Plesk 12.x / Linux :: Blank Page On Home Tab
May 22, 2015After a fail in the update procedure I had problem with plesk panel. I have run the autoinstaller from command and after that the psa database removed for some reasons.
I have follow the steps from the plesk procedure and restore is from the backup.
Everything is working now except from the home tab when I login into plesk . I get the side bar with the menus links but in the right side I get a blank page. (the other menus works fine)...

Jul 11, 2014Upgrade from 11.5 reported it had completed but when I log in, I get the grey bar on the left with various options - Hosting Services, Tools & Settings etc. (only Profile & Preferences works) and a main white screen with the words 'File Not Found' in large font black lettering.

trying to restart psa gives the following

Blank Page After Jpg Upload
May 21, 2008I have a server and 8 sites using same script on the same server.
A function of the script is providing me to upload images from admin panel. But it doesn't work..
I select image and press upload button, it shows me blank page after upload completed but no file is uploaded to the folder.
I think there is a software that's resizing image but not sure. The Os is centos.
Forum Is Showing A Blank Page
Jan 27, 2009A few days ago i was transferred to a different server within my hosting company. All of my sites remained the same except the only forum i have (phpbb3) now displays a blank page. All the files and database are still intact and nothing has been changed. Any suggestions as to how i would fix this problem? would it be best to backup the database and reinstall a new copy of phpbb?

Nov 7, 2009I keep getting an white screen on the reseller center in WHM. It's also showing up a few other places like clustering for example. I had a complaint from a customer that when they setup a WHM account, the reseller is missing most of their options from the ACL list as well. I have tried to reboot, restart each service and force an upgrade of cpanel and it keep coming back. Does anyone know what can cause this.

Apr 30, 2015I recently configured a Centos 6.5 server with Java JDK1.8 and the bundled Tomcat server X64 application. I confirmed the web server port is not already in use and also installed the Tomcat APR libraires. The application starts fine and all the logs show no severe errors however when I navigate to te URL I see a blank page. All the configuration files are in tthe correct place and whether I use just :8080 or /licenseserver the page is still blank. If I run the element inspector in the browser it shows 404 file not found.

Feb 2, 2015I recently needed to make some changes to the domain.conf file at the following path: /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/vhosts. When I try to edit the file it just has 3 lines at the top warning me that the changes made here would not persist, while other domain confs have full configs inside.
I am positive that the domain in question is set to use nginx, double checked this, so what gives? Why is the file blank?

Apr 1, 2015I have a Plesk host that I am tasked with upgrading. It started with openSUSE 11.4 on Plesk 10.4 and I have upgraded it all the way to openSUSE 12.2 on Plesk 11.09 (fixed minor issues with pop3d and mysql locking on the way). The next upgrade was supposed to be 11.5, but the option to upgrade it never shows up. I have re-instated our support license so I know the license is OK, and also checked that 11.5 supports openSUSE 12.2. The update log doesn't really tell me much either:

Oct 20, 2014When I log into plesk (service provider view) and click on the Domains link on the left, I get an empty page. It isn't blank like there is an error, it has some instructions at the top about creating a customer etc. It just doesn't list any of the domains that are setup on the server. There are several reseller accounts with several domains under each. I've even tried setting up a new customer and adding a domain under the new customer. Still nothing shows up.
I have several other VPS accounts running Plesk 12 with several domains under different customer accounts and the domains all show up on those.

Jun 17, 2013Over the weekend, I upgraded from Plesk 10.3 to Plesk 11.5, using the updater in the control panel. Everything seemed to go well. However, this morning I've noticed that some, not all, email accounts are having trouble logging into the server to send and receive mail. Other accounts are working fine.Via POP, I get this error: -ERR Temporary problem, please try again later
Via SMTP, I get this error:
535 auth failure
I see this in the maillog:
Jun 17 07:15:05 [server] courier-pop3d: LOGIN FAILED, user=[username], ip=[::ffff:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
Jun 17 07:15:05 [server] courier-pop3d: authentication error: Input/output error
And this... Jun 17 07:24:50 [server] smtp_auth: FAILED: [email address] - password incorrect from [host] [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
I replaced the server name, username, host, and IP in the above.
Here are the steps I've tried so far.
- Changing the password using the control panel.
- Updating the number of daemons in authdaemonrc
- Restarting the services

Jun 27, 2014I just upgraded my Plesk on Ubuntu (vServer) yesterday. But after the upgrade I couldn't login to the Panel anymore because all I get when I try to reach the panel (https://panel.examplesite.com:8443) is a white screen.
I rebooted the server and restarted the panel as well as Apache several times with no change.

Its also upgrading Apache from 2.2 to 2.4 and after installation, it break my Apache configuration and getting configuration errors when adding domains from Plesk etc.
