How can I remove " " from properties domain aliases?

Mail service - Mail service is switched on for the domain. mx1.domain.ru., mx2.domain.ru. is used as the mail server.

I go to Mail>Mail seetings, select all my OFF domains and click Acticate/Deactivate Services, select Enable from the drop down and click OK, but the mail service stays OFF.
After upgrading from 11.5.30 to 12.0.18, when make backup see next message:

I've installed a replacement for the SSL certificate that we use for shared SSL and Plesk access.
How do I get rid of the old one and get Plesk to use the new one for shared SSL and Plesk access?
When I try to delete it I get the message "Error: Unable to remove certificates: one or several certificates are assigned to the IP addresses/domains."
I've found a lot of old suggestions about removing it from the IP, but they don't seem to apply to Plesk 11 for Windows.
When I go to Home -> Tools & Settings -> IP Addresses -> [IP Address] , it shows the domain being used but there's no way to remove it.
My Parallels Plesk Panle 11.0.9 (Windows 2008 r2) would not allow me to remove an old IP address. I've tried using PP Reconfigurator but encountered a problem:
1. I open PP Reconfigurator and click "Change Server IP Addresses" 2. Under IP addresses I see 2 addresses 3. I check the one that is no longer active 4. I select "Existing Address", however NO existing addresses are displayed.
Is there a way to remove this old inactive address somehow. I should say that we have 2 domains on that server. Both domains are associated with the active IP address.
The funny thing is that when using PP Reconfigurator we see that the inactive IP is still associated with one of the two domains (this is not true). In short PP Reconfigurator displays DOMAIN 1 and DOMAIN 2 associated with the active IP; while DOMAIN 1 also associated with the inactive IP.
Problem is that we can't upgrade our panel because the upgrade application considers our server to be associated still with the old inactive IP address and can't find the necessary ports for that old IP.
I'm using plesk Panel version11.0.9 Update #60 . I get this error when remove domain on Subscriptions .

We have the Windows version of Plesk 11.5 installed. I've removed the "Management of access to the server over Remote Desktop" but two of my sites (there's only 4 so far) still have the remote desktop button available if you log into the user account and switch to those two domains. Switching to the other two doesn't display the icon. I'm not sure if there's another place where it gets turned on/off as I've tested creating a new subscription with the "Management of access to the server over Remote Desktop" ticked and it's not giving me the desktop icon there.
I am Using Plesk 12 and Centos ... I have moved my name server to my domain registrar and also moved my email.
I removed the webmail and the mail hosting and named and the result would be the Plesk Panel would also get removed automatically.
I restored the recent snapshot and I would like to disable the following services permanently or remove webmail, named and mail hosting service without affecting plesk panel.

I did chkconfig servicename off but it doesn't work.
If I attempt to remove even a small message from the mail queue, using the panel interface, the screen grays slightly but nothing happens. If I refresh the screen after several minutes, I'll sometimes get the following message:
"This operation is taking too long. Check the results in a few minutes."
Switching to Postfix eliminated the problem. But with Postfix, all of my Mailman lists (scores of them) broke, so I had to switch back -- and the problem reappeared.
I received an error message "Error: Failed to remove mobile site: Can't delete a site that's not active " when try to remove a mobile website in Plesk control panel and if i try to edit site content i received another error message "Can't access a site that's not active" from [URL] ....
These notification messages are originating from UNITY Mobile platform. The reason is actually hinted in the messages themselves - both the site and the editor account have been already disabled and there are no handlers anymore to modify their status further, so the messages are correct from UNITY Mobile platform's standpoint.
It appears that Plesk control panel has somehow retained in its configuration information about the site availability and is giving the plesk control panel the option to configure the mobile site despite the fact that UNITY Mobile platform is returning "deleted" status back to Plesk. Plesk should be given an option to create a new site instead now.
I would like to know how to manage Plesk in this situation.
Am using Windows 2003 server with IIS6.0 and SMTP.I tried to send mail using ASP.net C# code through SMTP service.But my mails are getting queued in C:InetpubmailrootQueue.
What could be the problem??I've done many trouble shooting steps but no luck.I changed the Relay settings.Since I am in a LAN connection, i've tested the relay setting using both the 'localhost'and 'MyDomainIP'but everything in vain.
I'm trying to integrate AWS Route 53 DNS service with Plesk 11 but cant get it to work after carefully following the steps in the administrator and developing extensions guides.
We have just installed the plesk version 12. All the installation completed without errors . then we restarted the server . and when we tried to open the plesk through the desktop shortcut we get the error " HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."

Is there a way to restart IIS via the Plesk 11.5 service provider panel (windows 2008 server with no root access).
I am trying to setup custom error pages and the documentation says to restart IIS after you make the change. At i dont have root access i currently have to ring Webfusion and ask them to do it
I am doing migration of plesk 11 from one server to another server on both server version is same but after migration I cant find any service plan which is there on old server.how can i copy / migrate service plan from one serer to another server
I switched off the mail service for one of my domains in that sites control panel a few days ago because there were some malicious files on my server sending out spam. I stopped the service until I cleared all the files that weren't meant to be there and then tried to restart the mail service again but it won't start.
I get this message 'Information: Mail service settings were successfully changed for the selected domains.' but the service stays off. I had the same problem on another site on the same server and carried out the same process but the mail service for that website started fine.
I installed Cloudflare for Plesk during this time and thought that might be causing an issue but after disabling this I still can't start the mail service for the domain.
Is there a section of the main (super admin) control panel that manages the mail services for each domain I am unaware of?
Has anyone else here installed ffmpeg? I'm almost done getting it setup when I ran into an error which I don't understand. My theory is that I have a version conflict, but I'm not sure how to fix this or what software is conflicting.
Here's the error:

I get this on "make test" for ffmpeg-php-0.5.1. All test's fail.
After setting up some e-mail accounts over the plesk gui I tried to connect via a mail software (like thunderbird).
This failed with every combination of settings I tried. So I checked if the POP3/IMAP services are running correctly using telnet.
I connected using the following command:
Code: telnet <host-ip> 110
The response was:
Code: Trying <host-IP>... Connected to <host-IP>. Escape character is '^]'. -ERR Cannot connect to POP server <host-IP> (<host-IP>:110), NB connect error 1460 Connection closed by foreign host.
Did I miss to enable a setting?
The Plesk gui schows me, that the corresponding services are running...
When a reseller create a service plan themselves...is there any way to limit the CPU and memory setting for the application pool to recycle on their own created plan?
Plesk delivering email locally to a not existing mailbox instead of sending it to an external party. First I was using a local mailbox, but my client wanted to control the email using their own server. So I've changed the MX records to this new server. Deleted the inbox in Plesk and turned off Mail support for this domain.
New situation: DNS server for domain.com is hosted on a different location and points to my Plesk server for the website and the MX records point to the clients server for the mail.
Email send from email addresses like gmail are send correctly to the clients server. Email addresses from my PLesk server and forms from the website are send locally.
