Mails Delivered To Spam Folder In GMail
May 19, 2008Is this pretty much the default action or do I need to take some steps to get the IP/domain for our mailserver whitelisted?

Mails Getting Delivered To Spam Folder In Yahoo
Oct 31, 2008I have enabled domainkeys in the mail server and all the emails going out of the server are signed by domainkeys. Yahoo confirms the domainkeys as verified for each message sent to their servers. However, Yahoo still delivers the emails to the spam folder instead of the inbox. I have done the domainkeys setup only an hour ago. Does Yahoo take time to recognize the sender server as genuine and deliver all the emails to the inbox or is there some other reason for the emails going to the spam folder? One thing is sure, Yahoo sucks and it sucks big time.

Aug 1, 2008I am having trouble with all mail from my web server being delivered to the Yahoo! spam folder. After doing some reading, I have set up an SPF record and domain keys on the server, but the messages are still being sent to spam.
Here are the headers from an e-mail I sent to Yahoo! that was marked as spam:

Feb 25, 2008I have a problem with my server. If you send any message to any gmail account, that message will only arrive in spam/bulk folder. I tried changing subjects, and no use any message that you send only goes to the bulk folder. Ip of the server is not blocked in any know database, I checked.

May 22, 2009I'll soon be sending out a mail to around 20000 mail-addresses, all members of my site that entered their email address upon registration.
I'm using vBulletin to send them out but now here are my questions;
1) What is the maximum amount of emails i can send out per hour to hotmail, gmail, etc. so I don't get blacklisted or the emails don't get rejected?
2) Which plugin should I use for this?

when i use outlook to receive mails from it,
my mails are still on the server,
for general,when we use pop3 to receive the mails,
all the mails will be killed from server,

I see in the plesk documentation that the screen to enable SPAM filtering for an individual there is an option to "Move spam to the Spam folder". I don't see that option so I am wondering if it is only available on some versions of Plesk, or in combination with certain mail servers. How to make that option available?

Smtp Server In IIS, Mails Going To DROP Folder
May 12, 2008I have created virtual SMTP server in IIS6 and while send e-mail from the same server using SMTP IP address, the e-mail do not reach recipient, all sent e-mails goes directlly to DROP folder and stay it that folder.
I have checked event viewer, no error, also used telnet to create and send e-mail, no error.

Apr 16, 2008I have a dedicated server in which i host 4 web sites using plesk one of them is mysite.com. That one is also set for ns1.mysite.com ns2.mysite.com.
(all domain names below are just example names)
Dns records for my apple.com orange.com and banana.com uses ns1.mysite.com and ns2.mysite.com my name server is also in the same machine.
In mysite2.com dns settings are as follows.

The PROBLEM:
The thing is whenever the server sends email it is flagged spam by yahoo, hotmail etc. I have created SPF for my orange.com but it is still marked as spam...
I have checked dns report for both mysite.com and orange.com but they seem to be OK with no warnings either.
I want to create a spf record or make somthing so the emails does not marked as spam.

Nov 30, 2007I just found out all my mails sent to Gmail are marked as spam. However, if I check my IP address in independant grass-root spam databases, my IP address isn't blacklisted. I checked 7 of them. Do you know how to solve this problem

May 20, 2015I have different adresses configured with several domains on the same server. All the emails send to gmail/hotmail adresses are marked spam.
Looking in the headers everything seems fine, including SPF:

May 4, 2008We have tried fixing this problem, but its not working..
Our IP: 66.212.18.238 is sending mails to spam box.., It doesn't seem to be blacklisted..
