: "Subscription <domain.com> was synchronized with the associated service plans." but unfortenately it's not if I look through the GUI. Only if I click the sync-option webbased the subscription get synced. we have to transfer over 1000 domains and need to sync these domains with a given service-plan.
Is there a way to restart IIS via the Plesk 11.5 service provider panel (windows 2008 server with no root access).
I am trying to setup custom error pages and the documentation says to restart IIS after you make the change. At i dont have root access i currently have to ring Webfusion and ask them to do it
Upgrade from 11.5 reported it had completed but when I log in, I get the grey bar on the left with various options - Hosting Services, Tools & Settings etc. (only Profile & Preferences works) and a main white screen with the words 'File Not Found' in large font black lettering.

I am using external DNS server and I am looking to host my site as I am doing now on my home lean and mean win xp. Do I have to use Active Directory and may be the local DNS server to publish my web site? If not why IIS page is accessible but when I run Jboss I cannot get through to my server?
I have a server in my house. My IP local is 192.168.1.61 and i have other ip static public. I can view my domain and one subdomain, but i don't view other subdomain and webmail.
I have a Server with Centos7 + Plesk 12 and in the service configuration say that the Bind service is not installed, from command line i have install named services and make a manual configuration the first domain, but when I return to the service page in plesk... the problem is the same, the Bind Service is not installed; then the problem is when i want create a new hosting i need to go to the ssh to make the DNS configuration...

Deleted a domain workspace in Parallels Plesk and now I am getting this error when signing into the panel:Looked at the logs and been trying multiple commands (including the bootstrapper repair etc.)I found the full error from the logs:

After deleting a domain, we got the following error which rendered the panel useless.

I have a Cloud VPS with 1and1 and Plesk is installed on it. I happen to have a VPS view that doesn't include DNS functionality for the domains.
So, i have added domain to the system, create an email address... because i dont see on how i can manage DNS settings I have set up cloudflare and pointed domain to the cloudflare and cloudflare is pointing to server.
so I have email: me@domain.com
on cloudflare i have: A domain @ IP A www @ IP CNAME mail @ domain MX 10 mail.domain
In plesk i have set up an alias, mail.domain for domain, that has access to email.
I go to the network-tools.com to look up me@domain.com: [Resolving mail.domain...] [Contacting mail.domain [IP]...] [Timed out]
We have just had reports of SPAM being sent from our CentOS 6.x server running Plesk 12.
Services like Plesk Premium antivirus, SpamAssasin, watchdog(rkhunter) and mod_security are enabled on the server to enhance security and none of these seemed to stop the scripts.
The issue is that multiple domains are sending out mail from this server, so it is difficult to find the script sending out SPAM. When we were running Plesk 11.0 we had a seperate log-file where we could see the file sending any mail going out from the postfix mailserver. I have check both /var/log/maillog and /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog, but there is nothing in those files to tell me the file that sent the mail.
How would I go about finding this file from either the Plesk Control Panel or through SSH (using log-files)?
just a quick question for those already tried it. I have Horde installed as the webmailer for my Plesk installation. After login in to Horde with an admin account I get update notifications for several of Hordes apps. Is it safe to update them or will it lead to problems with Pleskl?
I generate the ssl for my customer going into this direction:
Tools & Settings > SSL Certificates > add new
I put the key there its ok until here.
Then I follow this: After adding an SSL certificate to a domain, you need to enable SSL support and select that certificate in the website hosting settings: Websites & Domains > Hosting Settings of this domain > Security.
But the dropdownlist there are not SSL with the name that i create on panel.
I have just looked at the plesk panel log - /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log - and seen an alarming number of attempts to access plesk using the admin user. i.e.

To be clear i don't mean the wp-config.php admin password for mysql but the wordpress Plesk admin account that is associated with Log in button
For some reason my user has lost his password and is not able to use the Wordpress forgot password - wizard form at the page where you normally logged on.
I have tried to reset the password via Change Account on the WordPress Installation and it came back with the message
Error: Unable to find the specified administrator account in WordPress. Specify the username of your administrator's account in WordPress. This account will be associated with Plesk.
I have tried to add another admin via MySQL with this [URL] ... and that didn't work either.
