So since some time the email forwarding is not working anymore. I am currently working on the version 11.5.30.
The main problem I have, is that the hosting provider who is responsible for the server hasn't fixed this since may!
My intermediate solution would be to add a webmail account so the person the mail is being forwarded to can use it.
I tried use mylittleadmin or asp.net manager and booth tools NOT working on my windows plesk.
I tried remove and install again but still not working.
Tried run PLesk Reconfigurator and still nothing.
Problem with FTP Users on Plesk 11 after updating from Plesk 10.
SO: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition
Panel: Plesk for Windows 11.0.4
I noticed that users cannot FTP, when trying to connect they receive an error: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
Doing further investigation, I confirmed that only users created after upgrade have this issue, that created before upgrade works fine.
I already discovered that home directory is missing on IIS 7.5 FTP. Creating a symbolic link on NTFS using MKLINK command pointing to home folder and configuring permissions to user solved the problem.I think its a bug on Plesk Panel 11.0.4 as I can see same the same problem on two distinct servers after upgrading from Plesk 10 to 11.
I tried to run Plesk Reconfigurator utility with all options, without success.I can fix home directory by myself manually but it will be great if Plesk Panel handle this again.
I tried to install Joomla on my server from applications ( Not manualy ) . I go at applications on plesk's panel then i click on Joomla and the click to install it. After that , it shows that it's downloadiing ( Downloading Joomla... ) and it isn't doing anything else. It remained stuck at 0% like forever. I waited more than 2 hours once, and it didn't do anything. It was just stuck at zero. Other applications are working.

If we try to repair the Installation with the reconfigurator "Plesk virtual Hosts Security" the program is crashing.
I've just migrated server to server but I didn't use the migration manager, I simply backed up each domain's content and restored those backups on the new server.
The issue I have run into is the scheduled tasks at the admin level (Tools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks) work but any schedule task under a domain do not. The scheduled tasks under the domains show as inactive (no green tick) and when I click to enable them, I get the following message
"Information: The scheduled task Google Product Feed Daily Scheduled Task was switched on."
If I then look at the page, even though the above message says it is, the scheduled task is still not enabled. Going into the scheduled task and switching it on there results in the same message, but it doesn't switch on.
How to rebuild all of the scheduled tasks within Plesk?

After we update to plesk 12. We are not able to access file manager inside plesk.

After Plesk panel upgrade to 12.x webadmin stopped working . It's showing following error

We can no longer create a working subscription

After the creation of a subscription, DNS does not work properly.
The last successful subcription was created Sept 26, 2014.
I thought something ontoward had happened at first so attempted to delete the subscription and re-create.
On attempting to delete the subscription the following error is given

We uploaded one .Net application and one Java Web application to Parallels server.
.Net application is configured by default.
Our Java web application has JSPs and Servlets.
With respect to our Java web application we are able to access the JSPs but any request to Servlet is not hitting the Servlet.
We are able to access either static JSP/HTML pages ONLY. But we need to process Servlet requests also.
I'm trying to use server side includes in a PHP website but am getting the error open_basedir restriction in effect.
I've tried going in to the PHP Settings for the website and have selected the predefined option
{DOCROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}
Which as I understand it should allow access to all files within my httpdocs folder but I still get the error:

What else do I have to do?

When I create a domain in plesk, it works fine without www, but shows server default page with www.
For example when I enter [url], it shows server default page, but when I enter [url], it works fine!
Well I've added www cname to DNS Zone, but still doesn't work.
Does anyone know how can I solve it?
My server ran out of space lastnight which resulting in a MySQL shutdown on the server. After getting some of the stuff on the server moved to another one and MySQL back on, I cannot login to my Plesk panel. It worked fine before MySQL went down and of course wouldn't work at all (Even comeup) while MySQL was down. Now when I go to login, I get the correct login screen and fields and type in my stuff. After hitting enter, I get the following message:

After installing a separate SSL to domain.com and www.domain.com, for some reason host.domain.com, which is the subdomain for plesk login, isn't being secured by FTP when choosing "Secure Plesk" after choosing the correct SSL. No error occurs, nor does the dashboard respond to it. It stays the same and unsecured. I tried rebooting server, restart services, etc.

I am unable to connect over TLS/SSL using my FTP client. I have ports 989 & 990 enabled in my server's firewall. My FTP client is attempting connection on port 990, but times out waiting for the server to respond. I also tried adding "TLSProtocol TLSv1" or "TLSProtocol SSLv3" to /etc/proftpd.conf, but get the same result, except that a non-TLS/SSL connection attempt then returns "server closed the connection".
Recently I configured parallels 12.x on Linode Cloud with cent OS. Using DNS Settings I added 'A' record (abc.example.com) as abc and point to IP. But the record is not propagated after 24-48hrs.

How can solve to Alias work with domain.tld format?
I have a weird problem happening to only few of my domains. From web browser, any of URL below is working fine:
webmail.domain.com
ftp.domain.com (it will open up a new window asking for login info)
domain.com:8443 (it will redirect to control panel login page)
However, URL below not working:
www.domain.com
domain.com
I have checked the DNS entries, all looks alright. I even initiate DNS test from dnsgoodies.com and it return fine.
I have two servers with the exact same configuration, besides from the version of CentOS that they were running when I deployed Plesk using the autoinstall script. My first server was running CentOS 6.5 during Plesk installation. My second server was running CentOS 6.6. No 3rd part repos were installed before Plesk.
On the first server everything is fine, but on the second server I have issues with FTP. I have tried applying this fix: [URL] ....
Before applying the fix I got 530 Login incorrect when trying to connect to FTP. After applying the fix and restarting the entire server I got 550 /: permission denied
I running magento on plesk 12 and trying to configure nginx, but only home page is working and all other pages are not working with error 404.

Creating of user is working fine only subscription don't want work and we don't know why we tried many things and none of it works.
I have set up a CentoS 6 & Plesk 12.0.18 server as master and a reseller. I enabled the shared IP under IP address in the tools section.
I then added a customer and domain. then I added reseller with domain and 2 customers with domain under that. I changed the nameservers at registrar to the IP of the new server. When I use the control panel and under each domain I use the PREVIEW and each domain shows the index.html file I uploaded. When I choose OPEN it opens a new window to the domains address and I get webpage not found. And yes it has been almost 36 hours since the registrar change in case you are wondering.
Is there a setting I am missing or is the server set up wrong? Why wont it show the webpages as it does in the previews?
We just upgraded from Plesk 10.4.4 to 11.5.30 and can't seem to get FTPS to work.
I presume it should be running on port 990, but the server is not listening on that port (only 21 for FTP).

I have a VPS on Webfusion which auto upgraded last night to Plesk 11.5.30 #45. However, I used to have the domain registrar, 123-reg manage my DNS & now since the upgrade I've lost access to all emails & ftp access but the domains still work ok.
whether I should delete all DNS records at 123-reg & point to my VPS now? The DNS parameters in Plesk appear to be different to 123-reg. I

Since the migration from Plesk 11.5 to Plesk 12.0 the "chrooted" SFTP accounts do not work anymore. Along with the Plesk migration we have changed the operating system too. We've migrated from CentOS 6 (x86_64) to CentOS 7 (x86_64).
When trying to connect using SFTP on the command line I get the following error message: debug1: Exit status 127...When using an SFTP client such as WinSCP I get logged out immediately without any message.
The OpenSSH configuration is saying:

The mentioned binary from above does exist:

I have attached the debug output of the SFTP command (plesk_sftp_issue.txt).When I change the option "Access to the server over SSH" to "/bin/bash" the SFTP access works again. But when "chrooted" it stops working.
