My server has plesk 12 with Ubuntu.The problem I have is that the messages go with a valid domain keys signature, but without the DKIM signature.I'm not using opendkim.

I decided to have some tests and find out problems which couse the issue and solve them. We have PTR records correctly, Our IPs and domain names are not listed in any blacklists, And I checked "Use DomainKeys" checkbox for all our domains in mail settings.
These were all good and thought that all works well untill I ran a test on [URL].....
I opened a mail file (.MAI) and copied all content (with headers, contents and all) to that site and got a result like;

The 3rd line from the last confused me. "Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily valid" and "DKIM-Signature header exists but is not valid" parts of that report put a question in mind. Does the "Use DomainKeys" checkbox in the Plesk Panel really working? I mean, it creates all the DNS entries and all, but the email message is starting with a line "DomainKey-Status: no signature" and that supports the 2nd line from the last in that report.
The question is, what should I do to make DomainKeys work as it should? I am using the latest 11.5.30 Update #23 of Plesk Panel for Windows on a Windows 2012 Standart server with MainEnable Enterprise Premium. Enterprise version of MainEnable also has DKIM settings available for all the domains in its own panel, but it's disabled because I didn't set anything in there.
I have this big problem, when I try to create a new signature, it returns me this error (ProtDir_IIS :: update () failed: Add Protected Directory failed: columns SiteId, path are not unique (Error code 1)).

View 4 Replies View Relatedhow to enable AWStats for the domains on my server. In our old Panel (v9.5), I could go Domains > DOMAIN.TLD > Web Hosting Settings, and on that page there was an option to choose between Webalizer/AWStats/None. In version 11.5, I don't see that option.
When I look on the actual Windows server, I do see an AWStats directory along with a Webalizer directory in "C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskAdditional", so I think it's installed...? AWStats comes along as part of the Plesk Panel license, right?
I can see the Webalizer stats when I browse to [URL] ...., but I'd much rather see AWStats.
I want to enable SSL in one of my domains. I've checked old topics about how to do this, but I can't get it done.
I want to use a self-signed certificate. I'm gonna use the SSL to receive and send data from/to an Android device, not to access it using a web browser.
I created my own certificate in SSL certificates (I used the self-signed option instead of Request). I didn't add anything else after that, I didn't add Certificate or anything else.
Once it's been created, I enable SSL on the domain I want. I just enabled the checkbox, there's no combobox to select a certain certificate, but I changed the default certificate on SSL certificates. I thought that was enough, but it wasn't working so I went to IP Addresses, I clicked in my dedicated IP (shared) and selected my new certificate in there, but it's still not working.
EDIT:
I've just seen that Apache Tomcat might not be installed, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. If I go to Server->Service Management I can find Apache Tomcat 5.4.4 in the Java tab (it's the only Apache entrance), but it says it's not active since it hasn't been installed or it's not correctly configurated. If I go to Applications->Installed applications Apache Tomcat is not there.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI noticed that IETF had not been enabled initially in the DNS template. This has been corrected but we now have numerous domains without that enabled. I would like to enable this on all those domains. Doing so from the GUI would be too time consuming for that number of domains.
So is there a cli switch that will turn this on for all domains or that I can run against all the domains?
We are trying to use a configure settings for an external SMTP server within Plesk (Windows 2008 R2 Plesk 12) but are receiving the following error message:
Error: Unable to encode IDN email address 'username': email address is invalid
We are trying to use a username for SMTP authentication as we do not have the option of using an email address with our current SMTP relay provider.
Is there any way around this so that we can use a username rather than an email address?
I have enabled DomainKeys and ticked the box "Use DomainKeys spam protection system to sign outgoing email messages" however messages sent do not have the DomainKeys signature present.
I presume they should be present for email sent with PHP, that is what i'm trying to do anyway so email's from our website do not get marked as SPAM.
The _domainkey and default._domainkey DNS entries are present.
I have a big Problem to restore Backups from any Domains from a Plesk 11.0.9 Server with ubuntu 12.04 to a Plesk 12.0.18 Server with ubuntu 14.04
Backups from ftp-Backup Server didnt work, error is the backup Signature is damage etc........
Is there any Chance to restore the backups ?

View 3 Replies View RelatedSo, I have been searching everywhere online and have not come to a fully working conclusion with the issue regarding outgoing emails going to spam via gmail, hotmail, etc.Domain keys are activated, but it seems that domain keys is deprecated, making it useless when it comes to spam detection for email servers such as google, aol, etc.
The only alternative found was here: URL.....But that means that every customers DKIM will have to be created manually via command line. This would be a mission when having over 500+ ongoing customers signing up.Will you guys be implementing DKIM automation for Plesk? I am pretty much against trying to use c(p)anel + Centos and just love Plesk. So I prefer Plesk any day..

Eventhough, I did not setup any signatures. Plesk server with spamguardian running.
i have installed Plesk in my VPS, Created Domain and tried to upload my files , All Ok but when upload .htaccess file , it disaper's .. i use filzilla ftp and there opition to force see hidden file , when do that , the file shows up .. but how to disable it from been hidden each time i upload it

FTP is a very old transfer technology with a lot of security problem.

On one of our VPSes, the Mailing List feature is disabled. The link is showing but is disabled. Upon searching a lot in Google, I found I need to have MailMan installed before I could run Mailing List.
However, we have Mailman already installed on the VPS in question. Any suggestion as to how to get the mailing list link activated?
