Dec 22, 2014So, I have been searching everywhere online and have not come to a fully working conclusion with the issue regarding outgoing emails going to spam via gmail, hotmail, etc.Domain keys are activated, but it seems that domain keys is deprecated, making it useless when it comes to spam detection for email servers such as google, aol, etc.
The only alternative found was here: URL.....But that means that every customers DKIM will have to be created manually via command line. This would be a mission when having over 500+ ongoing customers signing up.Will you guys be implementing DKIM automation for Plesk? I am pretty much against trying to use c(p)anel + Centos and just love Plesk. So I prefer Plesk any day..

Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.
<username> once was a user existing on the server. But I removed the user some days ago.
Since this morning I cannot reconfigure my web server. This always stops with the error message from above.
Unfortunately there is no clue, where the error could be located. The Abstract.php is crypted, so I am not able to check the where the problem is...

Dec 17, 2014I have hired two servers for plesk and I have the mail configured in one server and the website in another one, it all seems to work fine except for a problem.
When the server where the website is tries to send a message through a smtp account it can´t send it, it seems to be looking for the mail server in the same server where the website is instead of look for it in the other server.
How to configure this so it works correctly?

Jun 4, 2014I have just moved away from Kloxo Hosting, and I am a bit confused as to how I go about setting Client domains to use the (Already Registered) Nameserver Records I have created on the server.
You see, when I create a customer, the template adds the domain with it's own nameservers, ex: (ns.customerdomain.com -> 0.0.0.0) I don't want this to be the case.
What I would like to achieve, is for all my client's to have their NS records pointing at the NS records I already have registered on the server.
The reason for this is, when I submit the registration document to my local registrar, I have to specify the nameserver address for the domain, however, I only have 2 IP's on the server. I cannot glue every customer's domain FQDN to an IP.

Nov 19, 2013I am having complains from our clients that their mails are always going to spam folders istead of inbox. I decided to have some tests and find out problems which couse the issue and solve them. We have PTR records correctly, Our IPs and domain names are not listed in any blacklists, And I checked "Use DomainKeys" checkbox for all our domains in mail settings.
These were all good and thought that all works well untill I ran a test on [URL].....
I opened a mail file (.MAI) and copied all content (with headers, contents and all) to that site and got a result like;

The 3rd line from the last confused me. "Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily valid" and "DKIM-Signature header exists but is not valid" parts of that report put a question in mind. Does the "Use DomainKeys" checkbox in the Plesk Panel really working? I mean, it creates all the DNS entries and all, but the email message is starting with a line "DomainKey-Status: no signature" and that supports the 2nd line from the last in that report.
The question is, what should I do to make DomainKeys work as it should? I am using the latest 11.5.30 Update #23 of Plesk Panel for Windows on a Windows 2012 Standart server with MainEnable Enterprise Premium. Enterprise version of MainEnable also has DKIM settings available for all the domains in its own panel, but it's disabled because I didn't set anything in there.

I have a complete 512mb vps on slicehost.com All configuring went well.
But for some reason I can't get my email-server to work. I have followed all tutorials on articles.slicehost.com/email Also I have installed atmail(.org) on my subdomain for email.
I always get the error the password isn't correct. Also when I try with Outlook.
The password is encrypted.
I understand an email setup is a complicated thing, and you probably need more information. But do you guys have any suggestions on what it might be? I'm a newbie, so it surely can be a newbie issue.

Jun 17, 2015am trying to configure the repository to go the my FTP server at the home office. The home office is running Cerberus FTP server. From the remote server i can log into FTP from the command line and use WinSCP to login using sftp with no problem. When i try going through the repository page it just hangs. I have tried the passiv option as well. Is seems to hang at the LIST -a command. Here is the cerberus log below.

PROBLEM:
With reports configured to send out to an email address local on the Windows server configured through PLESK, if local relay isn't enabled at 127.0.0.1 on the SmarterMail server, the reports are never delivered.
- server is [domainx].com
- email to receive reports from PLESK is plesk444@[domainx].com
-this email address is able to send and receive internally or externally to and from any client w/ SMTP auth enabled.
If SmarterMail is configured with SMTP Authentication Bypass for 127.0.0.1, we get the scheduled report emails as we should. Without the SMTP Authentication Bypass enabled, none of the clients or administrators get any reports or notifications at all.
QUESTION: How can I configure PLESK Panel 11 itself to use that SMTP Authentication to send those reports out?
--is there a configuration file or registry value I can add or modify?

hMailServer is pre-configured to have high security when it comes to relaying and authentication so that no one can use your server to send spam messages.
But I do not know if It refers to what I want or to an antihack or something like that to protect my server.

I'm starting to see a lot of implementations now and have recently started adding DKIM and DomainKeys verification to my outbound mail.
Two things strike me:
1) The number of DKIM users also adding DomainKeys
2) The number of DKIM and DomainKeys signed domains that remain in test mode. Example, Yahoo! and Amazon.
My questions:
Do you still use both DKIM and DomainKeys? If so, why?
Do you leave your domain in test mode? Or are you fully confident of your implementation?
Currently I support both, but dropping DomainKeys seems like the right thing to do, DKIM is the way forward, so can anyone tell me why I should still do DomainKeys? Is backward compatibility important?
Interested to hear others opinions.
