I am trying to fix website [URL] .... I open the site like 20 times a day and like 2 times a day it shows blank page. Which logs I need to check or which tools to use? I have cpanel hosting, apache.
View 1 RepliesI recently configured a Centos 6.5 server with Java JDK1.8 and the bundled Tomcat server X64 application. I confirmed the web server port is not already in use and also installed the Tomcat APR libraires. The application starts fine and all the logs show no severe errors however when I navigate to te URL I see a blank page. All the configuration files are in tthe correct place and whether I use just :8080 or /licenseserver the page is still blank. If I run the element inspector in the browser it shows 404 file not found.

I have a server and 8 sites using same script on the same server.
A function of the script is providing me to upload images from admin panel. But it doesn't work..
I select image and press upload button, it shows me blank page after upload completed but no file is uploaded to the folder.
I think there is a software that's resizing image but not sure. The Os is centos.
A few days ago i was transferred to a different server within my hosting company. All of my sites remained the same except the only forum i have (phpbb3) now displays a blank page. All the files and database are still intact and nothing has been changed. Any suggestions as to how i would fix this problem? would it be best to backup the database and reinstall a new copy of phpbb?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI keep getting an white screen on the reseller center in WHM. It's also showing up a few other places like clustering for example. I had a complaint from a customer that when they setup a WHM account, the reseller is missing most of their options from the ACL list as well. I have tried to reboot, restart each service and force an upgrade of cpanel and it keep coming back. Does anyone know what can cause this.

After a fail in the update procedure I had problem with plesk panel. I have run the autoinstaller from command and after that the psa database removed for some reasons.
I have follow the steps from the plesk procedure and restore is from the backup.
Everything is working now except from the home tab when I login into plesk . I get the side bar with the menus links but in the right side I get a blank page. (the other menus works fine)...

At random times, the code in these php pages gets replaced by something like:

Here's some debugging I have done.
1) If I rename login.php to say, log-in.php, the page gets saved from this
2) If I change the owner of login.php from the user to root, the page doesn't get overwritten anymore.
So basically, something somewhere running from the user account overwrites these specific pages. By the way, my website logs didnt show anything suspicious around the time when this first happened.

I am using windows 2008 standard version 64 bits
I am using an external DNS service and using none of Windows roles
I disabled the firewall completely
When I run IIS i can access to its front page from another machine but when I run jboss the browser can't get access to my web site front page! They both use port 80
Does ISS has some sorts of hidden privileges in Micorosoft which is not surprising
I am about to revert back to Windows 2003 if I can't find a solution to this problem. Or do I have use a certain role for remote access?
I don't know why but a domain is showing the green default cpanel page instead of its own homepage. The domain has been hosted on this box for a long time.
DNS is fine, ran udpateuserdomains without error. No dns changes have been made. IP it is set to pings fine. Tested via 3rd party proxy, shows green cpanel page still.

I am having this issue with a new box where Apache at random serves blank pages and won't serve anything but until it's restarted. I see no errors in /var/log/messages either to show why this is happening.
It's not all pages either just several various ones. I know it's not a programming issue either because the only thing the server is running is one instance of vBulletin.
I look at top during this and CPU and RAM usage are very low.
The only fix to get Apache to serve the pages is to restart it.
Anyone have any clues on what it could be?
I set my php.ini memory limit to a gig (I have 16 gigs in the sever)
