Trying to enable Tomcat Java Servlets using autoinstaller via ssh, but I'm receiving the following error:
Exception: Failed to solve dependencies: 2:apache-commons-discovery-0.5-9.el7.noarch requires mvn(commons-logging:commons-logging)
ERROR: The Yum utility failed to install the required packages. Attention! Your software might be inoperable. ​When I try through the admin UI, I just get "The Yum utility failed to install the required packages"
I have a pretty new install of PPA with a Windows 2012R2 IIS Web servers. I just noticed it has Java 1.7.0 Update 25 installed which has A LOT of vulnerabilities. Can I safely upgrade this?
Suggestion: If something is installed/required by PPA it should also be kept up2date by PPA.
This kind of stuff makes me quite worried about anything installed by PPA on any of my nodes including Linux.
Do you have a team at Odin that makes sure everything is up2date and safe?
My new plesk 12 windows server was not showing the application vault (even after login as admin user). Hence I have changed the entry enabled = on in the file
C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskadminconfpanel panel.ini as per [URL] ..... Now the application vault is showing well.
My question is, whether this is a new procedure change for Plesk 11/12? I believe, I used to see application vault enabled as default in all my other old servers.
I would just like to double check on how to host a Java application, as i have a customer wishing to host a Java application on my server but i am a little bit sketchy on hosting it yet without some extra help
Automatic Parallels Plesk. 12.0.18 has stopped working but no solution from plesk yet? I think every user has the same problem. Many people asked the same question but no solution/answer from plesk.
For some reason I cant seem to download the app on Parallels to create a website using wordpress.I have added the domain, clicked on applications > install apps > featured applications > wordpress..I then get a screen 'downloading and installing wordpress. But however long i leave it on this page (i left it for over an hour one time) it doesnt move off 0% completed.I have tried another domain but it does the same and also tried using google chrome (instead of windows ie9)

In Plesk Control Panel accessing Updates and Upgrades have a error that shows Failed to read product information from the file :

But my Plesk's license allows to use MS SQL Servers.
This began to happen after upgrading Plesk 11 to 12.
In psa Database, in DatabaseServers table it appears. If I delete and add back into Plesk, it shows me no error, but neither added to the database servers.
When I tried access parallels plesk panel 11.5 ... It's show windows password, if i enter Administrator credentials i see login of parallels, if i cancell i receive this error: "401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials."
I also tried use reconfigurator but i receive this error on attach 2...

I keep a simple site for my art portfolio and some misc files hosted with unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk and Parallels Plesk.
Yesterday I noticed that the site and all its contents give a 404 error, and the home page shows the default page generated by Parallels Plesk Panel. However, all my files are still accessible from ftp and the Panel:
The index.html file is still the same old one as it should be, yet the homepage doesn't show it.
As per the default setup, all the content of the website is in the httpdocs folder, not the root. Though I did try copying the index.html to the root and see if that worked, but it did not. I'm very inexperienced when it comes to web hosting and everything related, so I'm not sure if it's somehow user error or if I should try to contact Parallels.

So perhaps cancelling the one payment made them think I wanted to cancel the hosting and the site was taken offline? I don't know.
I've just migrated server to server but I didn't use the migration manager, I simply backed up each domain's content and restored those backups on the new server.
The issue I have run into is the scheduled tasks at the admin level (Tools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks) work but any schedule task under a domain do not. The scheduled tasks under the domains show as inactive (no green tick) and when I click to enable them, I get the following message
"Information: The scheduled task Google Product Feed Daily Scheduled Task was switched on."
If I then look at the page, even though the above message says it is, the scheduled task is still not enabled. Going into the scheduled task and switching it on there results in the same message, but it doesn't switch on.
How to rebuild all of the scheduled tasks within Plesk?

We are running a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise server with the latest Plesk 11.5.30 update 16.
How can I set dedicated IIS Application Pool for each domain/subdomain? I only can found the setting assign one application pool for each subscription. But my subscription have two subdomain (one subdomain have virtual directory to share to other subdomain) and would like have two application pools.
I have an issue with Plesk 11. I have a few websites with different subscriptions, each running in a dedicated application pool.The moment I access the website (via browser), the application pool is automatically stopped and 503 Service Unavailable is returned.
After I manually start the application pool, it runs (no stop icon for that app pool in IIIS Manager) until the first attempt to load the website is made.
The users for the respective pools are the ones created by Plesk when subscriptions were created.Details: Pesk Panel 11.0.9 Update #53, IIS8, running on Windows Server 2012.

Windows Application 2003 crashed on RAID 5 server, we tried to take the NTFS files from the hardrive and mount them on a knobix which was booted from a cdrom drive. Knopix could read the files but it was unable to mount them I guess for compatiblity reasons.
Is there anyway we can get a backup of that ntfs file and restore our data?
I'm asking if there is a server monitoring tool that has easy install steps for Parallels Plesk 12.0.18 Upd #36 or any guide since my server is running slow and I need to collect some data in order to fix the issue.
