I've created a database through SSH and give it a user so no problem.
But when i came back in Plesk Panel i don't see this database connected to the domain i want.
So how can i do to "indicate" my server this database must be going with this domain ?
I have little problem with Certificate SSL
Have Plesk 12 in Centos...all working fine...but I have assigned dedicated IP for one domain, have request certificate (as admin) for this domain, purchase certificate in Comodo and installed...this certificate working fine and SSL Checker is good...problem is in domain how have assigned this certificate in menu SSL not appear...
I have only Default Certificate (certificate Plesk self signed) and Not Selected...but name for real certificate CA not appear...in Admin IP Address have all ok...IP for this domain and certificate (name of certificate installed) and website.... With this problem is normal? How configure SSL for email?
Just updated to V12 and noticed you can't copy a database from one domain to another as easy as before. So doing any testing is much harder. Is this correct or am I missing something...

When I use website copy function the website files are copied to another domain but the database remains on old site. I use this function to move the website from devel state to the production state. All sites work fine but when i schedule the backups all databases are saved on old domain. How to move the database on production domain?

There is no database "atmail" on any of our Plesk servers. Simple solution should be to first check if the DB exists before performing actions on it.As a bonus, perhaps it would be possible to suppress the warning about mysql.event.
I need to create a subfolder under my domain name, and assign an ftp user to that folder. I want the user to only have access to that folder, is it possible? can you guys orient me, because I have no idea where to start, my hosting service provider is telling me I can only have one ftp account per domain, maybe I didn't explain correctly to my hosting provider.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI added a mail resource and a database resource to the "branding" service template, and made sure the provisioning attributes match up to an actual node. I also made sure that under the resources for the branding template the "Branding Hosting (management node)" -> "Number of MySQL databases" is "1" and the "MySQL Database" is unlimited.
Ive made a primary branded domain assigned to the administrator account. When I then login to the account, I see that the mail resource is added and I can add email accounts. However, the database resource does not seem to be activated. Indeed, if I try to add a application in the domain that requires a database, it fails because there is not a database resource available.
The database server is a separate node from the management server.
I do not see any running tasks waiting, and the events log doesnt mention anything about provisioning a database.
Separately but tangentially related, once the account is up, I dont see it listed as an active subscription under the service template. I should see it there, right?
When I hit my server's domain it redirects me to one of the hosted sites' domain with a 302 redirect. It used to return the default plesk server page. How can I cancel the redirect?

With direct mysql file, t stops and only copies a few tables, stating to reupload to continue (which it doesn't and states that there are pre-existing tables). This does so by checking the psa database for their set limit and matching that to the maildirsize file within the user's Maildir directory.
After upgrading, though, my SQL query no longer works - it was:

When copy a database, plesk would copy it but hung at creating the db user, therefore, the database cloning message keeps on showing

*I checked if the database was copied, it showed it did but the user was not created for that newly copied one.

I've been happily copy databases between subscriptions in Plesk 11.5xx for years but having updated to 12 the feature no longer works.
In the copy database screen when the 'local MySQL server' option is selected in the drop down the 'Copy to existing database' radio button is disabled.
My service provider tells me this is a feature change.

I've tried running mchk --with-spam command. But it hangs at the mail_auth_dump for several hours. Checking the cpu on that command and it is sitting idle.I've tried running the mail_auth_dump.worker manually and no better luck. Still nothing on the screen just hangs as if it's asleep.
After the micro update, the database copy function started to hung even just for copying database with 4 tables with less than 10 rows of recrods. Although I followed the link below to remove the hung database copy and remove the unfinished database copied. URL....However, no successful database was copied at all even after the timeout was adjusted.
